this pan is great--non stick coating is excellent. I have used this pan for over 6 months now and have NO complaints. Fair price, excellent functionality, even, quick heat-up, easy clean up. You can't do better in any way. I would definitely buy again.

I was looking for a three-quarter pot But couldn't find one So I ordered this 2.5 pot instead. I am so glad that I did This is the best pot I Have in my household. I just love this pot The nonstick is the best and I love the see-through top. I am always using this pot now. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a nonstick hot. After receiving this pan I thought it might not be good because it was fairly light, but after using it I really like this pan! The aluminum heats up quickly and cools quickly. The shape is unique, with the smaller bottom, and allows the food to come out easily. The non-stick coating is the best I have ever experienced. Search online for information about the Eterna coating and the Dry Egg Test. I haven't even used this pan yet, even though I've had it several weeks. (Hey, I don't cook much!) But it looks like it is good quality, better than I expected for the price. Pretty red, too.
