First the good: This teapot is absolutely gorgeous. Nice size for one, although its 20 oz capacity means that I have to rethink my usual dose of tea (I'm used to making tea in 16 oz increments and now will have to recalculate how many leaves to use).

And I love being able to watch the tea change color as it brews. Will be even more fun should I ever decide to indulge in a tea blossom.

Now the less good:

1) Seems fragile, but then, you know, glass and all. Seems like it would be. Hard to fault it for that.

2) Infuser lets leaves through into the main pot, so even after taking the infuser out to pour you will either have to deal with a few leaves in your tea or pour through a mesh sieve to catch the leaves (I used an old, fairly large tea ball that I had languishing in a drawer from my pre-tea pot days). The glass infuser is far prettier than a mesh one would be, so the trade off here is appearance vs. function. I am satisfied with my workaround, but wanted others to know, in case a few leaves in the pot/cup/using a mesh sieve when pouring would be a bother for them.

3) Plus, glass by its nature doesn't keep things warm. Which means that my cup of white tea was the perfect temperature for drinking immediately on pouring. This is great for me, but if you don't want to drink the tea right away, you'll need to pour it into something that will keep it hot for a while rather than leave it in the pot.

I received this teapot a week ago, after buying another one and then returning it because the top didn't fit. This one is nice to look at and has some nifty ergonomic features. If you look at the handle, you see a mysterious indentation in the shape. As soon as I lifted the pot, I discovered this bend nestles securely with the bottom of my hand, helping prevent if from slipping. Also, the inside of the handle has slight ridges that are comfortable and also help easily maintain a secure grip. The ball at the top of the lid is shaped to make gripping it feel secure. Oh, did I mention how pretty the thing is?

The product says it is microwave safe, and I've been using it in the microwave. Although the glass is not as thick and heavy as that of some brands, I think it is durable. I'll post an update if this turns out not to be the case.

As other people have noted, the infuser has narrow slots cut into the glass. They have to be narrow to keep the tea leaves within the infuser, making it prone to being clogged with tea leaves and debris. It is easy enough to use dental floss to clear out the slots. For me, it is easier to just let the loose tea settle to the bottom of the pot and not use the infuser at all. I did use it once, and it worked fine.

Typically, the inside of a teapot gathers stain over time, which can easily be cleaned by boiling some water in it, and then adding some dishwashing detergent. Then drain and wipe the inside with a cloth. If you use a microwave, boil the water first, before adding the detergent, to avoid having it boil over.

Usually the outside and top don't need as much cleaning, but there are some difficulties. Where the top of the handle joins the pot the clearance is narrow, and so probably a challenge to clean there if it is ever needed. Also the lip of the top is flat, so moisture doesn't drain easily. If you turn it upside down, the moisture collects at the sharply angled juncture of the lip, so it doesn't evaporate easily. You can turn it upside down in a cup, so the moisture collects in the center, where it evaporates quickly or can be blotted away.

I am so delighted with this cute little teapot!

This is absolutely perfect for 2 cups of tea. It is very comfortable to lift and to pour. This is a perfect gift to treat yourself or for anyone who loves to brew tea, especially loose leaf or flowering tea. I have ordered a number of clear glass teapots from various companies and nothing compares with the quality and unique design of the teapots I have purchased from Tea Beyond. My wife loves the Quattro Stagioni jars she received as a gift. She uses them to hold the milk she gets from our goats. Unfortunately, the lids are not available locally, but fortunately, they are through Amazon in a timely manner. The downside is that the shipping is over twice the cost of the lids.

These jars and lids are for canning, with one time use lids that seal in a hot water bath. I have been using them to pour milk and so ours are rusting too due to multiple uses. It would be nice to can with them but they are pricey.

These are made by Meyer Corp, who also makes Circulon, Faberware, KitchenAid, Silverstone and Bonjour products. All their brands are great. I you can get these pans for less than $300 than this is one of the best buys out there for Stainless steel cookware. Consumer reports rates this set very well. It retails for $399.99, which is much to high to pay, but amazon has them at a good $300. This set is tri-ply which means that it has 3 layers of metal. The center metal is aluminum which conducts heat better than other metals. They heat fast and uniformly, which makes it nice to cook anything on/in these. My set came with some minor cosmetic damage, whether due to shipping or manufacturing, but will not effect the performance of the cookware. These tend to be fingerprint magnets as well. Overall they are a great value for what you are getting. I would also recommend one good non-stick skillet for more delicate foods and when you don't want to cook with oils.

They clean up well and unlike the reviewer who said his stained easily they have not had any issues retaining color from anything cooked in them, or changing color. The handles are very sturdy and i can see these lasting a very long time under standard use. The handles are coated in s silicon rubber that stays cool/warm to the touch. They should be somewhat safer to use with utensils than their non-stick counterparts, but I've already put scratches in one of the sauce pans. On top of it all they are oven safe up to 400F in the oven and dishwasher safe as well. I will still clean mine by hand and use wooden or plastic utensils, just because I'm like that. The overall look is nice and they shine when clean and fingerprint free. I use mine on a gas range, but they say these work well on glass and induction based cooking tops as well. I really wanted to get an All-Clad set, but the price just ins;t justified for their product. This Anolon set has surpassed my expectations and I think that you'll enjoy cooking with it as much if not more than I do.

I ordered this set using my frequent flyer miles. It is the nicest cookware set I've ever owned! My previous sets were non-stick, so it did take a little getting used to cooking with stainless steel (hot pan, cold oil; food won't stick). I've only been using it for about a month but they seem very durable. They are also very stylish! I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Consumer Reports rated Anolon better than All Clad and I have been wanting All Clad forever! I was excited to receive it. I have used all of it but the 8 quart stock pot and have been pleased. The pans did show some discoloring but with a green scrubby pad, I was able to get it all off with a little elbow grease. The weight is nice and I like the comfort handles. I have not tried putting them in the oven yet but will.

I love the color and the ease of cleanup. A few minuses: the sides are very tall which makes it difficult to store. It's slightly larger than an average lasagna pan so your favorite recipe won't turn out quite the same. If you also use it to store, the height of the sides makes it hard to fit in the fridge, plus you have to cover the handle openings too so your food won't dry out.

In February of 2012 I purchased this lasagna pan. I loved it when I received it; it had a nice heavy weight to it, solid handles, and a beautiful color that looked great during baking and on the table. In fact, I liked it so much, that I requested the whole Rachel Ray line for the holidays and was planning on buying one for my Mom, who saw it and loved it. Since February I used it a handful of times, no higher than 400 degrees, always hand washed and never subjected it to extreme temperature changes. This weekend, as I was using it, I heard a very loud POP. When I inspected the pan to see what had happened I saw a large semi-circular crack running along the bottom, which within minutes began leaking. Shocked that this happened under normal circumstances I called Amazon, who told me to call RachelRay.com, which I did, who told me to call the manufacturer, Meyer Corp. After calling each company and having them refer me to another, I reached a Meyer representative. After explaining the situation, the representative explained to me that they only guarantee quality upon receipt, meaning, they will refund/exchange an item if it is damaged upon receipt. Once you put it in the oven, even if used under the conditions that they recommend, if the item breaks, or is damaged in any way, they are not responsible. Well, my recommendation to future purchasers of this item and probably this line, is if no one guarantees this item once you use it as it is intended, then don't buy it. I now have an expensive piece of garbage.

I believe in giving feedback on Amazon products. Since we cant' see this item in person. I know Rachel Ray has a QVC relationship. However, beyond the flex pay option, Amazon prices are cheaper. I purchased this as a portion of the 4 for 3 promotion. So getting this was a part of the promo deal.

The size of the pan, is astounding. This pan is HUGE. It can easily make 21lb boxes of Lasagna or Ziti. The weight is very good. As well as the color is simply bold and beautiful. Storage may be a bit of a challenge. For someone who does not have a buffet/hutch. Or tons of cabinet space. I suggest, stacking the "bubble and brown" items, inside the "lasgna lover" pan.

I am a very loyal LeCrueset customer. I tried these because of the size and the pot holder handles. I must say the potholder feature is superb. You can easily fit your silicone hand mitts through the holes.

Also, this pan makes an awesome fruit platter, chip dish.

Again, this is a great buy, and even better when it's on sale.

I wish someone had reviewed this before I purchased it. I thought going with metal over the plastic one would be better, but turns out it didn't matter. This thing is completely unstable and tips over! I was getting a pot down and the top 2 fell over on top of me. The little metal piece they give you to "stabilize" the shelf is flimsy and at an tip of the pot goes out of place sending the pot falling to the ground or on top of you like it did to me. Also, if you don't have an even amount of weight hanging on both sides, the entire thing tips over. It's really bad design and unfortunately, I am unable to hang anything in my kitchen so I may need to keep this stupid thing or add on to it so it actually works. I wish I had not purchased this item.

I initially ordered one of these Pot Racks. After I figured out how much room it would take up and how many pots/pans it would hold, I ordered another.

I noticed the problem with the round disks that wouldn't stay in place (that some others mentioned), but I just used a drop of Loctite on each little "pin" that went in the slots. Problem solved. I now have 2 stable racks that are holding most of my pots/pans and also my large bowls/casseroles.

I'm very happy with the 2 racks helped me get my spring cleaning/organizing off to a good start.

This has to be one of the biggest pieces of junk I've ever purchased. I don't like to give negative reviews but I had to on this one. The picture shows the pots sitting in the middle of the little "pyramid." Included is a little 3 inch ring that is supposed to be what you sit the pot on to store it. Even if the ring stayed in place, which it doesn't, it's not anywhere big enough for the pot to sit on and stay put. Trying to remove a pot or frying pan causes all the pots to fall off their nesting place. I finally became so frustrated that I threw the thing in the trash. Not worth a penny much less the asking price.

I was better off with the pots stacked inside each other. My pots will not sit on the shelves because it is a cross of metal holding them and it is almost impossible to balance a pot or pan on the shelf. They fall down all the time and I can't reach past them without lightly brushing them and then clattering to the floor. The circle of metal meant to stabilize the thing didn't help it either. It stands up fine on its own but it'd be nice if it actual held the pots. I am trying to justify keeping it because I want it to work, but it is no easier to access them and I'm getting tired of continually balancing them back on the shelves. I hate this thing.

Hello to those who are looking for a really good pan, not just a pot. This will make you happy. How can I know, since I really don't cook? Well to answer, my wife does, and she is a top flight gourmet cook. She has, since her youth, used Low Heat, quality cookwear, and knows that better results come to her in better cookwear. She heads up a gourmet cook club and is the social committee chairwoman for our HOA. She knows how to prepair food, I don't, but I do place quality food at a high level of importance in my life. Maybe she spoiled me, or I am naturally more demanding, I'm not sure which, but I do know I love good tasting food. All that to say, SHE loves the saucepan and recoments it to you serious cooks out there. Something about EVEN HEAT, and LOW HEAT, is the reason. Oh yes, and Stainless Steel. Now don't get me wrong, she doesn't have only this brand, but this is one of the best she has, She says. Wishes they had a single Quart as well. Well nowhere on this pan did it say Maxam, cheap substitution, and no instructions. Come on how do I know how to cook waterless! Tried pan twice, both times took over 45min to cook veggies, still were not done!

One star for price. I was at a home show saw waterless pan demo they wanted $300 for one pan so I went net surfing.

I suggest forget this pan, use microwave, save time, $$ and nutrients remain intack

I've owned a set of Townecraft for over 30 years and it still cooks better than anything else I've ever used. It's not a lifetime investment, it's a several -lifetimes investment. In any case, the Maxam pot intrigued me, so I bought one just to see how it compared to Townecraft. I have to tell you it was much better than I expected. The metalwork was very smooth, the bottom was heavy and a good heat conductor. I also like the steam valve on the lid, which keeps things from boiling over. So the bottom line is if you can afford Townecraft, you won't go wrong, but if you can't, I think you could do a lot worse than a set of Maxam cookware.

I've been wanting some waterless cookware for a while but was torn between getting the inexpensive Chinese stuff (like this pan) or the high end American made stuff. So I ordered this single pan plus I got a trial pan from one of the high end American made companies that lets you "try before you buy". We would cook the same dish in both pans and compare the results. The American made pan was better I'd say about 20% to 40% better. It had the multi ply surgical stainless in the sidewalls as well as the bottom of the pan and the lid was heavier and better made. But it cost 1000% more yes 10 times as much so we sent it back and bought some more like this one. We've had no problems with the lid or the whistle on it.

This looks like a great pan and would have been perfect for what I needed but, contrary to the product description, there is no "domed glass lid" for the 1 quart pan. The picture shows it without the lid, so I read the description carefully to be sure it came with one before ordering, but it just arrived without one (and not in a box: beware if you are ordering a gift!). This is one of the problems for the "ganged" descriptions that cover more than one item...I really wish they wouldn't do that, it causes a lot of frustration (and wasted resources!).

I bought this because I liked the griddle pan so much. The non-stick surface is way better than the outdated pans they replaced. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is that the handle is disproportionately heavy for the pan. When empty, or less than half full, it has a tendency to tip. Kind of annoying, and something I would think the manufacturer ought to have discovered in their labs no?

Original Review: These cups are a little pricey (though super-saver shipping helps), AND are a tad too big for most tins (but will work if you're careful), but they NEVER stick no matter how much applesauce you use in your recipe! I have previously used paper baking cups and have had a horrible time getting them separated. Even though I purchased them in bulk, I eventually gave up and decided to purchase the PaperChef Culinary Parchment Baking Cups. I'm glad I did. They are super easy to get separated and are worth every penny. That are a bit thicker feeling than the standard plain white paper cups. The size was good for most standard sized muffin tins. They were great for a couple of muffin pans I had, however, another pan was a bit smaller (had more of a slant to it). But still well fitting for most. If you are looking for baking cups or liners for jumbo sized muffins, take a look at the PaperChef Culinary Parchment 30 X-Large Baking Cups. Definitely recommended.

Purchased as an adaptable and affordable alternative to expensive ($1,000+) teppanyaki griddles. The griddle is delightfully heavy and makes a fine heat sink. It is used over two 75,000btu burners with two perforated simmer diffusers sandwiched between. The heat is nicely distributed and allows slower cooking. My interest is in Japanese-style cooking: okonomiyaki and yakisobas mainly. (Yes, there is enough room for an onion volcano if you must.) The set-up is used in the kitchen (not the standard kitchen). Now I can cook two Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki and have space to fry the noodles that are part of the recipe AND the two required eggs without wishing I had another burner and pan. Very Nice. Keep in mind that it is NOT designed to fit the typical wimpy range found in the usual kitchen.

The cast iron MUST be seasoned, but can be done on top of the burners, no oven required. The cast iron MUST be heated slowly to prevent distortion and cracking. Remember, there is a lot of thermal mass here. One bit of advice, sand the cooking surface to remove the lumps and roughness from the (I presume) sand mold. An orbital sander and successive grits works fine.

The griddle meets my requirements beautifully. The cooking is fun and efficient. Cleaning is ridiculously easy. Sure, it is not laser-flat, but close enough. My only surprise was that it survived shipping in the incredibly thin packaging.

This could have been a really good grill that would have lasted a lifetime. However, the first one I recieved had deep groves in it from poor casting. Amazon replaced it with another. The second grill had the same grooves and large deep divits created from someone trying to use a grinder. I dont recomend this to anyone since you will be disapointed with a grill that could be great if it was manufactured properly.

This is a bargain. It is the most inexpensive piece of new metal/pound I ever brought. There are some minor grinding marks on the outside edge, but they are gone with the first couple of uses and seasoning. The griddle and frying finish are fine. Plus, you can't beat the price. I don't normal write reviews, but this desires a good solid rating for its workmanship, cost and free shipping. Just be mindful at 28 inches long, it is big it's size surprised me somewhat.

This is a great product. The packaging was not good..but that was to be thrown away anyway. I also purchased the two eye grill stand and they work great together. the stand does however need to be at least a foot taller and I am only 5'3. My husband is a chef so he is used to huge grill areas. The cast iron is heavy..but has been smooth and seasoned from the beginning. I did re-season it with some solid shortening and putting it on a low heat gradually adding heat. I then wiped it clean with paper towels after letting it cool down naturally. I always clean it after using and add a layer of cooking oil to keep it nice. We use a piece of sheet metal to cover the grill and leave it on the stand instead of having to take it in and out. This grill cooks really good. ...the length is good ...but I do wish the cooking area was about 6-inches wider. It has a drain area around the edges and that is nice but takes up space on the actual cooking area. This would also be a great grill to load up and take camping if you are into that.

I've had mine for about 5 months now, possibly less. A couple of weeks ago, I noted that it smelled rusty. And indeed the bottom had already started rusting! I used this pan regularly and also noted that it does not bake evenly. I tried to keep the little rust off my food by lining it with foil before baking but it's too much trouble and I still don't feel secure. I don't think I want to use it at all anymore now. I think it will be worthwhile to invest in something pricier but of better quality. This is not worth your trouble. Or try Pyrex for other purposes.

I got this pan to use with one of Alton's recipes [Good Eats] and I love it. Nothing seems to stick, not cake nor meatloaf.

It cleans up in a jiffy so there is no need to even put it in the dishwasher (if you do be careful as the inside finish will scratch).

Five Stars. Even cooking with a no-stick finish that lives up to its name. I've bought two pans so far with no problem. Only draw back is that you should be very careful placing them in dishwasher as the inside finish will scratch.

This low cost loaf pan does everything you would expect a loaf pan to do. It's dark color absorbs enough heat to produce desired browning. It also releases cleanly. The protruding lips serve as handles (although if they were a little bigger they'd be easier to grip while wearing oven mitts). All in all, this is an excellent buy for a loaf pan you should buy two since many recipes call for making two loaves.

I have been so satisfied with these pans that I now have five. I use them to bake bread and nothing ever sticks. Just spray the pans and your bread will slid right out. I had used other pans and always had a problem with my bread sticking even after spraying with oil. The large size is just perfect for a nice large loaf of bread. Don't wash them often, just wipe out after using. I have yet to have any rusting problem with any of them even after washing them. You should always place the pans back in your oven for a minute or two after washing to make sure they are nice and dry before storing. That technique has always kept my pans from rusting. I would recommend these pans, so far I have not found anything better for my bread.

I didn't read the description closely enough before I bought these so I was a bit surprised at how TINY they are. But that's my fault. But I've used them and they work well enough for what they are. The handles are annoying to me because they just won't stay in one place. Other than that, they're not bad. The cup is a useless, cheap piece of plastic. I don't even know where it is anymore... I probably tossed it.

This set is very small. Even the biggest pot is not is not enough for a spaghetti dish. I usually cook for 2days or more. If you're like me, this is not enough, def. But I think i can use for warm-up something.

The quality of non-stick is quite good. You can use the pan for 1 suny-side-up. Still, I'm not gonna recommend this.

Emile Henry ceramic style cookware has been one of those kitchen items that really "changes" things. Before, we were using various types of baking dishes glass, other ceramics, etc. that we bought mainly because of the price. What we have found using Emile Henry "bakeware" is that the same dishes we made in other less quality bakeware comes out significantly better using Emile Henry. So much so that I would say it is not even a comparison. The lasagnes, casseroles, and things as simple as mac & cheese are so much better it is kind of hard to believe really. Emile Henry provides even heating, avoid all the issues with burnt bottoms/tops, cooked on the outside but not the inside, overdoing noodles, etc. I would highly recommend this line of products. Another item that was so much better were the homemade pies and breads. What a difference and well worth th money. The only downside is they are ceramis and somewhat fragile if not handled properly so can chip if dropped or banged hard against something but only to be expected.
