This syrup tastes good! But I'm only giving it 4 stars because you only get about 4 or 5 snow cones out of this much syrup! I was surprised by how much you need and how small these bottles really are. I thought the price was pretty good! But you really need more than this if you are going to make a lot of snow cones.

Yum. I love using this to make my own snow cones and slusheies . This arrived before it was due to come in.

I love this product, it gives the perfect flavor and anazing color, and it is so easy to pour. A++++ product with crazy fast shipping

Honest reviews on Victorio 16-Ounce Shaved Ice/Snow Cone Syrup, Lime

My husband LOVES the Dairy Queen lemon-lime Mister Misty. And this syrup enables him to have a similarly "tasty" icy treat at home. He says "GREAT STUFF. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK." My kids are also big fans.

If you are a natural products fan or on a low/no sugar diet, this is not the item for you. But, if you love the sugary lemon-lime Mister Misty, you'll probably love this too.

The other reviewer said lifesaver lime. Yeah, I can agree with that. The only problem I have is the stuff isn't very strong. I practically need to use 1/4 a bottle to even taste the stuff. Considering the price, I wasn't expecting too much. Just hoping. I'll probably go for another brand next time around.

Another kitchen tool by Rachael Ray these are awesome. Love all her cookware very good quality and price I wouldrecommend

The color really pops against my pale blue and cream kitchen. I have several orange accents and these match perfectly. The great thing about them is they are not just beautiful, they have a soft grip which does not slip (good for my 82 yr. Mom) They do have a warning that you should not leave them in a hot pan while cooking, I never do that anyway. They work painlessly, they easily lift, turn and flip, since they are slightly larger than my old turners they work better on pancakes. Can't go wrong with these. They come in different colors if you hang them and want that little extra zip.

Everything I thought it would be from this collection. Edges tapper for flipping thin items. Would recommend turner to anyone.

We purchased this along with the rest of the Rachael Ray tools and was excited until I used the "Turner" the first time. It is thick and heavy and in no way useful as an everyday spatula. Only good for using on heavy and thick items and only in a large pan. Looks and description is misleading, contemplating returning item. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it is heavy duty and would handle most large and heavy foods.

After much research looking for a 2.5 quart capacity sauce pan, located this one (and others with prices over $70!). Ordered this one because it sounded 'decent' for an everyday pan--

this pan is great--non stick coating is excellent. I have used this pan for over 6 months now and have NO complaints. Fair price, excellent functionality, even, quick heat-up, easy clean up. You can't do better in any way. I would definitely buy again.

I was looking for a three-quarter pot But couldn't find one So I ordered this 2.5 pot instead. I am so glad that I did This is the best pot I Have in my household. I just love this pot The nonstick is the best and I love the see-through top. I am always using this pot now. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a nonstick hot. I am going to order a Nother one.

After receiving this pan I thought it might not be good because it was fairly light, but after using it I really like this pan! The aluminum heats up quickly and cools quickly. The shape is unique, with the smaller bottom, and allows the food to come out easily. The non-stick coating is the best I have ever experienced. Search online for information about the Eterna coating and the Dry Egg Test. Another idea I like is the hole in the glass top, as it helps keep boiling liquids from bubbling up but keeps the heat in.

Great little pot, good for warming up soups or leftovers. Very lightweight but cooks well on medium heat or lower. Pretty color ans washing up is a breeze. Hope the non stick lasts.

This is essentially the All-Clad stainless steel 3 quart saucier fitted with 2 short handles. The "dutch oven" sold by All-Clad is a similar configuration of the 5 1/2 quart saucier.

This is a versatile stovetop pan--wide enough for frying, deep enough for liquids, good-looking enough to carry to the table. It can also slide into the oven when needed.

It may not be big enough to do a traditional 19th century cassoulet, with large hunks of meat and a gallon or so of beans, as one poster complained, but it functions quite well as an "everyday pan" for up to 4 persons. The dimensions of 9 1/2 inches by 3 inches (plus handles) fit the 3 quart capacity into a compact shape, with a rounded bottom for easy stirring.

If you are looking for a versatile "do-it-all" pan, this is a good choice.

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

The Cassoulet is a classic French stew which, according to the Larousse Gastronomique is 'A dish, originally from languedoc which consists of haricot beans cooked in a stew pot with prok rinds and seasonings. A garnish of meats, which varies from region to region, and a gratin topping are added in the final stages'

This is a somewhat pricy piece of cookery for something designed to do a particular, somewhat complicated dish. I originally bought it with a gift certificate to a good cookware store because I wanted to be sure I had something both durable and distinctive. I have since found that the size and shape of the pot, aside from the superior All-Clad construction is excellent for both braises and thick gratins, two of my favorite types of dishes. It also happens to be just the right shape for whisking sauces and making baked pasta dishes and casseroles (note the similarity in name) such as macaroni and cheese. It is especially good for dishes where you want it covered for most of the cooking, with an uncovered browning step at the end.

Excellent pot, especially if you simply cannot live without every possible piece of French cookery!

Best Deals for All-Clad Stainless Cassoulet with Lid

I have this pan and use it often and do like it. As far as I can remember it is different than the 3 qt saucier. I recall the saucier having a smaller bottom surface area with more rounded sides. I remember being unimpressed with the saucier for that reason.

I use this for blanching vegetables all the time...it's good for asparagus. Also smaller batches of pasta sauce and smaller type casseroles, mashed potatoes, etc. Overall it's a very nicely sized pan. This pan comes much closer to a true everyday pan then anything else all clad makes. The 10" & 13" "everyday pans" or braisers don't have high enough sides to be very useful IMO.

My dream pan would be very similar to this but larger. Maybe a 4.5 qt version. That would be big enough to make a sauce and add the pasta at the end, also big enough to brown, say 6 pieces of chicken and then braise them in the same pan. Too bad they don't make it. None of their other pans get it right either...if the sides are high enough they tend to sacrifice precious bottom surface area for an overly rounded design.

Honest reviews on All-Clad Stainless Cassoulet with Lid

I have owned this pan for several months and find that I use it all the time. It has become my go to pan. I cook for two and this pan is the perfect size for us. I often start alot of my dishes on top of the stove and finish them in the oven, this pan works like a charm. And the cleanup is a breeze.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This Bodum is now the 4th coffee grinder in my kitchen. Historically I've always had one for coffee and another for grinding spices (another common, great use for them). I originally ordered this one because somehow I misread and thought it said that it had variable speed control. It doesn't it's just your basic coffee grinder, but that's not a bad thing.

I currently own a Braun Braun KSM2-WH Aromatic Coffee Grinder, White, a HD designs (which is a cheapy brand from Target or Fred Meyers), and a fancy looking Cuisinart Cuisinart DCG-12BC Grind Central Coffee Grinder, and now this Bodum. For the most part they all do the same thing and have only minor differences which I will describe below:

Primary differences:

The Cuisinart blade actually has a sharpness similar to a knife. I thought this might make it better for grinding spices, which is what I use it for. It may actually grind them up faster, but for the most part the end product is pretty much the same. The other difference is that the blade sits higher in the bowl than the other grinders. The drawback to this is that if you want to grind a small bit of spice, the blade may be sitting above and you have to jiggle it a bit for the spices to make contact. For coffee I don't see that the higher blade has any downside.

The Braun looks and operates almost identical to the cheapy HD designs grinder. For the most part these two grinders are identical with only minor differences, such as the ability to wrap the cord around the Braun for storage. both operate equally well.

The Bodum operates pretty much like the others. The blade is lower in the bowl than all the rest, which would be good for spices, but not really any difference for coffee beans that I can tell. The main difference with the Bodum is that the cord is much shorter at 6 inches, so it needs to sit really close to the plug. The cord wraps up underneath for storage, and in my opinion the Bodum grinder is attractive looking. I have the black one.

One is easier to clean than the rest:

If you clean your grinder between grindings I will say that the Cuisinart is the easiest to clean because the bowl is separate from the main housing and is essentially one stainless steel piece. Plus with the blades higher you can get underneath them better. The other units all set the bowls within the plastic housing, so there is a seam where the bowl meets the housing where coffee, spices, etc. can get stuck. If you were to use one grinder for both coffee and spices you may end up with spicy coffee or coffee tasting spices since it's much harder to clean the tiny grinds out of that seam area. However, if you're not doing both then it doesn't really matter.

All pretty much the same with minor differences:

I honestly can't say that there is much performance difference between any of them. Unless you're going to grind spices and coffee in the same grinder I would suggest you buy your grinder based on how it looks, since they all operate the same and produce the same end product. However if you are grinding both coffee and spices in the same unit then go with the Cuisinart.

Summary: Works well but not any better than other brands I've used. It's good looking if you like the look and will only grind coffee in it then go for it. If you're going to also grind spices then consider the Cuisinart.

I purchased this coffee grinder because of its light weight, the grippy rubber outer covering, and the fact that I've been happy with other Bodum grinders I've owned. When my arthritis is acting up, the weight and grippy attributes are just what the doctor ordered.

I saw the review remarks about the short (six-inch) cord, but figured I could live with that, given the weight and grip benefits.

The reality is that, when the grinder comes out of the box, it does have about six inches of cord emerging from the back of the grinder.

The further reality is that, once the *rest* of the cord is unwound from the cord storage area in the grinder base, it turns out to be about 35-36" long.

So while the cord storage area obviously does an excellent job of hiding what might be "excess cord" for one user, it also allows those so inclined to "let it all hang out" if they wish.

Beyond that, this whirly-blade grinder does its primary coffee grinding job at least as well as or better than the (many) other blade grinders that I've owned or tried. In my opinion, it is faster, more efficient and quieter than most of the other w-blade grinders on the market, including the earlier Bodum C-Mill metal and plastic models that I've owned.

Update: After using this grinder more, I'm even more impressed with it. I load it up with 52-53 grams of coffee beans at a time (close to a full hopper), and it produces a nice, even drip grind in 30 seconds. The coffee is ground much more evenly than with other blade grinders I've used, and in less time. The key to this seems to be that a vortex is immediately formed in the grinding chamber, getting the beans moving quickly through the blades, and keeping the progressively finer ground coffee moving. Darker roast (oily) beans may start to cake up along the sides after 15-20 seconds, but a gentle shake or rocking motion keeps them moving through the process until the desired grind size is reached. I'm glad I bought this grinder, and would recommend it to anyone.

Best Deals for Bodum Bistro Electric Blade Coffee Grinder

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I was sent the Bodum Bistro Electric Blade Grinder (number 11160) to review for the Amazon Vine Program. Here's my take on it:

Firstly, I should qualify my remarks by saying that I'm accustomed to using a burr grinder for my coffee beans, and I was skeptical that a blade grinder costing one fourth the price of my old standby would offer anything mildly representing satisfaction.

Was I wrong! This grinder is sleek and simple, and takes up half the space of my pricey stalwart. The directions are straightforward and simple (they're even printed in Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese, Finnish and Russian in addition to the standard Spanish, French, German, Italian and English).

Installation is simple: place on a flat surface, keep cord and grinder away from heat, fill not more than amount the cap can hold, cover, plug in and depress the red lid button. Grind no more than 60 seconds at a time, allowing a 60 second rest between grindings so as not to overheat the motor. There is no blade or grind setting.

I use a Melitta filter, so prefer an extra fine grind. The Bodum accomplished this in less than 30 seconds. Cleanup is a snap. Do not wash and certainly avoid immersing any part of the unit in water. A small brush dislodges any left-over coffee particles and a paper towel will restore the contents cup to a spotless state. It's that simple, and I got a perfect grind. Note: this grinder is a light-duty model, suited to home, not commercial use.

Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this appliance. No kitchen should be without one, at least if you're a coffee snob as I am.

Additional comments: I was sent this grinder in black, however, it comes in several bright, stylish colors (love the red!), also, it can be used for grinding spices and nuts where previous models could not. Finally, the cord stores in the base, allowing only as much as is needed to be visible.

Honest reviews on Bodum Bistro Electric Blade Coffee Grinder

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is an attractive coffee grinder and I like the bumpy rubber surface easy to grab and hold on to. However I found it difficult to see how fine the coffee was ground because of the black interior of the grinder, nor did I think it ground the coffee evenly, nor was it easy to clean the coffee seemed to stick to the interior more than in other grinders. I prefer either the Braun or Krups both of which cost less, to this Bodum Bistro Electric Coffee Grinder. Actually, my Waring Blender works very well as a coffee grinder too and will grind a larger quantity.

The wood on this board looks nice. But it reacts strangely to water for a cutting board. The grain swirls, so some of it is end grain on the surface, and after the first washing it is fairly rough for a cutting board. Either this is a property of the wood used, or the finish.

I ordered this hoping for a normal size cutting board. After receiving it, I wanted an immediate refund (and got one). It is about 8-10 inches in diameter and less than one inch thick. It looks very cheesy and is more appropriate for a picnic or tailgate party. I would not recommend for anyone looking for a usable kitchen item

I am not sure what happened with the other reviewer butI love this appliance. I have used it multiple times since it's arrival-even though I am new to pressure cooking. I cook all of our meals due to living in a very remote area. And, as I was getting tired of the crockpot (using it 3 to 4 times a week), I decided to give this a whirl after a friend bought a similar product off of a shopping network and raved about it. I feel the one star review is not justified. This machine pressure cooks well and safelyI have used the pressure cooking to make pasta, roasted chicken and a beef roast as well as a steamer for steamed veggies. I plan on trying the rice pressure cooking soon. I have used it as a slow cooker for 2 dishes, with the same success I have with my regular crockpot. I look at the 6 hours a a 'high' setting and 8 as more of a low, even though there is no heat adjustment.

PROS:

Excellent results with pressure cooking

Love that I can sear or brown ground beef in this and then not dirty yet another pan and have the mess on the stove

Also love that you can remove the meat and reduce the sauce right in the unit

It is very VERY easy to clean

It has a steamer basket and rack insert (to keep meat from being submerged in liquid if you want to dry roast a cut of meat

Flexibility of cooking quickly (my pasta dish was done in FIVE minutes) or using a slow cooker method

Timer on pressure cooker does not start until proper pressure is reachedeliminating the worry of timing

If food is not donesimply close the lid and pressure cook a bit more

CONS:

I cook apple butter and spaghetti sauce in my crock and most likely won't be able to do this in this pressure cooker.

Maybe the price, but this seems to be the 'going rate' for these products.

I HIGHLY recommend this appliance to busy household without hesitation!

I have used Pressure Cookers over the years, but never tried an electric model such as this. I have discovered that with this cooker you can cook ANY slow cooker recipe in a fraction of the time (besides conventional Pressure Cooker recipes). Although it only draws 2kW, in the Saute mode there is so much heat delivered to the cooking insert you have to be attentive to avoid burninglike a frying pan on high heat! The safety of this unit is unmatched, and the controls and other features extremely well thought out. I'll probably buy a couple more of these to offer is presents to my grown kids.

We live at 8,500 ft above sea level. Beans normally take 1.5 days or more in a crock or longer on the stove and they cook uneven here, making the beans a bit toothy/hard in spots. This Breville is amazing in that it takes 15 minutes to cook thicker beans like kidneys. If you are a beginner to pressure cookers, I'm offering a tip. Remember that the 15 minutes they specify is for "pressure cooking". That means, the pressure has to reach the amount required to start cooking. Total time (minus soaking, which I do overnight) is 45 minutes to 1 hour. At first try, I thought something was wrong with our Breville's timer/count down because I set it to our kitchen timer and count down took a while to start. For higher altitude, the times allotted in the book are right on the money. No additional cooking time is necessary. I highly recommend this product but be aware that the timer doesn't start until the correct amount of pressure is reached.

Honest reviews on Breville BPR600XL Fast-Slow Cooker

I'm expecting my first kid in just a few short weeks. So are some other ladies I know. I've been getting tired of seeing "my perfect pregnancy" status updates for some lucky ones who have a mom nearby who will bring them food for weeks after birth, or who will fill their freezer with months of pre-cooked meals. I guess it's good planning, but it also sounded like something else B-O-R-I-N-G. I love to cook and I know time will be limited for oh, say, the next 18 years. So I bought this instead of resigning myself to re-heated lasagna forever. It's the best of both worlds I'm still allowed some choice when it comes to meal planning, and yet I still won't have to... well, "babysit" dinner prep.

The Breville fast/slow cooker is awesome. I have used all of the settings and features except for the high setting for the pressure cooker. I think the medium is more than adequate for now. I made ropa vieja this weekend and the sear function worked perfectly! Two minutes on each side and the juice and flavors were sealed right in. I used the slow cooker function that day to make that dish. Delicious! I've used the pressure cooker to make corned beef and tonight I made a pork roast that turned out moist, juicy and very very tasty. Prep time? 10 minutes. Dinner was on the table in just over an hour, of which only 15 minutes (including the prep time) were spent working in the kitchen.

I really had no idea how to use a pressure cooker, but the learning curve on this is pretty much nonexistent, if you have a little bit of spidey-sense in the kitchen. I used one recipe and the rest I've been eyeballing and so far so good. Now I've been wondering where this has been all my life.

Yes, some have said there are fewer available settings for the slow cooker. I've actually replaced my much more advanced slow cooker with this one already. So far I haven't noticed any loss of function. I can handle turning off the cooker at 7 hours if I just can't stand to choose between 6 and 8. Its just that so far everything I've put into it on slow cooker function has come out delicious. So, in my mind, there has been absolutely no loss of function.

I did take off one star because it can be a bit tough to clean off if you slop anything over the edge of the cooking bowl. Also, the non-stick bowl seems appealing but I'm worried I may have to replace it relatively soon because of how thin it feels. However, if it remains an essential part of my meal making in a few months, I'm sure I'll be back to update this review and put the 5th star on there.

This is the third Breville product we've purchased in as many years. We own a juicer, the food processor (another amazing appliance), and now this lovely gadget.

This cooker has opened up new meal options for our household. The ability to determine at 5 pm that we would like to serve tacos made with fresh refried beans rather than planning that the night before is liberating! No more overnight bean-soaking! Lentils and quinoa in a couple of minutes? No problem. We are trying to avoid eating anything that comes from a can, and this machine has enabled us to completely give up canned beans. We have become addicted to a healthy, 30-min black bean soup that I make by tossing a chopped onion and a few cloves of garlic, along with a generous sprinkle of cumin, into the cooker with the beans for 25 min, then puree with a bit of Sriracha and salt/pepper to taste when it's done. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and a crumble of goat cheese, and it's gorgeous and delicious.

The machine is beautiful and looks great on the counter with our other stainless appliances, which is good because we have been using it nearly daily. I'm a little bit accident-prone, and the safety features of this machine give me a very high comfort level. I have had a bit of a learning curve because I've never used a pressure cooker before, and this one cooks much faster than the standard stove-top models, so online time estimates for various foods that refer to standard pots don't apply. The process of learning how to cook in this pot has been minimal, though, and I've only screwed up one food: artichokes, which I've found cook in 3 minutes in this pot. I cooked them for 8 minutes and they turned to mush :) If you cook beans for too long, they are unaffected. For those who end up buying this cooker, I've found that lentils take 8 min, black or pinto beans 22 or so, but I usually do 25 to be safe. I typically let the machine cool and depressurize on its own, but you can release the steam through a valve if you're in a hurry.

I'm so glad we made the investment in this cooker, which I expect to use for many years of healthful cooking I love it!

Foolishly we hurried out of the house to a recital leaving 2 lbs. of bison cooking on medium high under a glass lid for 3.5 hours! The Lord used this well made skillet to contain everything while it burned into a 1/8th inch layer of carbon. A house full of smoke but so much better than no house at all! We are buying another as there are 3 small areas where the stainless may have thinned down to the aluminum. We are so thankful.

I can honestly say I've tried everything from basic to gourmet cookware and I like this best. I ordered the stock pot at the same time I ordered this frying pan because I was offloading my 4th set of pricey, guaranteed-no-stick cookware (that sticks anyway, is hard to clean thoroughly and is generally disappointing). It's lightweight, cooks evenly and quickly, is easy to scour and come back looking brand new with no stains or scars. I'd definitely buy this again.

This is absolutey an awesome pan, and when you factor the price, its a steal. The Quantanium nonstick coating allows you to saute, with no worries about sticking, or scorching. If you want to finish off a dish in the broiler or oven, its oven safe up to 500 degrees. The riveted stay-cool steel handle allows you to handle the pot while cooking without a potholder, wich is nice if you like to make quick sauces or gravies and pour it right onto food on the plate, also never worry about the handle getting lose. And also while cooking you dont have to open the pot to monitor food, and lose steam or heat due to the break-resistant tempered glass lid. Perfect Perfect Perfect pot.

I purchased both the Cuisinart Hard-Anodized 1-1/2 quart and 2 quart saucepans and am very impressed with the build quality, performance, styling, looks, and value. I have used both several times and find that they distribute heat evenly and work very well on low to medium electric stove burner settings. Clean-up is a snap; hot soapy water makes these saucepans look like they came right from the box. The handles do not get too hot and the non-stick interior shows no sign of deterioration. The glass lids -nice feature -fit just right, however, their handles do get hot so a hotpad is a must.

These saucepans are not as thick or heavy as their Calphalon counterparts but perform just a well and cost less. I think that Cuisinart's non-stick surface is superior to Calphalon's. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Loved in the beginning. Noticed scratching around rim after 6months-1yr. Heats fasts. Looks good. Light weight (not good). Flaking & major scratching inside after 2yrs.

Honest reviews on Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized Saucepan with Cover

I have been slowly building a Cuisinart collection. I am extremely pleased with the value and performance of these pans. I have had the 2qt saucepan for over a year now and it sees frequent use. Great to make home made gravy, sauces, soup, leftovers, or to heat some veggies. I use this pan occaisionally for making rice as well.

The pan heats quickly and evenly, the handle stays cool enough to handle, and the non-stick surface holds up well. I stick to wood and nylon utensils as any non stick surface can be damaged by aggressive metal utensils.

If your looking for a non stick sauce pan buy this one. You'll love the performance and the look. Nice see through lid to watch your veggies too. If used on a long simmer with lid, the lid will get a little hot so keep a pot holder nearby to lift it. Cuisinart makes some great cookware.

This sturdy pan is great for heating up soups and I also use it to stir fry veggies. The nonstick coating works well and I haven't seen any scratches yet. Heats up quickly and evenly. Just make sure you use wood or nylon utensils and keep it medium heat or lower.

Saucers and cups look quite nice on my counter, but like another reviewer, my first set included a chipped cup. But Amazon continues to impress with its above-and-beyond customer service: about an hour after I filled out my return request, I received an unsolicited e-mail from a CSA, telling me it wasn't necessary to ship the first set back, and that they would send a replacement set via Next Day shipping! (Think about that -it probably cost them more in UPS fees than the price of the product.) Admittedly, I noticed a hairline crack in one of the cups from the second set. But I wound up with six cups, eight plates, and two quaint rack things, all for the price of three specialty Starbucks drinks.

The cups and saucers that survived the journey are fine, and don't seem to mind the top rack of my dishwasher. Overall, I have no problem recommending this set.

Loved the set, however, 2 of the cups had cracks, one of the cracks appeared to have been sealed. For $13 it just was not worth my time to go through the return process, i'm happy with my two cups, but wouldn't order from this vendor again.

This is a very nice espresso set. The first set I got in the mail, one of the cups was shattered. It was so cheap though, I just decided to order another one so I would have spare parts because it seemed like all the pieces were bound to break sooner than later. The second set came with a broken cup and saucer. I also got different colors than pictured but the ones I received I actually like better than the one on the website so it worked out!

What I received look more brown & cream; but the set arrived without any breakage, and I just don't have time to return it, so I'll keep & use it.

I received this in the mail today. It was tarnished metal and one broken plate. Good price, but still, I am disappointed to only have three plates and a tarnished holder.

My pots fit prefect. The Satin Nickel gave a glow to my red pots. The old Dutch stand is strong.

Hardware is the wrong size!!!! The bolt pops right through the finish nut. The closed finished nut should be deeper to accommodate the length of the bolt.

I was not happy with the quality of this product. Although the color is beautiful, the canisters are very thin, and do not come with the air tight seals. I returned them.

Unfortunately, I did not read the other review before I purchased these through another site and agree wholeheartedly with it. Very poor quality-there were dark spots and imperfections in the finish, they were very light weight, and did not have air-tight seals. I also returned them.

I read the somewhat negative comments and find they are absolutely true. Lids aren't tight, and the next largest is sort of wonky.

On the upside they are an attractive addition to my kitchen. I'm only storing coffee filters, tea bags and wrapped candies so nothing is going to be compromised by not being air tight (don't even try to pick it up by its lid).

In looking around the internet for hours trying to find a set of 4 canisters at a reasonable price and with a unique look was a harder task than expected; in other words you can do better for more money, but these aren't all bad.

UPDATE: Well they said they're coated so they won't tarnish, but I've found that's not the case. It's been about 6 months and they look to have pitting or spots on them. I haven't tried cleaning them yet and probable won't in case it makes it worse. Not too keen on it, but I guess I don't mind the distressed look (hopefully they'll even out) But if you expect them to gleam for some time, I don't think I'd recommend these.

Honest reviews on Old Dutch International Copper Clad Stainless Steel Hammered

I am very pleased with the quality of these canisters, and they look great on the kitchen countertop. They may be a bit small in scale for those wishing to store the typical four, sugar, etc. The largest is the right size for my coffee filters (size four), and the smallest works well for sugar packets.

I am very pleased with my Old Dutch Hammered Copper Canisters. They look beautiful on my kitchen counter, and the quality is very good. They seal quite nicely for my purposes, and wipe clean with a damp cloth. I purchased several other items from this collection and am very happy with everything. I plan to order more of the Old Dutch hammered copper collection.
