I don't know much about cookware. Generally I just pick up pots and pans from Ross or Target at the lowest price. In turn, over the years I've grown used to having to open the lid of my pot after cooking something and dumping it into a colander, and heaven help me if I didn't have a clean one available ("I guess I'll just put something on the lip while pouring out the water and...no, no, don't fall out ACK!") After my well-worn pots finally gave up the ghost I decided to take advantage of my Amazon Prime and look outside of basic retail for a solution. And lo and behold, a pot with a colander built into it. Add to Cart? Whyyesthankyou!

After using it for a few weeks now, it has certainly lived up to expectations. The built-in drainer is simple yet brilliant in its design, making cooking more efficient and hey, having one less dish to clean is no water off my back!

I just love this pan; it is teflon and tall, and strains the water outy after I'm done cooking in it! I now have two because both places I cook I wanted to have this pan! It is great! Recommend it highly! It arrived quickly!

Pan is nice and the drain spout feature is great, but the pot could be a lot heavier. The pot is just really light weight, not what I was expecting

There's no doubt that the Rosle is extremely good--in fact, I would have given it five stars just a few weeks ago. But then I purchased the Kuhn Rikon Epicurean Garlic Press (#2315), after reading a recent review of it in Cook's Illustrated. After repeatedly comparing the two side-by-side, the Kuhn is unquestionably the better press. It's also about $8 cheaper here on Amazon, but that's just a bonus--I didn't consider price for this review.

What's strange is that the crushing mechanisms appear to be identical. In fact, prior to crushing with the Kuhn, I felt disappointed when I received it, convinced that I had just bought the same garlic press twice. However, for whatever reason (and it remains a mystery to me), the Kuhn's crushing of garlic is clearly superior in two ways: 1) It produces a more beautifully consistent mince of the garlic, whereas the result from the Rosle seems more "smashed" by comparison. The difference isn't subtle--I was honestly shocked by it. 2) The pressing is more complete, with less left behind in the hopper, and it presses unpeeled garlic better, as well. (That said, I get a much better press from either unit with peeled cloves.)

Ergonomically, the shape of the Kuhn also handles better, although I never had a problem with the Rosle. And I'd say both units have stainless steel construction of equally high quality. For me, it was the crushing performance and not the handling that has sadly relegated my Rosle to the drawer, since I now always reach first for the Kuhn.

Wow! I just used my Rosle garlic press for the first time today. I cant believe how easily the unpeeled garlic went right through the holes. One good squeeze was all it took, the garlic almost squirted out. All that was left inside the press were the skins. This is a beautiful piece of engineering, made of heavy duty stainless steel. It seems to be a very durable kitchen tool. A breeze to wash, the garlic rinsed off easily under running water.

This item is a little expensive but I feel like it was worth the price. After fighting with inferior presses for many years, I finally found a great one. I like the Rosle garlic press so much I just ordered three more, one for each of my children.

Best Deals for Rösle 12782 Garlic Press

There are garlic presses and then there is the Rosle. Renders plump, firm cloves of garlic into a juicy, pulverized mass with a satisfying crunch that could only come from the mind of an obsessed German industrial designer. As beautiful as it is functional, the stainless steel press crushes so well, there is little pulp left to clean. What remains is removed easily with a soft-bristled toothbrush and some dish soap. Expensive, but likely the last garlic press you'll ever need to buy.

Honest reviews on Rösle 12782 Garlic Press

This garlic press looks stunning, just like the rest of the Rösle line. I love the shiny finish and the hooks on each tool.

However, don't judge this book by its cover. I am very disappointed with how this tool works. It smashes up the garlic and much of it gets stuck inside the press creating a lot of waste. It is also difficult to clean, requiring a lot of rinsing to get all that stuck garlic out.

This is the first time I have been disappointed by Rösle. Too bad.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Rösle 12782 Garlic Press

This impressive piece of hardware feels like anything but a kitchen tool more like surgical or scientific equipment.

I've owned several cheaper garlic presses and rarely used them. The amount of time saved in the kitchen was lost when trying to clean the gadget.

By contract; The Rosle press works flawlessly and cleans easily. This is the only Rosle tool I own most of the rest seem either over-engineered or impractical.

The genius lies in the flip-up press plate that allows you to instantly clear the plate and load another clove.

Bottom line: This is a tool that will get used, since it works flawlessly and stays clean easily.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I really like the locking strainer lid on the 8 qt. stockpot. I have boiled pasta and potatoes and it has been very convenient to lock the lid in place and pour the water out in the sink without having to get extra kitchen gadgets to do so. Water seems to boil faster using these pots as well and I imagine it has to do with the aluminum cores surrounded by the stainless steel. The water strains through the top of the lid.

The 1 & 3 qt saucepans have lips on each side and in order to strain the liquid from the pans, you line the holes up to the lips, hold the lid in place, and pour. The straining holes are in the sides of the lid and there are smaller holes on one side and larger on the other.

The finish is a pretty stainless steel. The top knob and handles could have been made of better quality material.

The 8" & 10" nonstick aluminum skillets have a shiny metal outside and top edge. They have riveted handles. The bowl size itself seems to be a little deeper compared to similar skillets. The handles have rings for hanging. The outside is already showing scratches, which I don't like.

So, although I like this cookware, I think it could be better with locking lids on all the saucepans.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program When I first started to take cooking somewhat seriously (in the early 80's) I went to a department store and purchased a stainless steel set of cookware similar to this one. The pans were not coated with a non-stick material and it took me a while to clean them, still, they were fairly heavy and served me well for several years. When I got a chance to try out this set I was surprised by several things.

The first thing is that I think that I paid more for a similar set over 30 years ago. The second this is that this set is much better designed and built that my original set. The pans have a non-stick coating when my older skillets did not. They also feel heavier more solid. Another thing that is different is that the lids on this set have strainers which make it easier to drain the cooking liquid off.

Since I graduated from my original set I much confess that I have had a tendency to go overboard when it comes to cookware. I've owned some really expensive skillets and pans but when I think about buying something for a college student or a newly married couple I look towards sets like this one. My only concern is that the stainless finish requires more care and maintenance than an anodized finish that you can find on some other sets.

I have been surprised at how well this set works in the kitchen. I would like it if they were a tad bit heavier but they a pleasure to cook with and seem like a great value.

Best Deals for Farberware 77289 Classic 10-Piece Cook and Strain Cookware Set

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program When the box arrived I didn't think there could possibly be a 10-piece set of cookware inside...but, the entire 10-piece set was packaged one pan inside another with packing material between each piece to protect each pot, pan and lid. My compliments to the packer! The first thing I noticed was how each pot and pan was very lightweight. I baked cookies and biscuits on the non-stick sheet pans and they slid off effortlessly using my non-metal spatula. I used the big pot and cooked spaghetti, locked the lid and gently tilted the pan to strain. It worked great. The saucepans also worked very well cooking. With the saucepans you hold the lid in place when straining. I have made fried green tomatoes, pancakes, fried rice, and more in the non-stick skillets and have been pleased with how each turned out. When the pots were hot the handles were not. All the cookware has stayed nice and shiny even after being washed in the dishwasher numerous times.

Honest reviews on Farberware 77289 Classic 10-Piece Cook and Strain Cookware Set

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have a much older Farberware Millenium cookware set so I was curious to see how the Classic set would compare. The strainer lid is perhaps the best difference as it allows me to drain hot water off of pasta without pulling out my colander and thus having more dishes to wash. The other lids aren't locking and I wish they would. They seem fairly sturdy otherwise.

The handles are the feature I like least. My older Farberware had stainless steel handles and were safe to use in the oven. The handles on the Classic model are a cheaper plastic. However, the handles do have a loop so that we could hang the skillets (which we use daily) up in a convenient but attractive spot.

At this point, I would recommend the Farberware Classic as a great starter set for anyone who needs the basic cookware. It's not fancy but it definitely gets the job done.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I started using Farberware stainless cookware in the 60's and it lasts and lasts and lasts.

The Farberware Classic is not the top of the line stainless that Farberware makes, but it is a very good functional set of cookware. It's also a matter of preference. Now that I am older I prefer a porcelain colored finish or anodized that won't show water spots, streaks, etc. Stainless does require a bit of upkeep, but this set I have found is easy to maintain.

The sizes of this set will work in just about any kitchen and each piece is very useable. The non stick skillets have exceptional cleanup and I have always found when cooking with stainless that immediately after using a piece put some water in it to unstick any pasta, etc., left. Makes cleanup so much easier. I would never put any of this set in the dishwasher, especially the non-stick pans which the manufacturer states to not put them in.

I definitely like the lid on the larger stockpot for alleviating any boil over while cooking. I still drain potatoes, pasta into a stainless colander. I just don't like the steam in my face from a pan with a lid. The lids on the smaller pans make it easy to drain vegetables, etc. Very convenient.

The cookie sheets are a nice addition and do not warp in the oven when using.

I have been using this cookware set for about a month and I do like it. It has a nice weight to it. I also use anodized and porcelain in my kitchen and as I cook a lot I find there is a place for many different types of cookware. Sometimes I just prefer stainless over non-stick.

I gave it 4 stars because it does show water spots/streaking if not dried with a dish towel and because I do prefer glass lids on the pans I use, but overall I would recommend this set, especially for a gift. It's reasonable and very functional!

Reviews of Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-by-13-Inch Rectangular Nonstick

Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-by-13-Inch Rectangular Nonstick Brownie Pan
Customer Ratings: 4 stars

I've owned my Calphalon Brownie Pan for 6 years, and absolutely LOVE it! I'm ordering a 2nd & 3rd one today. We have the largest toaster oven that I could find, and this pan fits in it. We've used it for everything from baking fish, making cinnamon rolls, baking cakes, broiling steak, garlic bread, cookies.... and I think we've made a couple of batches of brownies in it. With 5 kids, it tends to rotate in and out of the toaster oven a LOT, and has held up wonderfully. I'm ordering 2 more so that we don't have to wash it 3 & 4 times a day. (It DOES go through the dishwasher, too! And that's a HUGE perk at our house!)

This is the second one of these pans that I have purchased. We have 2 homes and I liked it so much that I bought another so I would have one in both places. It is perfect for any brownie recipe for a 13x9 pan. The brownies bake up perfectly. Just remember to line your pan with parchment paper that hangs over the narrower 2 edges. You will be very happy with your baking results.

Best Deals for Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-by-13-Inch Rectangular Nonstick

I bought this pan especially to bake biscuits in. I needed a non-stick pan with low sides and this one works perfect! My home-made biscuits just slide off and I just wipe if off with a sudsy washcloth, rinse, dry and put it away. It is made of heavy gauge metal and it's very sturdy.

Honest reviews on Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-by-13-Inch Rectangular Nonstick

This is a decent heavy weight pan, but I've now used it four times and I've got grease stains that will not come off. The culpret? Cinnamon Rolls. Seriously I have a Cinnamon Roll stain on it that will not come off. I didn't burn them it's just a grease stain.

It's better than the terrible one that came with my toaster oven (which is what I got this for) but I'm pretty dissapointed I expect more from Calphalon.

Great product. Nonstick works great and doesn't stain and lifts off. I have always put and still spray foil with Pam and then place in pan. Wish there was a Calphalon pizza pan 12inch with holes. I even called and they do not make it. I would use both in my Calphalon toaster oven.

I've had this item (in its previous incarnation) for about eight years now and I have only good things to say about it. For the commenter who claims that it doesn't grind food, well, it's a food mill, not a food grinder. It allows you to remove the seeds and skins from cooked tomatoes and apples and you can cook those and other foods whole. Fill your pressure cooker with whole apples. Cook for a few minutes at pressure, cool, and run through the mill. No-fuss apple sauce. I'll cook up a half-bushel of the freshest tomatoes. Cool, run through the mill, instant gold! Use the medium milling plate for the best tomato juice of your life. Don't know what to do with those beautiful golden quinces? Break out the pressure cooker and treat as you did the apples. The food mill was made for softened foods don't expect it to grind, it's not a grinder. Know how to use a tool before you buy it. As for ricing potatoes, I like my big stainless-steel ricer for that. Put the soft-cooked (I like my microwave steamer for this) unpeeled potatoes into the ricer; the fluffy, perfect potato ends up in the bowl and the peels are there for you to lift out. This is one fine product.

I tried the mill right after it arrived. To be honest the scraper is worthless. It's easier to use a spatula and more effective. The grind seem fine enough and I like the ease of assembly. Now the real proving ground to me will be in the longevity of sharpness and how well it works for other projects, but for the money I was a little disappointed.

Best Deals for Cuisipro Deluxe Food Mill

I bought this food mill as an upgrade from my ancient aluminum Foley because it got the top rating from Cook's Illustrated magazine. Like several other reviewers, I find that the knob falls off the handle after just a couple of turns, rendering the device practically useless. I have emailed the manufacturer which claims to have 25-year warranties on their products. We'll see what they say. But for a product that costs this much -now even more expensive than when I bought it -it should work flawlessly.

Honest reviews on Cuisipro Deluxe Food Mill

I am an avid fan of Cook's Illustrated so I followed their recommendation and bought this food mill. If this is going to be an (expensive) toy that you're going to use once in a while, this would serve its purpose. If you can a lot (several times a year and in large quantities) and make gnocchi on a regular basis, this mill is inefficient and very frustrating. I work at a restaurant and make gnocchi and mashed potatoes on a regular basis and I wish I have what we have at work. It's twice the size but probably costs half of a third of what I paid for this mill. If you live near a restaurant store, just get your food mill there. Bigger mill=more efficient=the faster the job done.

If I had to rice 10 lbs of potatoes for gnocchi with this mill, it would take up to 20 minutes (with frustrations) vs 4 minutes (fuss free) for a large restaurant grade food mill. This may seem like it's not a big deal but factor in your time baking the potatoes, ricing it, making the "dough", rolling and cutting the dough. etc., every minute counts especially when you know your toddler is about to wake up anytime from his nap ;)

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Cuisipro Deluxe Food Mill

I don't need to use a food mill very often, but for things that require a fine texture without being squashed, this is a great product. In particular, I really like using this food mill for making mashed potatoes. A potato masher squashes the cells of the potato and can make your mashed potatoes gluey. The food mill is much easier to use than a ricer, and the potatoes come out truly light and fluffy. The year I used this to make the mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, it was the only dish that we ran out of. The food mill is also great for straining raspberry purée and making perfectly smooth tomato sauces.

Although I love this food mill, I have to admit that at this price it's a luxury. If you make a lot of sauces, it's probably worth the money. It comes with three discs of varying sizes and while it takes awhile to get the hang of it, once you do it's very easy to use and easy to clean. Since it is costly, however, and takes up a lot of storage space, it isn't worth it if all you're going to make are mashed potatoes. In that case, get yourself a ricer or stick to making smashed potatoes, because while the texture of foods processed in a ricer is incomparable, it just isn't worth it unless you're a serious cook with money and space to spare. If you decide to get a ricer, however, this is the one to get as it's easy to use and clean. I know some people have had issues with durability, but I haven't found it to be a problem.

I searched high and low to find the right white lace vinyl tablecloth. This was the best one I found, and I have not been disappointed. Most of the other ones I saw had actual holes in the openwork lace cutout areas, which seemed to me to defeat the purpose of having a vinyl one (I needed a solid vinyl cloth to protect my antique table from my kids' spills). And the solid, thick, flannel-backed vinyl ones available everywhere were all too small for my long dining table and too bright and casual for my formal, traditional dining room (I don't have an eat-in kitchen to feed my small children on so I must use the "nice" dining room all the time and I didn't want to have to wash a fabric tablecloth every single day). I finally found this one, which has clear vinyl backing over the cutout areas of the lace pattern. I do wish it could have been thicker, like the flannel-backed vinyl tablecloths that were too small and informal for me, but then I realize it could not have the open-look lace style, so I guess those don't exist. The only way to get a vinyl lace one is for it to be relatively thin, with no flannel backing, but this one seems quite sturdy, and has stood up to daily use and wiping so far. (Reviews about some similar ones I had considered said they were too thin, almost like the disposable party-store tablecovers, and ripped after the first use! This one seems much better.) Be careful about oily or greasy food, though, because there appears to be a grease stain that won't wipe up, but it isn't too noticeable. The fold marks never completely go away, but I'm used to seeing fold marks on cloth tablecloths too so it isn't a big deal to me. It IS kind of thin with a slightly sheer look when the sun shines in, so you will see a bit of the brown of the wooden table underneath it (probably like you would if it were delicate real fabric lace too). I tried it with a plain white cheap fabric tablecloth underneath and it gives a completely different look the solid part of the white is a more solid and brighter white, the openwork lace pattern much less noticeable because white shows through the clear-vinyl-backed openings, not dark brown table. So that is an option, too, if the thinness bothers you. This cloth protects my table well from food, moisture and spills, but I don't imagine it will protect it from scratches (we have a cat) or heat, so I might keep the white cotton one underneath for long-term use (still easy-care because I can just wipe the top vinyl one clean). Overall I am pleased, but I would have been super-pleased if I could have found a thicker, flannel-backed white or off-white vinyl tablecloth that was long enough and elegant enough for a formal dining room. But those don't seem to exist! Also, customer service was superb quick response to my questions about the product and fast shipping. The customer service wasn't Amazon directly, it was the company who sold the tablecloth via Amazon.com, but I don't know the name offhand.

My wife gave me this pan for Christmas and I am very impressed. I've been searching for alternatives to regular non-stick pans due to concerns over the coatings having toxic chemicals in them. I already have cast iron and steel pans that I use regularly, but even with proper conditioning of those pans (baking on solid oils, cleaning only with oil and salt, etc.) there are some foods that stick to them, such as scrambled eggs. The other drawback of cast iron (and steel to a lesser extent) is weight pouring out hot food in particular can be a bit tough with a large cast iron pan.

This Bialetti pan addresses all those problems. It is very lightweight, with a nice handle that makes it easy to grip and control. The non-stick interior is excellent scrambled eggs leave pretty much no trace other than a tiny spot of butter here or there, which washes right off. The heating and cooking is even and predictable. Finally, the pan's red bottom and handle is attractive enough that my wife and I agreed to hang it on the wall. The only potential drawback I can think of is that I worry that the ceramic interior may chip if abused, which contributed to our decision to hang it on the wall rather than put it in the cabinet with all the other pans.

Overall a great pan I plan on buying a couple more in other sizes. While some foods will continue to be used with the cast iron and steel pans, these Bialetti pans have definitely earned a place in the kitchen for sticky/tough to clean foods!

[11 months later: The pan has started to become less non-stick. Scrambled eggs now stick to it, although they come off with reasonable dish brush pressure. Other foods leave a residue as well that requires some pressure to clean. So this is now no longer truly a non-stick pan, which is disappointing. We never abused the pan (i.e. left heated without contents, scrubbed with abrasive cleaners, etc.). As a result, I've reduced my review to 3 stars.]

I bought this pan on January and was very pleased with it. It was easy to clean, didn't require lots of oil...In no time (it's April now) the surface gets damaged some, and now even the eggs get stuck to the interior...even with plenty of oil. I'd also like to point out that I've been taking a good care of the saute following the manufacture instructions on not cleaning it while it's hot etc...

Will not recommend this product...It is only good when it's new, new.

Best Deals for Bialetti Aeternum 12-Inch Covered Deep Saute

Like many, I wanted to replace my aging nonstick pans with a PFOA/PTFE free alternative. I love cooking with deep, lidded saute pans--they're versatile, and an affordable since they can handle sauces and omelets--no need for an entire set of pans. However, when it comes to PFOA/PTFE free lidded saute pans, there are few options. I looked at various PFOA/PTFE free cookware reviews and all of them had complaints of chipping and decline in non-stick performance.

None of this has been my experience. I love my Bialetti pan. I've had it since the end of October and it doesn't have a chip or a scratch on its nonstick coating. Food doesn't stick to it and it's a breeze to clean.

I waited to write my review because I wanted to see if the pan held up. It has, and I would recommend it providing you know how to properly care for nonstick cookware. I think many of the negative reviewers are not treating their pans properly.

1. Cook with care. You should only be using spoons/spatulas/flippers that will not scratch the pan. Seems like a no-brainer but anything metal would be a no-no. I use silicone.

2. Wash with care. Wait until the pan is completely cool to wash it. Don't expose the pan to extreme temperature change or plunge a hot pan into water. I don't have a dishwasher and even if I did, I would NEVER put this pan in it. I've always washed my pan by hand using the soft side of the sponge. That's all you need. I've never used the green scrubby side, and while you probably can, you don't need to.

3. Store with care. Don't put things (other than food) in this pan. Don't stack other pans in it. I turn it face down on my drying rack so I don't set any other dishes in it. I store it with its lid on.

4. Understand that you use different types of pans for different types of cooking. I love my Bialetti but I'd never use it to sear a steak (grab the all clad stainless steel). Saute some veggies al dente? That's the Bialetti.

5. You don't have to use oil, butter, or cooking spray, but there's even less stick when you do.

So no chips, no cracks, no problems or complaints. Maybe I'll do an update in another 9 months to let you know if anything has changed.

Honest reviews on Bialetti Aeternum 12-Inch Covered Deep Saute

This is the best non-stick pan that I have ever used. I only use a slight amount of oil, but it could essentially be oil free for a lot of uses. Foods will crisp up very well with little or no oil. Easy to clean as well, could be a wipe out with a paper towel, with most foods. Takes high heat without burning, or staining the inside of the pan.

I bought this pan in March, and it was wonderful for a few weeks. Then it gradually started losing its non-stick super powers. Now, only 5 months later, it's totally useless. The search goes on for a healthy non-stick solution. Don't waste your money on this.

I bake quite often and try to never be without the PaperChef Paper. I use it for baking and for baking then cooling breads, cinnamon buns, cookies, and even chex mix. I line a cookie sheet with the paper to bake cookies and can then slide the paper with cookies onto the stove top to cool while I go on to bake the next batch. I have a toaster oven and I make large batches of chex mix (it lasts quite a while in a sealed container). When we want a batch I line a cookie sheet with paper, place a layer of chex mix on it and toast. I use it instead of the cooking spray or butter most of the time.

Parchment paper worked great. Doesn't get brown and brittle under high temps. Great for making cookies and keeping your cookie sheets clean.

this has a ton of paper in it, and I use parchment for all my baking, the only drawback to this at all....is that it didn't have a metal serrated edge blade to cut the paper from the roll.

Honest reviews on PaperChef Culinary Parchment Paper, 15-Inch by 98.4-Feet

This parchment is thinner than the one usually available in stores. Because of that, it doesn't curl up on the pan the way the other does.

Love this and it will last me a long time. I even reuse it sometimes since it has great non-stick properties. You readers are now rolling your eyes, but I even made my own cupcake/muffin liners with this. My lowfat muffins fell right out of the parchment paper! No more greasing the muffin tin or spending money on the spray oil (Pam, etc.). Parchment paper is great stuff and this is an econo-size roll.

I love these Giant Muffin Cups so much that I don't remember the last time I used the normal size ones. They fit well in my jumbo muffin tins which makes clean up exceptionally easy. Others have stated that they collapse when filling them, never had that problem. I just filled my glass measuring cup that has a pour spot, no mess and no spillage.

These cups fit very nicely in a giant muffin tin (suggest you measure your tin first). They peel off beautifully from cooled muffins, with very little residue stuck to the paper.

Since owning a Jumbo muffin pan, I've bought two boxes of paper baking cups from the Norpro brand. The first box was "Made in USA/Printed in Taiwan" and they fit nicely in the pan. These cups are firmly round. The second box of cups is square shaped instead of round and are "Made in China for Norpro". They are too floppy (Item: NorPro 3600B Bulk (500 count)). If you notice the misshapen sides of the paper, they will fold into the muffin batter, collapsing a bit, when you spoon the batter into the liner as it sits in the muffin pan. To use the square ones, hold the cup in one hand and spoon the batter into the paper cup before placing the liner in the pan. This helps to somewhat minimize the damage from the liner that will embed itself into the side of the muffin. I prefer the stiffer, circular, paper cup/liners that will not buckle in the pan.Norpro Giant Muffin Cups, White

After purchasing a Calphalon jumbo muffin pan from a big box store I found that no local stores carry paper liners for it. Amazon to the rescue! After reading the mixed reviews I took a chance and ordered these. I was very pleased to find that, contrary to some reviews, the liners are round, not square, fit my pan perfectly and the paper holds it shape when using heavy, fruit filled muffin recipes. No problem peeling the paper off cooled muffins but, as my husband discovered, they do stick a bit when removing them from hot out of the oven muffins.

My Calphalon pan is 2.75 inches at the bottom and 3.5 inches at the top. These liners fit this pan perfectly. A friend of mine purchased the Wilton 6 Cup Jumbo Muffin Pan and we found these fit that pan perfectly too.

Ordered these for my jumbo muffin tin (makes six muffins with the amount of batter normally used in a twelve muffin tin). Not sure where some of the negative comments from others came from; these paper cups fit the tin exactly, hold their shape under very thick, heavily fruit and shredded veggie batter, and the baked product came out perfectly. They ARE round, and arrive in a nice, resealable plastic container that maintains their round shape and keeps them from being crushed when stored. Will definitely order again, as I haven't been able to locate these in the cooking stores around here for less than $6.00 a pack.

This product is an excellent investment for the quality of cooking you can achieve with the copper fusion Chantal has placed in the product. Yes, it cooks an excellent soup and chili, but my favorite is how the Indian Curry blends together in the pot.

I purchased Chantal copper fusion cookware for use on an induction cooktop. I have no complaints about the pots and pans, but there is clearly either a design flaw or manufacturing defect with the lids. I have read other reviews complaining that water gets between the glass lid and the metal ring. My problem s different: every single lid shows varying degrees of metal rust in the area that is under the glass portion.

I contacted the Chantal company customer service and submitted the photos they requested. Never heard back from them despite more emails that I sent.

I think at these prices they should be able to deliver a product that does not rust and most certainly should respond when they receive a customer inquiry. Very disappointed and will not recommend this cookware to anyone.
