7-Piece Set includes: 10" fry pan. 3-qt. sauté pan with lid. 4-qt. saucepan with lid. 7-qt. stockpot with lid. Please note: lids are counted as individual pieces.

When in fact the set includes:

10" fry pan; 1.5-quart sauce pan with lid; 3-quart saute pan with lid; 8-quart stock pot with lid

You may confirm this on All-Clad's website.

I just wanted to make that clear in case someone receives this set and thinks they received the wrong items.

I have been quite a keen home baker now for several years and must have used miles of baking parchment and greaseproof paper over the years as well as numerous baking trays etc. I have been wondering about buying a reusable silicone baking sheet for a while but thought they were maybe a bit of a gimmick. How wrong I was (I'm very pleased to say !) This sheet, tray, mat or whatever you want to call it is fantastic. I have used it to bake bread rolls, cookies, biscuits and even a small pizza and so far everything has turned out just right. I wasn't sure if it would bake the base properly but it does an excellent job. The things come out of the oven with a lovely crisp even bake and nothing has even stuck slightly. We all know sometimes the paper can catch on the bottom of your biscuits and you don't really want a mouthful of paper when you're munching away, but the items simply slide off this sheet effortlessly. It also cleans up very easily so no more tedious scraping baked on debris from my trays. So if you're undecided about getting a new silicone sheet don't wait any longer just buy this one, you will be glad you did and wonder why it took you so long to get one.

Incredibility fast shipping. I ordered this mat and had it in 27 hours flat without the expedited shipping option. I run a home based bakery and that gives me the opportunity to really put accessories such as this to the test. The primary reason for my purchase was to cut down on the cooking spray costs. This is the first silicone baking mat I've tried and boy am I glad. I've always enjoyed baking but the hassle of having to scour sticky remnants off aluminium trays held me back from doing more. Now this isn't a problem any more. I just give my mat a good wipe with warm soapy water and it comes up clean with a minimum of effort. The mat itself is a nice, attractive, vibrant color. As for its performance,cookies and pizzas and even quick things like battered chicken bites for the kids, they all come out of the oven with an even crispy bake. I've even got my young daughter interested in baking now and we're both looking forward to seeing how different things we try will turn out with our baking mat. Oh, and I think I can even leave her to do the washing up well it's so easy!

I ordered this as a gift for my wife and we really have both enjoyed using it tremendously! This high grade quality professional baking mat lives up to its name in every way. My wife used the mat initially to bake cookies for our family. We were both surprised at how easy it is to use... just place the mat on the baking tray instead of aluminum foil. With no grease and no additional sprays the cookies baked evenly and cooled nicely without sticking to the mat or leaving any piece of the cookie behind. Next I used the mat myself to bake a tray of tater tots for the kids. With no mess or fuss the tots baked evenly all over and rolled right off the mat onto the plate. Normally I'd have to scrape the tots with a spatula and many would end up broken stuck and unevenly cooked. This is now becoming a go to tool in our kitchen for all of our baking needs. I've been using silicone baking mats instead of aluminum foil for the past few years since learning about the health risks of aluminum, and recently needed to replace one of my mats. I found the BrightSpring mat to be well made with a brightly colored border and name as shown but otherwise plain. I was disappointed it is not dishwasher safe, but many others are not dishwasher safe either. I will update later as to how it wears with time!

The chest is solidly constructed and the finish is as advertised delicate and pretty. The lining is great. However, the chest has only 1 drawer (not two as shown in the picture), and the slots assigned to the different components of the flatware set are very small. If you are buying this chest for a small, modern flatware set with no extra pieces (serving spoon, serving knife, etc) you may be ok. My set is an antique sterling silver flatware set with about 170 pieces and it just won't fit in this chest. Because the pieces are somewhat larger than most sets I specifically ordered one with two drawers... bummer, this one came with only one. The manufacturer told me they don't make the 2 drawer chest anymore and was happy to refund me for my purchase. He didn't seem to concern about the inaccuracy in this product's pictorial representation.

In conclusion...

1) good quality chest, solid construction, looks pretty.

2) it doesn't hold as many pieces as advertised.

3) it has only one drawer !!!

Nice silver chest. But this item is no longer made in the United States and the product desciption should be changed. Unfortunatey it is just one more American product now being made in China. The photo shows a chest with a cherry finish. The actual chest color is a rich, much darker mahogany as expected.

I had looked all over for silver chests and I needed a large one because of all the extra serving pieces etc that I inherited from my Mother and my Grandmother. I wanted to keep my silver all in one place so I could store it in our home safe. This was the best deal for under $200.00 and shipping for free. I got it in three days after ordering it, and as the other reviewer said, the chest is darker than pictured, but I counted on that. It is a beautiful dark cherry wood and the first pull out drawer is slotted like the top part for forks, spoons etc, but the bottom drawer is separated into 5 different rows, which will be great for all my miscellaneous pieces. I am very happy with my purchase, as I have been with all the other Items I have gotten from Amazon!!! Now I have to go polish and put up my Silver!!! :-)

I got this wok a week ago after contemplating on steel vs non stick. I almost decided an bought the Scan pan wok 14" but it seemed too high a price but I was sure of the quality. The other woks which has good nonstick quality were to be babied and as you all know, woks need very high heat and I was not sure if hte non stick could withstand this.

Finally, I decided carbon steel was the way to go. This wok is very good, size 14" is a good size for a family of four adults and also if you have guests over. I cook chinese abt once a week but also plan to use the wok for deep frying. That was one another reason I went in for the carbon steel one. The seasonging shd not be a prob as it just says not to USE soap to clean it. Just wash with warm water and rinse adn apply a coating of oil. That is all...I can handle that!

If your main consideration is good tasting chinese food and a big size wok this is the one to use. If you are particular abt nonstick i would recommend only the scan pan in spite of its price.

I previously owned an electric stainless steel wok that was given to me as a gift. I used it a few times but wasn't really pleased with the results and rarely used it since if I heated it up high enough to stir fry, the base of it would burn and give an awful taste to the food. While researching bamboo steamers, I came across a lot of articles where the flat bottomed carbon steel wok was recommended. I decided to get this one only because the Joyce Chen brand was mentioned a few times and it stuck with me. This is so much better than the electric wok and I suspect that it's better than the non stick woks since non stick doesn't really sear to well. Seasoning the wok was really easy, and I successfully made Cashew Chicken after doing so! I read somewhere that seasoning would generate a lot of smoke, but I didn't have that problem. I think this is a pretty good buy and recommend it over expensive stainless steel wok skillets that go for $100 or more.

I have a carbon steel wok I have used for 30 years. It is too small for the dinner parties I have and I finally decided to get a bigger one. I bought this wok at Linens and Things and its every bit as good as the one I have been using all these years. You don't want non stick for wok cooking if you are going stir fry properly, you need a carbon steel wok that is properly seasoned. Seasoning is easy, so don't let that scare you. I use a wok three or four times a week, and this one has performed great. If you want a good size wok, buy this one.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I really like this wok and use it several times a week. I cook everything from stir fries to curries to crisping homemade croutons. I've even cooked burgers and made scrambled eggs in this wok.

Follow the directions for seasoning and you can't go wrong. Re-season it occasionally, and all you need do is rinse the wok in very hot water and dry thoroughly before storing. If bits of food get stuck, I boil a little water in the wok, poke at the burnt crispies with a wooden spoon, and everything comes clean. If food gets really stuck, I make a paste of baking soda and bleach to get the stuck bits off and then re-season, but I never never use soap or a scouring pad. If I did, I'd have to start the seasoning process all over again.

Note: Once the wok is well seasoned, it will no longer be silver and shiny. It will always have a bronze patina, but that is exactly what you are looking for.

UPDATE [June 2011] Five years later, with regular use, this wok just gets better over time. It is holding up quite well, has no rust (it's important to dry well after each use, with a couple paper towels). The bamboo knob on the lid and the wok handles are still tight and firmly attached, and the inside of the wok has developed a wonderfully stick-free patina. Cooked food literally slides out. Highly recommended.

This is the Wok you want, not the non stick ones. The Wok cooks at high heat and nonstick one give off cancer causing particles at high heat. Yes you have to season this pan but so what, it is easy and quick. One of the reviewers say the nonstick came off HOW? it does'nt have any! Wrong Wok your reviewing there. This Wok ROCKS, and we really use it too. So you can stop looking you found the Wok you want.

I have a MicroHearth Grill that I purchased a month ago and I loved it so when I saw this set I decided to try and and I am more than statisfied. I haven't tried the baking pan yet, but I love everything else. The boiled eggs come out great and are so easy to make. The sandwiches are perfect and no messy clean-up. No splatters on the stove. I now use my microwave for more than popcorn and heating water. The price at Amazon was lower than any other place. The recipe book has lots of recipes. My next thing is going to be the pizza.

I do like this product very much--it just isn't quite as versatile as the description indicates. I have a 1300 watt microwave, which means that I burned my first few attempts at using the pan. Not a huge problem, but a bit wasteful. The main "wish it were different" issue is the amount of steam that collects in the pan. One layer of potatoes cooked in oil should crisp, but after I turn them, they are a bit soggy if browned, and not browned if cooked for less time. I can live with that--this pan allows me to have roasted food without overheating my kitchen with a regular oven. After doing without roast veggies last summer, this pan is worth the money for that dish alone.

These silicone spatulas are the highly recommended ones from a leading cooking magazine. So I purchased all these Rubbermaid professional heat resistant spatulas and spoonulas (9 ½", 13 ½" and 16 ½" in length). I use the spatulas primarily for folding ingredients in a mixing bowl. I prefer to use the spoonulas for scraping a bowl when I want to scrape out every last bit of cooking goodness (the edges of the spoonulas are thinner and the cupping of the spoonulas both help to scrape bowls, pans, and pots clean). The Rubbermaid professional plastic handles are more comfortable to use than the wood handles on my heat resistant spatulas and spoonulas. Also, the silicone heads of my wood handle ones are stiffer than the Rubbermaid professional ones. I think that little bit of flex in the Rubbermaid Professional silicone heads helps me scrape cleaner.

I have yet to use the little notch on these spatulas for scraping under the opening of jars (I think they were intended for use on the commercial kitchen size jars) since the spatulas are 2 ¼" wide for the 9 ½" to 2 ¾" wide for the 13 ½" and 16 ½" long tools. The handle ends have small prongs that look like they are to help keep the entire spatula or spoonulas from sliding into a work bowl.

I have some older Rubbermaid ones and they are definitely not stain resistant: the paprika has permanently stained one of the mixing spatulas. I was able to remove the paprika stain from the Rubbermaid professional spatula using dishwashing liquid and a nylon Scotchbright like pad. Also, my older Rubbermaid heat resistant spoonula developed a split at the tip and has warped a bit.

I just realized that one of the reasons why I don't like my similar sized 13 ½" sized silicone spatulas and spoonulas with wood handles: the working end is heavy so the tool is not as balanced as these Rubbermaid Professionals.

For most home kitchens, I'd recommend buying the 9 ½' and 13 ½" size spatulas and spoonulas. There is a 16 ½" size that is very long and the silicone head is the exact same size as the 13 ½: (14" actual) size (4" X 2 ¾").

PROS: The silicone heads have just the right amount of flex to scrape cleaner than similar sized scrapers and spoonulas. The handles are more comfortable and sized well.

CONS: A bit expensive but you a get a tool likely to last.

We have the Rubbermaid Heat Resistant spoonulas and spatulas in several sizes, and duplicates of the smaller ones. We use them for everything in the kitchen. They do not stain, melt, or degrade in any way. They withstand the dishwasher very well, and are virtually indestructible. I even mixed a small batch of concrete patch with the largest one! The dried mix washed right off.

Each of my daughters-in-law got a pair in their Christmas stocking last year. I highly recommend these utensils.

Have started a project of upgrading my kitchen utensils and cookware and have long had the Rubbermaid spoon spatula at the top of my list after doing much research and reading all the positive reviews. So I eagerly ordered this item when it went on the 4 for 3 sale and the price seemed right and it just arrived today. It greatly surprised me to receive a spatula that measures 2 3/8" at its widest point. Promoting this as a 3 inch wide spatula seems deceptive at best. The picture also gives the impression of a wider spatula.

I will say that this seems like a very good quality product and it may suit my needs just fine as a small spatula for scrambled eggs, sauces, clearing out my blender, etc. The silicone has a nice feel to it. The spatula seems firm with just enough flexibility at the top and around the edges. Really like the way the head attaches to the handle as well. Just do not buy this with the idea of getting a wide, heavy duty spoon spatula. It seems a shame that Rubbermaid has misadvertised such a seemingly good product.

Update: I returned the product. This spatula seems over-priced, particularly given the misleading product description.

I was sick of all my old frayed cooking utensils and sadly, nowadays, most cooking utensils are way too long (avg length = 13") for my convenience. So I purchased two of the 11" size as a 'tester', as my past experiences with other "high heat" products did not end pretty (who knew a stove top could melt utensils).

This spatula (they call it scraper) works excellent in stirring any ingredient in a stove-top pot. It bends to fit the bottom of any pan. After months of use, the ends haven't 'curdled' (that's what I call the ends when they've 'melted into a ugly mess of blobbed plastic'). It hasn't discolored (even when stirring tomato products). Best of all, it doesn't melt when placed, in-between stirs, on the warm stove top.

I'm so happy with product I'm buying three more. I also purchased the 13" for my stock pots.

First of all this is called a lasagna roaster and to me that means 9x13. This isn't 9x13 and I most likely won't be using it for lasagna. However, it is a beauty! The most delicate shade of pale pink you can imagine, with a good weight to it. This roaster comes packaged beautifully in a box that I will keep for a long time. It's almost like getting a free gift (the box is so nice!) I love collecting pink items for my kitchen and sometimes they are hard to find. I'd recommend this to any "pink" fan.

This is a wonderful electric kettle! I followed the instructions when I bought it and cleaned it as such and I do not have any issue with smell or taste in my water. I just now boiled water put it in a cup and I'm drinking it. It tastes like hot water. I do use FILTERED WATER because when you BOIL NASTY TAP WATER it tastes LIKE NASTY TAP WATER. I use my electric kettle for cooking but mostly for coffee and tea. I am very hard core with my coffee brewing specific beans in different methods and this kettle does not alter flavor in any way.

I would give this a five star review if it didn't boil a bit longer than it should. I do not notice a loss in water but I think it could shut off a few minutes early.

My previous kettle of 6 years, the Phillips Essence, finally keeled over so I picked up a Breville one simply based on the reputation of the brand. So far I like it.

The water is quick to boil and the construction of the kettle itself is pretty good also it doesn't look bad at all. I thought about getting the stainless steel one but its heavier and more expensive. The lid opens smoothly with a touch of the button on the handle so there's not any pulling involved which is great.

My only gripe is that it doesn't have a chime for when the water is done boiling. Not a huge deal but still a small inconvenience, usually Breville thinks about those small things and does something about it.

Now if this lasts me for like 5+ years I'll be truly a happy customer.

I bought this as a gift for my parents, it is slightly different from the one pictured. It says "BPA Free" on the plastic window of the kettle. It works great, the switch lights up when in use, and the water boils quickly, there is no chemical odor or taste from the water. They followed the directions, washed it and boiled a full pot, then threw out that water before they used it for drinking.

I bought a Pedrini frying pan, and after just 3 weeks the non-stick coating on the inside of the pan started to peel off. This while only using a wooden spoon with it. Cheap China crap. Don't buy. Used for over a year. Excellent pan for 1-3 eggs. Just a little butter before cooking and cooks quickly and evenly and superb non-stick and very easy to clean. Only drawback is that the colored under-surface became discolored quite quickly and bottom of pan looks terrible.

I have had Visions cookware for about 17 years I guess. One of them has broken, but I loved them for all the years I've had them. They are great on gas stoves. They are great on electric stoves. I caution you to use low heat levels. High liquid items are no trouble. Baking is no trouble. If I burned something in one of them, I used a metal spatula to gently and carefully remove most of the charred crud, and then some cleanser or SOS to make them look like new again. I am looking to replace my beloved and well used 5 quart that had a coffee cup tossed into it by one of the kiddies :). I really like this cookware.

A L L....V I S I O N S....Cookware is perfect! I have

often thought that if I ever achieved all my dreams,

and became a millionaire, (or even a billionaire or a

trillionaire!), I would STILL want to cook, and would

STILL want ONLY "Visions", (or Pyrex, or Corelle, or

other glass or glass/ceramic cookare), to cook with.

This type of cookware is easy to clean, keeps correct

temperature, HAS NO HOT SPOTS, (which can ruin most

otherwise wonderful stainless-steel cookware), looks

quite beautiful, and just has an instinctive "feel"to

it that says, "pefect cookware".

"Visions" cookware is at the top of this list,

because one can see through it...all through it...and

not just from a glass top. This is very convenient

if one wants to do something else, and glance up, once

every few minutes, to see if the cooking is done.

True, "Visions" does burn...and burn very easily.

However, one can easily avoid this problem by putting

the stove on to a very low heat, while one is away.

Or buying a timer with a loud ring. With all the ad-

vantages that Visions, (and other glass or glass/cer-

amic) cookware affords, this precaution is a very

small bother. I myself have burnt three wonderful

Visions pots....yet I am buying more, and vowing to

be more careful!!!! (UPDATE....AND TIP! Yes, I've

burnt yet another wonderful Visions pot....but THIS

time, I decided to WAIT until the pot was COMPLETELY

COOL, before I tried to wash the burnt part off. IT

WORKED LIKE A CHARM! So, my (additional) advice now

is....if all else fails, and you forget to time your-

self or put on a lower light, and the pot burns

anyway.....take the pot off the heat, and WAIT AT

LEAST 2 HOURS -before washing in warm, soapy water. I then used Bon-Ami Cleanser....strong, but never

scratches. I suppose any dishwashing liquid will

work though. Just be sure to WAIT those two hours!

"Visions" and "Corningware" are now being made in

very limited quantities. I hope that they can again

be made in far greater quantities....new generations

are always being born, and the cooks amongst them

will always want the best. No matter what the price,

(and there are so many more expensive brands of pots

around...such as Calophan)....Visions will always be

the best, as far as I'm concerned. The best for

health, and value, and beauty, and convenience, (that

ability to judge what's cooking from a distance.)

what Corningware and Visions is. I hope they keep

making it -and in larger and larger quantities --

P.S.: I see that this item has been reduced in

price from $120 to $79! At this price, it surely is

a bargain! If you are looking for a large stock or

cooking pot, this, in my opinion, is the one to buy!

I have several Vision pots, including this one, and am purchasing more. Great for soups, boiling water, cooking in general. I am careful, and never use it on high heat. The primary reason I bought this, is because it is the healthiest cookware to cook on. No leeching! Stainless steel pots will leech out Nickel, and esp if scratched. I do not cook with non stick pans, because of the chemical and harmful fumes it creates. Not to mention that once it scratches, and it starts to flake, you are consuming that.

Visions is perfect for me. I haven't had any cracks or breaks, and have been careful with it. It is hard to find to purchase though. Cannot find it in stores here.

These glasses, though nothing fancy, have a classic feel to them. They are a great weight, though the rims up top feel slightly thin. Despite this I feel certain that these glasses will last many years to come, as long as I don't drop them. The bottom of the glass is weighted, and the bottom is not flat, so it is easier to stir things into drinks and make sure all the sediment is taken care of, but at the same time, there seems to be enough space to muddle a mojito inside these glasses, since to me mojito glasses are simply these glasses anyways. These glasses are perfect to serve up any member of the Collins family, or serve many other cocktails into these glasses that don't call for cocktail glasses (martinis, e.g.) or margarita glasses. I would recommend these glasses for non-cocktail use as well.

the rim of the glass is super thin (a little less than 1/16" thick) which i like very much... makes the glass feel very delicate... it's also nice and tall and fills a good amount of water... it is beautifully made and has a tiny 1/8" tall frosted "spiegelau" name branded upside down at the bottom of the glass which you can see right side up when looking down through the top of the glass...

This is a very nice glass for water, cocktails, juice, etc. It is not so ideal for 12 ounces of beer because it has no capacity for foam. The Amazon site lists the capacity as 13 ounces, however the product's box states 12.3 ounce. The 12.3 ounce statement from the manufacturer appears to be correct.

Not much room for foam, even a 12 oz. soda pop is on the verge of overflow. It takes very careful pouring and waiting for the head to subside to get the entire contents of a beer (or pop) into the glass.

The overall quality of the glass is excellent, and it a pleasure to drink out of this glass, the thinner edge adds to the effect. The bottom is extra thick, and holds a lot of coolness in the drink, so I usually have two of these glasses in the fridge, The beverage stays colds longer that way.

The glass appears to be durable. We do not use the dishwasher for these normally, but they have survived at least 2 inadvertent full cycles. Usually a drop of liquid dish detergent and hot water gets them sparkling clean. The package mentions a new, more durable design; I have accidentally banged these around more than a couple of times, they took a licking and I kept on sipping.

4.5 stars for quality, 3.5 stars for cost ($9 per glass)

The glasses look nice and were purchased at a good price. No true complaints so far, just nitpicky observations. The glasses are not very heavy and definitely don't have the thickness and presence of some of my other barware. Weight is a preference, so this may be a pro if you want a lighter glass. I'm not impressed with the hand feel, and the rims are thin and don't instill confidence, either. Manufacturer claims the "platinum finishing process" makes the glass harder, so I don't know if this is advertising fluff or a legitimate assertion only time will tell. I may or may not run them through the dishwasher. As mentioned prior, I have my reservations due to the perceived fragility of the glasses, but I may be willing to take one for the team to test their resilience. My honest opinion spend a little more for something more substantial, or spend less and buy the same design from a different manufacturer. At least I can tell my girlfriend the glasses were Made in Germany, for what it's worth (more advertising fluff?).

**Update 2/28/13 I've run these glasses through the dishwasher multiple times, with no issues. They've held up for the almost 3 months we've owned them. The physical glass is still crystal clear, with no annoying soap scum issues or wear-and-tear imperfections. Upgraded to 4-stars based on this. I'll update again, maybe after a year of ownership.**

I bought eight of these, and in the first six weeks I owned them they ALL broke in the dishwasher. Every single one. They're very good-looking, and I've had good luck with other Spiegelau glasses, but these were the worst. Ended up getting a refund, which was nice, but would recommend other glasses instead.

I had a cooking fork for use with non-stick cookware for years. When it broke I looked and looked for a new one, but there was everything but forks, or I would have to buy an entire set of ten or more utensils to get one, so I was very happy to find this fork on Amazon. It's a little different than the one I had but it serves the purpose very well and I'm "in business" again with my skillet cooking.

I've looked everywhere for a fork like this after I broke my last one and very hard to find. These are perfect if you have teflon cookware and don't want to scratch your pan... especially great for breaking up ground beef! Glad I know where to purchase again if one breaks or if I need another!

I was not aware the the fork is not straight across, but it is on an angle. Noting in details or picture that shows this..I still recommend it!! I like that fact that it's not like the melanie which sometimes scratches my pans(non stick). For "large" it's not as big as I thought. Over all it is a very useful fork. I pretty much use it for everything..

I got two of these forks for use with non-stick pans, specifically for separating collander-clumped noodles while making Asian type fried noodles. I expected something a bit larger, but they work well in a variety of separating jobs. I see that another reviewer uses them to break up ground meat; I'll have to try that. This is a very useful tool.

This fork was a surprise, size wise, but it works well, extra tines are handy in cooking. Heat resistant, as per description, I got matching spoon, too. The spoon is very small.

I would like ti see a larger version of both the fork and spoon.

This griddle is NOT part of the Nouvelle Copper line, despite what Amazon's listing says, therefore it is not suitbable for an induction cooktop. It does NOT work on an induction cooktop. Now I will return it.

As another reviewer mentioned, this does not have a copper bottom, but on a gas stove it works well in spite of its relatively light weight. Be sure to use low to medium heat. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the cooking surface is 10 x 10, not 11 x 11 inches as advertized. But its performance gets 5 stars.

Amazon's description is wrong on this griddle it is not part of the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Series it is part of the Anolon Nouvelle Series these are different please check the web site. This error aside the this is a very nice product as are all the Anolon Hard Anodized products but please also note that it is not compatible with an induction stove as the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Series products are compatible with induction type stoves.
