The build quality and materials seem pretty good. The set is fairly light weight, but thin. That seems to be the norm judging by the other 1-2 person cook/mess kits I've looked at. The nylon cover is a draw string bag with a cord lock. I personally think the pots are larger than they should be for a 2 persons set. I think .75 and 1.25 qt would be sufficient. Not that this set is bulky, but for me as long as it does the job well, saving space and weight are always a plus. I do like the size of the pan though. The lid for the large pot does fit the pan and works OK, but it isn't made for it. It would have been nice if it was and had a lip for a more snug fit. I haven't cooked with this yet, but I plan to update this review when I do.

I have got to say I'm pretty impressed with this bag. I have a 10" Lodge camp oven and was worried about the legs punching holes, but the bottom has padding in between the inner and outer layers so it's really not a problem. I am not only able to put in my oven, but also some of the objects that are necessary to go with it. The handles are of tough webbing. I'm quite satisfied, especially at the price.

I like the product very much, but have added a 3/8" plywood bottom cut to 12" diameter to prevent the legs from wearing through the foam.

I had 8 sets for over 15 years, and wanted another 4 sets... They arrived timely and in perfect condition, tho the mugs were slightly rattling around when I opened them. No visible damage, all of them were in boxes made for the set, tho 3 of them were additionally wrapped in protective bubble wrap, the fourth one was not, and was placed on the outside instead of between two of the bubble wrapped ones... but they all made it OK. The newer ones are slightly whiter than the rest of the set, but you can only tell that when they are stacked together. Not sure if they've changed the makeup of the white, or if time and usage causes them to darken... but they arrived in great condition and we're loving using them now!

The picture shows exactly what I received. I did not expect a tea cup and saucer since it was not shown in the picture and list. I ordered 6 place settings. The dishes came in a box that was very battered but everything was so well packed that nothing was broken. The dishes arrived in a timely manner and this was a great price. I am giving these as a present for Christmas and I am thrilled at what a nice gift this is for the amount of money I spent.

Service was fine. Helpful, after an original big glitch. The dishes were not the quality of what I already have. Mine were made in Portugal, and the new Dansk place settings were made in Thailand. They are not as nice, the paint on edges not the same. Poor reproduction of earlier producd Dansk place settings. I will keep them, but not so pleased.

Theses dishes are great! Nice and heavy while still having an elegant look. They hold the heat well with hot foods as well as cool down when you put cold food on them. Great for a "Bistro" set, everyday or entertaining. Very happy with them.

This is the best taco rack for the price. I don't like the rubber coating on the handles because I put it in the oven to crisp up the taco shells. But I set the oven at 225 and the low heat doesn't bother the rubber and the shells come out nice and crispy. I had to bend the handle in slightly to fit in my oven. All in all, it's a great buy. I would've given it 5 stars were it a little shorter and no rubber.

I have this hanging above my kitchen window and use it for haning pan on. I probably have about 8 pans hanging on it. I am confident that it can quite comfortably hold the weight of these pans (have had it up for over 2 months and it is doing just great).

It comes with some really stout mollys for anchoring to the wall. I did not use these as I was able to anchor into a stud.

It has a nice low profile and comes with more than enough hooks.

These drywall mounts are amazing.

For background, normally when mounting something on a drywall you have to find studs (wooden beams used for support when building the wall) and drive your screw into this hard stud. Drywall mounts go into the drywall themselves and cling to the back of the drywall in the hollow space between the studs. (DIY experts, feel free to correct my construction terminology or descriptions.)

The drywall mounts provided with this rack are like none I've ever seen. You drill a 1/2" hole in the drywall, slide the mount through it via plastic guidebars, then pull it tight. The metal bracket nimbly flattens against the back side of the drywall and you cinch it tight via simply pulling firmly on the plastic guides, then snap off the guides and voila! you have a nice threaded plug into which to drive the provided screws with a provided hex driver (like the kind you get with Ikea furniture).

Note that most standard drill bit sets don't come with a 1/2" bit, so you may have to go buy one.

The diagrams are clear and the instructions are written in clear friendly English, with minimal jargon.

If you want to mount it on studs, you can't use the provided drywall mounts; you have to go buy some 1/4"x3" wood lag screws and drill in a passageway for them. Then, since the rack curves around, you need an angle driver to get those screws to go all the way in.

Once it's mounted it looks and works great. I love the fact that there are 8 hooks provided (4 straight, 4 at an angle) so you can hang your pots and pans how you please.

Only real problem is the brand name. How do you pronounce "Enclume?"

We bought two of these and placed them on the wall one on top of the other. They look and work great! I was concerned about how far they would stick out from the wall as they are placed on the wall that passes through to my dining room. I didn't want to be bumping into them every time I walked through there, but they are pretty tight to the wall, and the pans hang flat. They were super easy to put upwe had it done in about 5 minutes. They are incredibly sturdy we have 5-6 pans on each, and I am confident they could hold more. We did not like the grey color they came in, so we just spray painted them black-problem fixed! All in all, this is a great space saving product.

I ordered this rack because I did not want to invest too much money and I am also a renter, so I did not want to make major holes in my kitchen ceiling. I mounted this rack in an apartment built in 1902, so the walls are plaster an lath. It was a fairly easy installation, I had to skip the drywall mounts and used the wood screws instead. We had to find studs and whether it is intentional or not, the holes lined up perfectly with the distance between two studs. It was a bit of a pain to screw in the screws due to the very narrow space between the front bar and the back, but with a little patience and the included mini allen wrench, it was completed.

This rack looks great on the wall above my oven, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a small apartment where the rack will have to be removed and the holes filled in with spackle before moving out. The metal itself is very hefty and high quality, it seems to be powder coated, so it's easy to wipe off as well.

I have 3 cast iron pans and 1 wok hanging on this rack and it is not anchored to studs. I have no doubt it will be able to hold the weight due to the ingenious anchors provided. The anchors require a pre-drilled 1/2" hole. They are inserted in the holes and tighten in a zip-tie fassion, pinching the drywall between. The screws go through and into the back of the anchors where there is a metal plate with a threaded hole. There are 2 self tapping screws provided in case you happen to hit a stud. You would have to pre-drill the holes since there is really no good way of using a screwdriver or drill to put the screws in. You really must use the hex wrench provided.

The rack seems to be of decent quality and the 8 hooks provided are sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the rack does not come out from the wall far enough to hold the pans perpendicular to the wall and since it's not large it really cannot hold many pans. I have my 4 pans overlapping and it works fine but I have no room for any more. However, I can't take off a star for this. I'm sure if it protruded from the wall more, it would not be as sturdy. I see it as a design trade off.

For the price this is the best pan rack I found and it serves it's purpose well.

Make sure that you DO NOT EVER use any non-stick cooking spray on these pans. One use will completely ruin the non-stick qualities. I think that these pans are pretty good but we sprayed the non-stick on one and now it's covered in burnt marks and stains that will not come off and the non-stick doesn't work anymore. But even the one that we did not spray the non-stick on has some sticky stains at the top edges that we can't really get off. Kinda wish I'd just gotten a cheap eco-pan from Bed Bath and Beyond since I'm not sure that these were worth the price. They do work fairly well as a non-stick but like I said one of ours is not washing clean now even though we never used cooking spray on it and it should still wipe clean...

I ordered this pan along with the Henckles so I could compare. This is seemed like a quality pan, nicely weighted so I'm guessing you wouldn't have the warping issues you can have with cheaper pans, and a beautiful non-stick pan. I opted to keep the other because it had a steel and aluminum and this one was just aluminum. But I do think it would have been a great option, especially if you didn't want to spend the extra $20 for the Henckles.

Well, I really loved this, but I have to sadly say that the non stick does not hold up so well, I still use it, but with lots of butter, ghee, or oil, and sticking is still a moderate problem. It is very well made, nice handle, I am wondering if I tried a new one and was ultra careful with it if it would hold up better? I was pretty careful, so I'm not sure if the coating just goes after 6 months or so regardless.

I bought 2 of the Cuisinart Green Gourmet pans last year for Christmas. They were the best pans for the first 4-5 months. After using them for 6 months they started to have problems with spots in the pans loosing their non-stick surface. Over time, these "spots" turned into the entire surface of the pan loosing its nonstick ability. They have both become very difficult to clean and worthless to cook with. I mailed one pan back to the company to try to take advantage of the warranty and have had no response. Very disappointed in my purchase!

Love the GreenGourmet line! We had the 5 1/2 quart hard anodized version of this pan for close to a year and a half, until my husband put it in the dishwasher one fateful night.. The outside of the pan was ruined. Was half tempted to buy the same pan again, but was afraid it would meet the same demise. Saw Cusinart made a Green Gourmet version of this pan in Stainless Steel and was sold. Love the look of the SS, and this version also has a much thicker bottom to boot. Never had any issues with warping on our hard anodized version like the previous reviewer did with their's, and we cooked with ours almost every single night. Still, it was a pleasant surprise to see the difference in thickness. Also, I think the SS version is aesthetically a bit more pleasing. Haven't noticed a difference in the lack of the 1/2 quart either from our other version. Great pan, every cook should have a saute pan this size in their kitchen. Easily our most used pan short of our Le Creuset 5 1/2 quart french oven.

The handle is sized well for this larger pan, and does not heat up in stovetop use. The non-stick coating IS nonstick and cleans up very easily.

The stainless lid is lighter than glass lids I have on other pans, which make this 5 quart pan a little easier to handle when you have a full batch of something going on. I have been building one pan batches of both Tomato based and Alfredo cream based sauces in this unit, and it works very well..even heat and no sticking. So far this ceramic non-stick coating is holding up better than the older coatings and performing all well or better.

My wife and I love to cook. We have looked for a good cooking pot for months. Sometimes we cook in social occasions and we found most the pots' sizes smaller than what we need. The nice thing about this pot is that it is thick enough and made from cat Aluminum which allows for heat to expand evenly and relatively slowly that which helps in cooking most of recipes that does not have high percentage of water, i.e. other than stew dishes. We have used it to pasteurize milk before making several dairy products, it does not burn parts of the milk as when we use other pots.

The price was better than smaller pots from Wal-Mart. So I have a combination of functionality and price, which is exactly what my wife and I look for in every item we purchase. I may add that the pot is heavier than other pots, as it is made from cast Aluminum, though this is in my book what gave it the better heat distribution. Also I like the shiny looks it has.

I'd absolutely recommend it to a friend or family member.

I really like this pot. It is the 11.6 quart and I was able to brown 11 chicken breasts at the same time all lined up next to one another with room to spare! I would have given five stars, but the lid does not fit well. No matter which way you turn it, it doesn't quite fit and leaves a small gap. I was cooking chicken and rice, and the gap did not affect the way the rice cooked. In fact, I was very pleased with the even distribution of heat, and the rice cooked evenly all around. I did read other reviews of different size pots, and this lid problem was mentioned, so apparently it is a recurring problem. Even with the lid not fitting, I still like this pot very much, and will probably buy some in other sizes.

I have IMUSA Calderos from 2-cup up to Paella Pan and I think they are amazing.

I'm not sure what one reviewer's problem was with the lid and its ability to make rice, but with all due respect I've never found there to be any similar problem.

These work amazingly well at all temperatures on stove top. They may need a bit of scrubbing and the interior especially will more than likely always retain some discoloration, but I think that makes them look "lived in." After all, as my grandmother would caution, "never trust a skinny chef or a housewife with sparkling pots."

I find that at reasonable temperatures these also do just fine in the oven with the lid in place. The handle makes no claim to be heat-resistant, but I've been able to use these very successfully as dutch ovens with no melting, burning or distortion of the black plastic knob.

Highly recommended.

Great pot and cooks large amount of food evenly. When I went to a store to buy it, I noticed that some pots their came with a small gap between the cover and the edge of the pot and also some other customer reviews (of calderos bought online) noted this problem. But instead I bought mine on amazon which was much cheaper than that store, and the pot and cover I received luckily fit perfectly.

Also it was delivered within two days so I have nothing to complain about!!!

The first dish I received came broken in several pieces. Sent it back right away with UPS picking up next day and Amazon shipped out another same day. Because I have prime, I had my new dish within another 2 days. Then they sent an email when they received the broken one back. Very easy to work with. This is a very nice dish. Food scrubs right off making it easy to clean. The only reason gave it a 4 was because I could see the sides are not straight, they are bent in a little. That's probably why amazon has them, but it still is a great dish, I love these styles.

I love this pot, I had been making do with a crummy cheap pot that I got at the store (in order to get a decent one you had to buy an entire set) I finally got sick of stuff burning on the bottom and it being hard to clean (even though it was non stick) so i sent for this pot. What a difference! Very good weight, even heating and easy cleaning. The only thing I would change would be to make the handles cooler to the touch if possible. Other than that, it's a great pot and plenty big enough to cook up a couple days worth of stew, etc.

The items was defective. It appeared to us to have a very, very thin stainless steel layer in the bottom of the pan (where the food goes) that just flaked off.

The double boiler pan is rounded. I'm having an issue with the clip on thermometer. Hard to describe but the thermometer is straight and the bowl is rounded so it's hard to get the two working together. If I clip it to the edge, the part that determines the temperature is too far from the liquid. If I attempt to move it down farther it either pops off or the bulb is touching the pan not the liquid. I will keep looking for a compatible thermometer but hope this will be helpful to someone else or perhaps someone has advise for me. It does say "sleek curved vessel" in the description but I didn't absorb what that meant.
