The bundt pan is a little smaller than I expected. It's smaller in diameter than a traditional buntd pan, but I like the shape and the wavy pattern better than the standard bundt pan shape by Nordicware. The carrier is the perfect size for this pan and it mimics the shape of the pan. Overall I am pleased with it. I purchased it from Amazon.

I've used cast iron for 35+ years and found these scrapers great to scrape away little crusty bits, esp. in the curves of a pan. Remember, no dishwashing liquid should touch a cast iron pan--just scrape and scrub with a stiff lodge brush, rinse and thoroughly dry. I then rub a little cooking oil on the inside, mopping up any excess with a paper towel.

I use these with a Lodge cast iron grill pan. The scrapers have two rows of scraping notches at different widths, presumably to accommodate the different pans in Lodge's product lineup. These are great for cleaning up grill pans without removing the seasoning just use them in the sink with hot water (no soap!) and soon your pans will be clean and ready for oiling. Before these I had been using those green scrubbing sponges which 1) didn't clean the pan very well, 2) sanded through the seasoning in some "hot spots", and 3) shredded the sponge in no time. These scrapers have no such issues. They're rigid but slightly flexible and comfortable to hold and use. And you can toss them into the dishwasher with impunity.

I would suggest one improvement: put a narrow "U" shaped notch on the back edge of the scraper to scrub off the top edges of the ribs on the pan. As it is, these scrapers are better for cleaning out gunk that's fallen into the valleys between the ribs. But not a big deal. I've had nothing but outstanding experiences with Lodge products. Nice to see that continue even with a little item like this.

This package contains two identical scrapers. Each has two grooved sides of different spacing, and a rounded edge. These work well for cleaning the Lodge L8SGP3 grilling skillet, and can be tossed in the dishwasher afterward. Alternatives would be using a wadded up paper towel or a stiff brush. This tool gets a big start on the cleaning and then you might have to pick a few remnants off.

Inexpensive and useful. Give one to a friend!

I didn't buy this set on Amazon, but I love it so much that I found it in order to give a good review. Everything is non-stick, which is such a blessing for cleaning (and cooking for that matter). My recipes have turned out better since I got this set. The best improvement to my kitchen are the cookie sheets. This is an excellent pot that is if you absolutely need a handle. I have later found that purchasing a Brazier of a comparabe size would have served my own personal purpose a lot better. The Brazier has two handles, one on each side The long handle sticking out on the pot proves to be a hindrance in our situation, both for finish cooking, ffor storing,in the oven and protruding in the way on the cooktop. The extra heavy bottom sears thick cuts qquickly and nicely, which then can be finished off in the oven. The thick bottom also keeps the pot from warping which is an absolute must with induction cooking. I am pleased to know that I purchased mine when I did as I see the price has now gone up. Keep in mind when considering purchasing, this is a heavy pot and not lightweight pan.

I have been looking for an alternative to the lightweight grill pans (which end up losing their coating and subsequently start sticking) and my George Foreman grill (which is an older model and so frustrating to clean because of the non-removable grills) and decided to try Emeril's grill pan. I just finished my first experiment with it....simple grilled chicken breasts.....and I have to say I am thrilled with the pan. I have a ceramic cooktop and the grill heated up very nicely so that when I put the chicken breasts into the pan, they immediately started to sizzle. The chicken did not stick at all and came out beautifully with perfect grill marks on each side. I am still letting it cool off since it retains its heat for a long time, so can't report on the cleaning process, but it says to wash with hot water only and a stiff brush. The only downside is the weight of the pan, but that's to be expected from any cast iron pan. In my younger days it wouldn't have mattered but I have to use two hands to lift the pan comfortably...not a big deal!

I have been looking for some time for a replacement griddle that would work well on my glass-top electric range. After shopping and reading dozens of reviews on multiple sites, I decided on this "KitchenAid Gourmet Non-stick 11 Square Griddle". The heavy-gauge Hard Anodized construction is very flat on the bottom and heavy enough to sit perfectly level on a glass top burner. It fits our Large (12 Inch)Burner setting on a combo size electric burner perfectly.

The handle is up a little from the cooking surface so it does not get hot and is comfortable with the silicone padding on the underside. It feels well balanced in the hand. It conducts heat evenly and holds the heat wellNO HOT and Cold spots on Medium setting. It's roomy enough for 4 grilled sandwiches, 4 large pancakes or 6 salmon patties, which is what I bought it for.

We are careful to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for use and care. We don't use high heat as it will warp the pan and we let it cool before cleaning. No non-stick spray is needed, just a little oil on the surface before each use and it works perfectly every time. Use lower heat and be patient for it to preheat and you will be happy with the results and the increased longevity of your griddle.

We use silicone spatulas only and we protect the interior when storing with other cookware.

After a long time searching, we are looking forward to many years of happy use with our Kitchen Aid Gourmet Griddle.

I have the yellow and orange in 2 sizesthe large and mediumand I could not be happier. It coordinates well with my le creuset (orange) and my bodum (orange) and my Fiesta (yellow and orange). It is very pretty table wareand makes a lovely serving dish, but it also cooks very evenly, and the handles don't seem to get hotat least not when you cook in the microwave. I still use my hotpads just in case, but once accidentally I reached in to take it would bare handed, and the handles were not hot. I don't know if that was an anomaly or that's a feature, but I thought I would mention it. Because this is not made in China, and France has relatively strict laws about glazes, I feel comfortable believing that the glazes are safe (as the company claims they are). It's getting hard to find cookware that you can feel safe usingmy Fiesta made in the US with lead free glazesis the only dinnerware I really feel comfortable eating on. You can put these in the diswasher and you won't damage them at all. They are safe, capacious, pretty and they are not super heavywhich I like. They also stack really wellwhich helps you if you have storage issues. I don't have a lot of free cupboard space, so I really appreciate how neatly these stack

Whoopshad to take away a star from the latest shipment of this product. It was not packed correctly, and the handle broke during shipment. I am getting a replacement (hopefully in one piece)but it was annoying to have to pack the broekn one up and send it back.

I'd been hoping to find a nice glass pitcher with a lid to preserve the flavor of beverage while in the fridge. I expected this to be a hand blown glass pitcher with a lid. The pitcher itself has a very noticeable seam indicating it is molded not blown. I have a smaller hand blown serving pitcher without a lid and there is no seam. The lid only fits the infuser insert. Infusers are a bit of a gimmick. The tube limits the exposure of the liquid to the extractive (fruit and such). I understand the benefit is to easily remove the spent extractive from the beverage. But there's no reason not to put fruit and such directly into the pitcher. Without the infuser insert the lid can not be used on the pitcher. Otherwise, the pitcher looks as pictured but seems a little more delicate than expected.

12/14 Update A few weeks in, only a couple of uses, the insert shattered during an insert it slipped out of my fingers and fell into place with slight force but it shattered. The lid survived but is useless. In a separate incident the pitcher somehow cracked where the top of the handle is connected to the top of the pitcher. I cannot recommend this pitcher.

Final update, I tapped the spout area against the inside of the sink while washing and the thing shattered. Money down the drain, goodbye.

(Let me know if any of you run across a nice quality glass pitcher with a lid.)

This thing is cheap, cheap, cheap! I just lost a second one...when the handle came off the pitcher...yes, just broke off as I was taking it out of the fridge. The glass shattered into a million tiny pieces...onto my counter which had food on it from dinner. Had to clean up the mess and throw out all the food. The first one broke when I closed the door on the handle. I didn't slam it hard, but I figured it was my fault. So I got the second one.

It was a beautiful pitcher and we were excited about getting this pitcher for the summer. First time we used it my son was pouring a glass and carefully I might add. The infuser part touched the pitcher as we poured it and it just shattered. Thankfully he wasn't hurt.

As a professional chef I run across all sorts of cookware and kitchen gadgets that are supposed to be the latest and greatest for the kitchen. However, this wok just so happens to be the next best thing, and I picked it up at my local Le Gourmet Chef in Hagerstown, MD.

This wok does the job of providing even heat throughout your cooking process. The surface is super slick but gives you a nice foundation for stir fry's, stock reduction, or working up Pho Noodle bowl recipes. Cleanup is a breeze, with paper towel no less. The nicest feature is the stay cool recycled stainless steel handle. Some of the key features are:

This is the first thing I grab when I need to cook something. The nonstick surface is really great. It's way safer than the teflon nonstick coating and way more durable than the ceramic nonstick coating from the kitchenaid cookware that I have. I'm gonna be switching all my cookware to Cuisinart GreenGourmet pretty soon.

Update: After 6 months of use, this wok sticks like a stainless steel pan. EVERYTHING sticks to it. You can forget about cooking eggs in this one.

For reference we had some pretty badly burned out old Teflon Calfalon pans so there was a lot of room for improvement when we bought these. We also have a hot point electric stove we cook on so the heat is controlled by turning the heating lights on and off at different intervals to modulate the lower heat temperatures (Not a steady heat source). The first part of the instructions for these pans was that you can cook effectively at lower heat levels. Absolutely true! We have stir fried and braised beef for stew with the heat on medium. It takes a little longer to heat up but once hot the temp seem to be more stable than the old Pans So far cleaning these pans is super easy. We almost don't need to because nothing sticks to them. A little hot water, a squirt of soap and some swirls with the soft brush and you rinse and done. My family feels better that we are not cooking with Teflon and we are not suffering our cause.

I would give them 3 Thumbs up if I had an extra

The only down side is the size of these pans. This is more a personal preference for our 3 person family. The saute pan and stir fry pan are more family sized than we are used and the 10" flat griddle is a little small for 4 pancakes. A 12" Flat round griddle would be a better for pancakes and French toast.

First time giving any review on any product... Certainly NOT HAPPY about this product.

It was great when we first got it. Although we took extra care when using it, after a month or so, it started to get sticky... We do cook almost everyday, but this is still too fast... Now it has been about 3 months and it gets even worse... I thought this is a good brand for a non-stick wok, but guess I am wrong on this... Certainly not recommend if you cook a lot and want a real non-stick wok.
