This is my second Rachel Ray fry pan and I love them. Totally non stick. Squirt in a little dish soap, add hot water, swish it around and it's clean. I don't put mine in the dish washer because they're so easy to clean by hand. I was a little disappointed to see that the top rim measures 10'' and the bottom is a lot smaller but I love it anyway.

I bought one of these skillets several years ago and have been very careful to use only silicone or plastic utensils in it. It has held up beautifully. I usually hand wash this skillet, but it has gone in the dishwasher multiple times (my husband doesn't hand wash anything if he can help it). I would definitely buy another one of these for my personal use.

My husband liked these so much that he purchased another two from Amazon for our small catering company and they have done quite well under those, less than ideal, conditions.

For the price, this is great little kitchen workhorse. It is easy to clean and hold up well and the handle is great since it doesn't get hot. I would recommend this item.

This nonstick skillet does everything it promises. I cook everything from pancakes to frittatas in this pan and need no added oil or butter for the food to come out clean.

This dish is beautiful! The shape is gorgeous and color is the perfect sky blue--just like the sky on a clear summer day. Why only three stars? Because the piece had small defects: dimples and a little dash where the blue color and glaze didn't cover the clay 100%. After doing some research, I think this piece is a second. On the EH website, they guarantee their "firsts" for 10 years, but they only guarantee their seconds for 3 years. Upon closer examination of the Amazon description, I see that it says the dish has a 3 year warranty, so it must be a second. I just wish they would state the condition of the dish upfront to be transparent and not cause customers to have to open an investigation into the product they just ordered. If the product description was transparent, I'd have given this piece 5 stars because I'd have gotten exactly what was described. Shipping was very quick (I have Amazon prime and it arrived in 1 day!) and the piece arrived intact, so no complaints there.

I bought this to replace my old clear pyrex baker for dishes that can't be turned out onto a serving dish. After 40 years I decided to treat myself to something beautiful. This fit the ticket. It's expensive, but the joy I receive was worth it. It looks great, cooks great and cleans up easily. I don't consider myself a "cook" but this makes it easy. I expect to enjoy many, many years of "cook and serve" from this piece, and it matches all my gray dishware and linens! I recommend this baker.

I have both the large and smaller sized figue colored bakers and after using them both for over a year now I noticed that the glaze at the bottom of the bakers have small scratch marks. I think the other Emile Henry bakers with the Celadon finish are much better. They are resistant to surface scratches and the smooth glaze makes it much easier to clean. It's also a lot tougher to get into this baker's angled corners to clean it. Sorry I didn't know these details before I bought it. I would not recommend it.

It boils water quickly and efficiently. Easy to clean. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because I don't like that the heating coils are inside the kettle itself. I wish it were inside of the base instead of exposed to the water. I've only used it a few times so far. When the weather gets colder, it will probably get daily use.

Additional information:

After using it many times now, I realize that the smallest amount of water it boils is 0.5 L (about 1.5 cups). This wouldn't be a problem if the kettle kept the water hot, but the water in the kettle cools down fairly quickly, so by the time I'm ready to top off my teacup with the rest of the heated water, it has cooled considerably. I cannot heat up the 1/2 cup of water because it is below the minimum amount recommended for boiling water. While not a deal breaker, it is a bit of an annoyance.

This is the only cast iron I have that is not Lodge. I have only used it a few times, but so far it has done as well as Lodge. The price on this set is unbelievable and it is pre-seasoned, so you can't go wrong. You should not turn your nose up at cast-iron cooking. There is no coating to worry about, and these pans are tough and durable. I'm sure they will be just as good in twenty years as they are today. Remember to oil them once in a while and heat them in the oven so they will maintain their thin sheen of protection. In cooking, I would use a sufficient amount of oil to do the job. For cleaning: Just scrape off the residue of what you've cooked with a copper scrubber (Chore Boy Copper Scrubber 36 Pieces Per Box. or whatever), holding the pan under running hot water. Dry with a Bounty Basic Paper Towels Large Rolls, 8 Countl (really, any brand will do).

The surface is great. And the aluminum base distributes the heat evenly and quickly.

The handle is a bit long and heavy and so it doesn't want to sit flat. Also the handle is metal and connects very conductively with the base and gets very hot.

But the crepes turned out great.

Certified international French olives: What does "certified" mean? What does "international" mean? How does "French" have anything to do with this item? And lastly, is this really hand painted? The answers are: a company named Certified International had these made and painted by Chinese workers with a pattern called "French olives."

The item itself is pretty, and the fact that it's dishwasher and microwave safe adds to its versatility. It seems like a decent quality item, so I have no real complaints there. However, I find the advertisement a bit misleading, and I was a little curious as to why it arrived without any documentation or its own box. In other words, most things come in printed boxes and a little pamphlet or something describing it. Though well-padded, the only thing in the package was the item itself. I learned from the Amazon page that you can't bake this higher than 400 degrees F. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known that important info. Just seems a little odd.

But what really pisses me off is that this item went down seven dollars two days after I bought it! Ha.

The colors in the bowl were exactly as depicted in the photo. The bowl is well made and very functional for many different types of dishes. I bought several bowls of the same line and I love each one. They can be used for everyday, but with the right table linens, they also look fantastic on my holiday tables.

I don't know what size this one is. I have one of these I bought at a discount store and it works much better than the other iron skillet I have. I always season mine even if it says pre-seasoned. I prefer coconut oil as this oil lasts a long time before going rancid. The surface of mine is smooth and I have no problems with sticking. The small one is just right for cooking an egg or two.

I too added a circular piece of masonite to the bottom to give the bag a little more protection from the oven legs. My lid stand and spoon fit in the bag as well but the 10" model does not fit my lid lifter (I think it would fit in the 12"). Much more convenient than carrying your oven in the box, but $23.00 seems a little high for what you get basically a Chinese-made product of medium-quality.

Really worth having, cast iron is surprisingly breakable (doesn't seem like it would be but it is). These cases are padded. Each size case is generously sized for the DO that goes into it, so it's "frustration free packing." Not a hassle. I believe the padding also acts as insulation, though I've never put a hot DO in it. I think a warm one would likely be fine, so that would be perfect for transport. For me, lifting merits comment too. The DO is centered in it so it's a balanced carry-along. The legs don't seem to poke through, making you paranoid that it's going to rip. Well constructed. Not sure if it retards moisture for rust, but I think a DO would be better off in one of these than stored naked. Definitely worth having if you take your iron with you camping or to meets. Last but not least, it makes you feel like you're respecting your cast iron, snuggling it into a good case. And those of us who pamper and season our iron over the course of years... well, iron pieces deserve all the respect we can give them. I like vintage iron personally, but vintage DOs are hard to find, and Lodge makes pretty darned good DOs, considering. Yeah, I think you ought to buy one. It's really not a fru fru purchase. See how good I am a rationalizing spending money?

This pan arrived chipped. I think it may have been packed that way, as I did not find a chip of enamel in the box. Packing not so great--not wrapped, and just tossed in the box with other items that were wrapped and a strip of those inflatable plastic pads. I returned it, as I believe the finish is too vulnerable to chipping (always a concern with enameled cookware) but this struck me as more fragile than some other enameled items I own.

I had been looking for a new enamel sauce pan for quite some time online, in retail stores, and even at flea market/antique stores. Either I could not find exactly what I wanted, or it was chipped, worn, or discolored from use. I finally found a brand new one that was cheaper than many used pans I had seen. It arrived very quickly, and now I am enjoying using it to boil water and steep my tea bags for iced tea. To me there is no better iced tea than a pitcher of tea that was brewed in the enamel pan. I had worn my old one out until I was afraid to keep using it; now I can sip my tea with the assurance that it was brewed in a new, clean pan that only I have used.

I had looked for quite some time for a nice water kettle without a whistle because it is to be used on a wood stove. The enamel coated kettles I have had have a way of developing rust near the spout opening inside the kettle, as well as around the lid. This one is a good grade of stainless steel without being excessively heavy. It is well-balanced, the water pours smoothly from the spout with no drips and the lid is large enough to allow easy filling or getting your hand inside for cleaning, etc., if necessary. The handle is sturdy, stays upright, and made of stay-cool bakelite. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

This kettle also comes in a 6 1/4 quart size.

This Beka Claudine Water Kettle, 4 1/4 quart, is an average stainless water kettle. It is lighter weight, spots easily (have to use a stainless liquid cleaner instead of dish detergent & hot water dry it right away), and the price is steep for the quality. The lid doesn't stay on when you pour the last of the heated water; you have to hold it down. The design is great (the spout pours well). I just wish it was a better quality of stainless. (by the way, I hope the inside is stainless! It looks like a brushed aluminum material.) Don't know where it was made; I thought Belgium, as described on the Amazon description. Wish I had spent the money elsewhere.

I need a large tea kettle and I ordered and returned 3 or 4 tea kettles before finding this one and I love it. So many large capacity tea kettles have a small spout and it takes forever to pour over 4 quarts of water out it. Not this one, the spout is larger and it doesn't take any time at all to empty it. It's easy to keep clean and in fact, I pop it in the dishwasher and it comes out sparkling. If you need a larger tea kettle, this one should fit the bill.
