We got this for pans that we wanted to hang from a pantry wall to provide us with a little more cabinet space for some other things. Sturdy and easy to install. Comes with great hooks that allow us to hang our fry and sautee pans by their handles. Make sure you use anchors for your screws though if you are going to be hanging heavy items. Great deal and we love it!

I had bought the set that this matches but it did not come with this pan so I decided that I would pick this one up separately and after looking everywhere locally found that I could buy it here competitively priced.

I love this set but as anyone that has ever cooked with stainless steel will tell you; it's not the same as cooking on something non stick and requires more attention to heat etc…

I love the handles; they have a silicone or similar material covering the stainless handle and are angled in a way that makes pouring much more comfortable than most department store pots and pans. The clear lids are great and have similar handles so you can see what your cooking and not burn your fingers when removing the lids.

This is a great pan!! I started making bread this year and also bought a NorPro pan that was recommended by another baker. Compared to the Norpro, this pan exceeds my expectations! With the Norpro, I *always* have to use a knife to loosen the bread to get it out and then *scrub* to clean the breadcrumbs off the side. With the USA Pans, it's a breeze!! I treat both pans the same way, but the bread comes out easily and cleanly with the USA Pan. Needless to say, the Norpro stays in my cabinet unless I have to use it. I really like these pans, want more and plan on replacing my baking pans with USA Pans as needed. Best of all, they are made in the USA!

This is a well made, high quality pan that does a great job of baking. As long as you hand wash and immediately dry, this pan should have long life. However, it is NOT dishwasher safe as the aluminized steel will corrode. After using this for several months one of my kids accidently put this through the dishwasher and the surface finish is now ruined.

Great heavy weight cups that look deceivingly delicate. Pretty and comfortable handle. Great graduated cup design that shows off the layering of a good crema or cappuccino (see photo). If you love espresso, especially when it has a rich crema (the head that forms on top of a well made shot) the clear glass mug shows off this effect and makes it a pleasure to serve and drink. These La Rochere classic mugs are a pleasure to use daily in my office a unique mug in the ceramic mug/paper cup jungle of the workplace.

I ordered the CIA Masters 8" nonstick saute pan and the 3qt. saucier for use on an induction cooktop The saucier is fantastic and I expect to get a lot of use from it. However, the base on the 8" fry pan is not flat, creating a wobble, which is made more apparent by the large, heavy handle that practically overwhelms the pan in terms of balance. While the pan will heat up (I tried boiling some water), I require a flat base for any cookware, especially when used on a glass surface. Where I could probably exchange it and get one with a flat base, I will return it for a refund and try some other brand, perhaps the Scanpan CTX for a bit more money, or even the Regalware American Tri-ply for about half the price of this CIA Masters pan. Both of these alternatives have PFOA-free nonstick surfaces. On the other hand, I am sufficiently impressed with the CIA Masters 3qt saucier pan that I intend to eventually get their 10" regular saute/fry pan.

I have an identical pan that I have owned for 16 years with no complaints. It is still as good as when i bought it and it has had some heavy use.

THe new one is terrible way less material feels flimsy and it buckled the first time I used it. it now rocks around on a convex base.

Don't buy this if you are expecting the quality provided by Revere in the past.

This is a very poor imitation of what used to be the valued and respected Revere ware of years ago. Interior is pitting after only several weeks of use and the metal is so thin that the bottom stamp shows on the inside bottom. Revere Copper Clad Bottom 1-Quart Saucepan I have used our old complete set of Revereware pots and pans since I was married many years ago and they are ALL still good. I've never had to replace any until recently when the cost of a new handle for a small sauce pan was almost as much as a new pan. Even the handle on the new pan has no screws to remove or replace it.

I have used this bright, shiny pan about a handful times on low to medium heat. About 1/2 of the copper plating is gone. I might as well have purchased a completely aluminimum pan. I happen to have the original Revere copper clad cookware from 1979. Though the copper has dulled (I'm sure that if I used a copper cleaner, it will brighten), and they have been used on the highest of heat settings, the full copper coating still remains. So, unfortunately, there is a major difference in quality between this little pan made in Indonesia vs. my hardy, still very functional set manufactured in 1979 at the plant in Clinton, Illinois. I'm not faulting the manufacturing process in Indonesia. I am faulting the company because they set the specifications for manufacturing. This company producing the copper clad Revere items obviously could care less about producing a quality product and maintaining the Revere brand's reputation. Though this little pan works OK, I don't know why they bother even putting the copper clad stuff on it. Disappointing.

I ordered this saucepan just to have an extra one since we use this size a lot. I was concerned about the reviews about the quality of the newer pans but so far then new pan has held up fine.

As a comparison, I weighed my 30 year old made in USA pan and the new pan. The new pan weighs 304 grams and the old pan weighs 290 grams. Of course I cannot say where the extra weight comes from, but they seem to have the same dimensions for the pan as well as the handle.

At least I can be sure that the new pan does not have significantly less material.

As for buckling or rocking, I would be surprised to see this happen to this saucepan. A saucepan is normally filled with a liquid that should keep the temperature along the bottom of the pan even and below the boiling point. (As opposed to a frying pan.)

Although still serviceable and relatively attractive, rust pitting has commenced on the inside up high about an inch or two under the lip. I use this 12 quart stock pot a great deal for large batch preparation of food for canning, making large batches of soup, sauerkraut etc.

Cleans up easily and I like the glass lid. Triply bottom does spread heat evenly. I just lost faith in Tramontina's quality. Go spend a few extra dollars and buy a pot from the Emeril line of cookware.

I started buying a piece of Le Creuset every time I caught a sale and have enough pieces now to cook with. I have different colors which makes my kitchen very colorful. I just bought this as a lightning special and the price is fantastic! I have a larger stoneware piece like this one that I use to make ribs in and they come out so, so tender and the pot cleans up easily. For the cast iron pieces, these are great for soups as they keep the soup hot for long after the heat is turned off. They cook slowly with medium heat and nothing sticks to the bottom. The cast iron is heavy, I think I built my arms up lifting these, but that is the only drawback and for someone buying any type of cast iron, they are all heavy pieces. Now, if I could just get the ambition to cook more often....

This is excellent cookware and worth the money you have to pay for it. It's top quality and I love to cook with it. Because it is made of cast iron, I'm having more difficulty with the weight of it since I have arthritis in my wrists. As long as I have help lifting it, everything about it is great. It lasts for years and requires no fussy maintenance. An easy 5 stars for me!

I purchased this set for my wife during a lightning deal and couldn't be happier. Le Creuset pieces are very expensive but worth it. I went to the actual Le Creuset store and it was more expensive there esp if you do not have any coupons. I learned that you must check under the lids and rim of the pots to see if there are any chips broken off. If you go to the store and see that you will get a discount. I immediately checked mine once it was delievered from Amazon and it was in perfect condition.

The quality stoneware material used coating the iron pot keeps food from sticking and also helps retaining the heat within the pot. My wife has made stews to soups to rice and all came out delicious with the meats from the stew becoming extremely tender. Washing is a breeze as everything just slides off easily. I use a soft sponge without any issues. Just be sure to wash immediately after using to avoid dried caked on foods which will be hard to remove. You don't want to use a brillo or anything that scratches to clean your pots as that will damage the coating and ruin them. Highly recommend.

I got this exact pot elsewhere, but since everybody reads Amazon reviews, decided to enter mine here. It's a satisfactory quality pot, it cleans well, too. The only problem is that the lid doesn't fit tight enough it is loose and there is a gap all around, so it makes it more difficult to strain (I lost some of spaghetti), and it takes longer to bring pot to a boil. Also, lid handle gets very hot.

I love this pan! I have it about two weeks now and have used it lots, nothing sticks, clean up is a breeze and I love the large working area to grill many items at the same time. I wish I had bought this long ago instead of the other four pans I did buy, those either stuck like glue and needed to be soaked and scrubbed forever, or in the case of the cast iron ones took a lot of time to get seasoned properly and then if they weren't used regularly they would tend to develop rust areas in our humid climate. I can fit 8 large chicken breasts or burger patties on this, I also did a dozen Italian sausage links and peppers and onions to go with the sausage. Even if this pan only lasted me a year it would still be worth it to me for the ease of cleaning and cooking results I have gotten from it so far.

Here it is months later and I have literally used this pan heavily over the past few months, much more than I had ever used all the other grill pans I had purchased put together. This pan still looks and works as it did the day it was purchased. Congratulations to Calphalon for this beauty of a grill pan that works beautifully for its intended purpose. Grill chicken comes out crispy and greaseless, steaks come out with a nice char on them and sandwiches are works of art. I am still happy with it and might pick up another to keep just in case one of the sons comes to visit and this disappears when they leave!

Back again to update on this pan..........still performing flawlessly! This is one seriously great pan that has had more use than any other in my arsenal of cookware and it is still holding up fine. The finish has not peeled or degraded in any way and it is a breeze to clean. My stove also is one of the ones with high performance burners and it has not damaged the pan in any way when I sear steaks or grill chicken breasts and nothing ever sticks to it. I do use a pastry brush to swish a light coating of oil on it before I use it so maybe that has helped with its longevity.

Many of the double-burner griddles are not able to be used on a flat top stove. This one, however, is perfectly flat on the bottom and works great on mine! I have had it for a few months and use it all the time. We have 5 kids, and it is perfect for making lots of french toast, pancakes, hash browns, grilled cheese, etc. at a time. Also works great for making stir fry because it keeps such a large area hot, you can just keep stirring things around to hot areas. It is also heavyweight and seems like it will last a very long time. Cleans up well and the nonstick is great, too.

*note* I have the pan that does not have the grill bars across the cooking surface,so the top is totally flat as well as the bottom.

I bought this product after giving up on a cast iron skillet pan by LeCreuset, which was impossible to clean. This product works on my glass top stove and is very easy to clean. I keep it in on my stove top ready to use and it works over 1 or 2 burners depending on how much food I am grilling. I would definitely recommend this product, mostly because it is so easy to clean.

That's direct from GreenPan. I got mine at Target and loved it so much I bought the rest of the set. Nothing sticks to them, and I mean nothing. I've burnt eggs on it just for the fun of it and it comes off with water and a little finger rubbing. This is the only dish I don't throw through the dishwasher simply because it's just too easy to clean.

And let me add, I'm no expect at non-stick pan cleaning. I'm used to cast iron pans. After a year of daily cooking and cleaning this pan doesn't show any scratches. So bottom line, these pans do as they promise. Perhaps they should be bought from official outlets to ensure you're actually getting the right product. Otherwise, you won't regret buying these pans. I haven't.

i have the 12 inch stainless steel version which i got for christmas. 4 months later and the non-stick aspect has essentially failed. the coating is still in tact, but many things, tofu in particular, are sticking to the surface. we have had non-stick pans in the past, and all but the cheapest the surface held up well. We were not novices to the care of this stuff. We were excited about this one with the non-PFOA coating. It worked great at the start, but quickly declined. Our use of a nylon scrubby when stuff started to stick appears to have hastened its demise. Still, for a viable option these things need to be more robust. An average stainless steel skillet works better at this point. Sad.

We've been using this pan for a couple of months. I must say that this pan has not performed up to the same standards as some of the other reviewers, and yet not as poorly as the rest.

We own all kinds of pans, le crueset, all clad, teflon (now discarded), cast iron, traditional carbon steel woks. We love them all. The greenPan I must say I'm on the fence about. We purchased this to make eggs, nothing cooks eggs like teflon, it just glides off. We decided to replace our teflon pan when the handle broke and looked for something environmentally friendly.

We do some light sauteing in this pan, and veggies and bits of meat are fine in this. but when we cook eggs....it needs more oil and it definitely sticks. Not horribly, but it does stick, bits of egg are left behind when i remove the egg when using a half teaspoon of oil and spreading it out with a brush. Infact, I think my le crueset pans perform on par if not better, but they are too heavy to flip omelettes. I'm confused by a reviewer who said that their eggs just slide off even without any oil. That's definitely not the case here.

However, it does clean up easily. While i can fry the same egg in an All Clad with sufficient oil, but where this pan excels is the clean up. Despite fried rice bits and egg stuck on the surface, with hot water and some soap it cleans up beautifully. For that I'll give it 3 stars despite it not being fully non-stick.

Purchased this pan in early December 12' from a Target store. I noticed within about 2 weeks that the performance of the "non-stick" was noticeably less impressive. I've managed by adding more oil while cooking. Now, a small hole where the handle joins the pan took in water while washing and nearly burned me when I went to grab the pan and boiling water came squirting out. I will try and return to Target as it's under the 90 days. I would stay away from this pan as a solution for non-stick performance.

Our kitchen has undergone a recent re-organization, and at the end of it we discovered we had more pots-and-pans than places to put them. We have long yearned for some kind of pot rack, to make it easier to grab items (instead of crawling around in a cupboard, stacking-and-unstacking). This was just what we had in mind.

The Enclume unit is heavy, but in a sturdy "This ain't going anywhere" way. I think I could hang a hammock from it, with me dangling below. Certainly it's no problem with the 6-10 heavy All-Clad pots and frypans I have hanging from the rack. I'm glad we got the unit with the shelf, too, as it means accessible storage for just-a-few-more things, such as my asparagus pot. (There isn't room for pot lids, though, at least the way that I have it set up.)

Incidentally, the description didn't make it clear how many hooks came with the unit, so I bought an extra package. It came with about a dozen, which probably would have been plenty. I'm not sorry I got extra (you never know...) but the additional hooks weren't as much of a must-have as I had imagined.
