Some people are naturally ungifted at flipping over even 1 sunny side egg at a time without dropping it unceremoniously back into the pan. With this baby, I can fit 3! & even if some break when they hit the pan after being turned (I'm ungentle perhaps?), at least the white part stays flat & uncurled.

This is well named as a cookie spatula. It's very large for a spatula. There's a review that says it can be used for pizza, and yes, it might be helpful for pizza, but it's still not nearly as large as most pizzas. If I hold my hand over the metal part, with my fingers spread out wide, that's about how big the metal part is.

I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure I'll like it. It's nice and sturdy. But it showed up when I searched for "pizza peel." If you want a pizza peel, don't buy this.

I try to use only stainless steel and glass in the kitchen, so when I saw a large spatula in stainless steel at this price I ordered it immediately.

I don't bake a lot of cookies, but this is a lifesaver with pancakes, especially with a large batch as it is a real time saver. The handle feels nice and I can get two small or one really large pancake evenly distributed on the spatula very easily. I've also used this to get a cake out of the bottom of a pan, and to make an omelette.

My only compliant is that it scratches easier than I would have liked I've only had it for a week and it already has a few scratches. I hand washed it using a sponge.

Just don't drop a fork on it or it WILL chip. I had no idea the surface of these pans (I ordered three) were so sensitive. I've rated them 5 before but now that I know how sensitive the surface is, I'm dropping to a 4. I really like using these pans but I am disappointed at the sensitivity of the surface.

This fry pan is wonderful. VERY little oil or spray is needed. The base is slick and some items simply slide out of the pan. Cleanup is quick and easy. I Will buy more WearEver Ceramic Coated cookware.

This pan is simply the best pan I've ever used. I can cook in it without oil or butter if I wish and nothing sticks!! Scrambled eggs come out perfectly, without any egg stuck to the panplus they are lighter and fluffier! And cleaning it is amazingly easy. The heat is even in distribution also. I love this pan and highly recommend it. The only thing I don't know is how will it will hold up. I suspect this will be another thing I love about the pan, years of use, but I've only had it two weeks. Construction seems good.

This is an excellent pan. So far no food has even come close to sticking to it. Also, it has not discolored, even with tomato paste, nor has it scratched. A dream to clean. It says it is dishwasher safe, but I don't think you need to put it in a dishwasher. It's still early in the game since I only received it a few days ago, but so far, it's 5-star!

We have all 3 sizes. The small and medium began to tear after a few months just where the tip tapers. These are metal coated with silicone. The design does not stand up after flexing so many uses and begins to split exposing the metal inside to your nonstick surface. We loved these and are so disappointed. The largest omelet spatula is still going strong!

Granted I love this smaller size spatula, but I go through one a year it seems. It's probably the most used kitchen tool in my house but over time, the metal becomes exposed and it's time to replace it.

Skip the cheaper oxo nylon version and go with this silicone turner. This is a fantastically useful tool when baking (removing cookies from the baking sheet or the smaller loaves from a baking stone), sauteeing or stir-frying (turning and moving vegies and meats in the frying pan), flipping pancakes, and aiding in clean up, when scraping the sticky leftovers from the pan into the garbage or disposal. I use this turner with the larger model instead of a pizza peel to get pizzas off the baking stone, with a lot of success.

This tool is so handy that I've got one in each size (regular and large), and I need one more to have on hand when the others are in the dishwasher. I accidentally left my turner at a friend's house while baking cookies. I quickly got it back, but she'd already used it a few times and fell in love with it. I told her to try Amazon and get the 4-for-3 discount. And unlike the nylon version, this one handles heat without melting. The only problem with silicone is that it sometimes holds smells after washing, but luckily, it doesn't transfer smells.

Love this spatula, but in one year, have thrown away 2 already when the metal broke through the silicon at the curved edges. Used only for turning omelettes and saute veggies. It should last longer!!

What is the primary difference between this pan and a basic mini-bundt pan? The picture doesn't do the pan justice. Some of the pumpkins are a little narrower and taller and some are a bit squatty. There are leaves and tendrils embossed on the pumpkins -all differences from the standard mini-bundt pan.

You get what you pay for, and the quality of this pans is worth the money, and properly cared for, it will last a lifetime. For perfect unmolding every time -although the pan is non-stick, it needs to be properly prepared -and that is most easily accomplished by using either Wilton's cake release or a cooking spray designed for baking (one that contains flour.)

To ensure a perfect unmolding, let the cake cool upright for ten minutes after removing it from the oven before inverting it. Too soon and the cakes will be fragile and may fall apart, longer than 10 minutes and the cakes begin to adhere to the pan and may stick. And, as with all non-stick surface pans, never use metal utensils or harsh scouring pads on the pan.

Dense batters work best because coarse batters (lots of air and little fat) have lots of bubbles which reduce the amount of detail reflected in the finished cake. There are many recipes for pound cakes and bundt cakes that will work perfectly with this pan, along with the recipe included with the pan from Nordic Ware. Give the pan a good rap on the counter before putting it in the oven to release any trapped air bubbles. The cakes produced are intricate and highly detailed. It looks like much effort was expended. These pumpkin cakes will add a lovely touch to a Thanksgiving buffet or a Halloween themed party.

This is a beautiful, detailed mini bundt pan. Ordinary cake or muffins will become delightful eye candy that will impress your family and friends. The 12 little pumpkin shapes have subtle differences some tall and slender, some short and fat, and some with leaves and tendrils. They are adorable as is or can be decorated with icing for a more elegant presentation. The Nordic Ware Platinum Collection pans are top quality durable enough to become family heirlooms with a non-stick coating that actually works. As with any baking pan, to get best results spray with a non-stick baker's spray containing flour, like Baker's Joy. Do NOT use the regular Pam type sprays for baking or your results will be disappointing! With proper care this pan will be handed down to your grandchildren and perhaps great-grandchildren. I hope people will still bake at home by then! :D)

I've only recently discovered that I have a "thing" for cute pans. So, I wound up with this one after I saw it in Williams Sonoma one day. Sure am glad I bought it! It was featured on the cover of the Southern Living fall magazine this year too and well, I HAD to have it! I used their receipe too and although I didn't like the cake part, the icing was wonderful! Anyway, this pan is a dream to use. You put it in the dishwasher when you're finished too and that's certainly a plus. The cakes come out whole, don't fall apart in the pan, and even include leaves on the ends so that you can make candied leaf patterns to place on top of the pumpkins. SOOO cute for Thanksgiving and fall in general. My only suggestion is that you need to gently tap the pan before you bake the pumpkins. Otherwise, you can wind up with air holes on the tops of the pumpkins. Great, great, SUPER cute product. Highly recommend!

I recently installed a wall-mounted Calphalon pot rack, which I like a lot. Unfortunately, the two hooks I just ordered both fail to work properply with the potrack. One is simply too small to fit onto the rack; the other one fits on but is too large, and comes off when removing pans. Additionally, these hooks are either made from a different material and/or finsihed differently from the ones that shipped with pot rack originally.

Calphalon would be better off charging more money for hooks that actually work than continuing to ship these things. Whatever company Calphalon has contracted to make these things is doing a terrible job.

Yes it is functionally universal size about 8 1/2 to 12 in in coverage. Interior ridges seat it nicely at the various diameters. See through window. Non Stick cleanup! the handle keeps you Safely away from steam or spatter...very important to me because I have somewhat clumsy arthritic hands.

The only thing I have against them is that they curl up after they're washed by hand. Otherwise they work just fine.

I was very excited about these cutting boards when I bought them. They were quite thin when they arrived but that didn't really bother me until...I put them in the dishwasher after using them ONCE (the description says 'dishwasher-safe' however no actual instructions were included in the pkg) for the first time and when I took them out they were all sort of 'warped' and now they don't lay flat AT ALL. I was very bummed and thought maybe all the flexible board were liked this, however...

The next day I was at a major discount retailer and saw a much thicker, sturdier pack of FOUR cutting boards for $5.xx! I bought them that day and haven't used the other cutting boards since! They are SO much better! So, I recommend you buy the 4-pk of flexible boards I mentioned at your local retailer NOT these poor quality ones.

UPDATE! Ok, so I had these cutting boards stored in a cabinet next to the other thicker cutting boards I mentioned I bought. I had a heavy stone cookie pan laying flat against all of them...and good news!...the Norpro boards I bought on amazon flattened out and look good again! So, maybe it just takes a little more effort to flatten them after each dishwashing.

These cutting boards are less of a cutting board and more of a plastic funnel/mise en place tool.

After using them the first time they retain knife marks as permenant bends in the plastic, durability rating of .5 stars. They also do not retain their original flat shape in a reasonable manner.

A couple years ago I bought from Amazon a set of flexible cutting mats like this, but they were larger (~11x14, methinks) and had a slightly gummy print on the back that helped it stay put on your countertop while you cut. These mats, unfortunately, are both smaller and have no such gummy print -so they slide around on the counter as you cut. Very, very annoying. I bit the $6 on these but would recommend that you NOT: rather, look elsewhere (outside Amazon, even?? *gasp*) for the larger and non-slip kind!

I am not sure there is any metal in these at all. They are two grained pieces of acacia hardwood, cleverly notched and some how hinged to one another. The notches in the wood make the implements spring against one another.

I got two at the same time, and I must stress that each piece is individual: some have more grain than the others. But they will make handsome serving implements for salad and some of the more awkward foods that can not easily be served with just one fork or spoon. Acacia is renewable, so consider these green.

My metal tongs will now stay in the kitchen for cooking instead of being added to meat and vegie dishes for serving.

This is one of the few Kitchen aid products I don't care for. I have another turner (I wish I knew the brand but it doesn't say) that is much more sturdy.

This isn't a horrible product, but not worth the price. It is kind of flimsy and is hard to flip pancakes with. The angle is also much more steep than I am used to, and I don't like it.

On the good side, it is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. But I wouldn't buy again.

My favorite spatula broke, so I looked for one at Amazon and this Kitchenaid seemed very nice and I felt like the brand itself was worth a try. It is a very nice spatula, sturdy but thin enough to flip eggs or burgers. This was my first Kitchenaid utensil but because of it I have ordered several others. I never really thought about there being a difference in utensils but this Kitchenaid is really very good quality.

Nice look, good quality, great concept. Turn one way get salt and turn other way and get peppers. You can adjust granule size on bottom. You pull top off to replace what you need. No instructions in box. I would highly recommend this product.

I have only had this for a day, but I already like it. You turn it right for pepper and left for salt. It has two grinding holes in the bottom so you can set how course or fine you want for either one. It's not too big and not too small and it came already filled with S&P. I like the Red color and rubber grip too. It feel very sturdy and should last a long time. I will update my review if I ever have any problems with it, but I don't see that happening.

Update:July 24, 2013 I went to fill this S&P shaker up today and it was a pain to get the top off. Once I finally got it off it I noticed a crack on the side of the top. Also the red rubber BODUM that goes around the top gets a little stretched out and slides around really easily now. When I bought it, it wasn't $30 bucks. Anyways it would be nice if they would have made it so there was a button or something to take the top off because it isn't easy. i still like it I just hope the crack doesn't get bigger. i put some superglue on it. i hope it helps.

This salt shaker is perfect. It's made of silicone rubber and stainless steel, two materials that would definitely deserve to be on my desert island. Refilling it is ridiculously easy. Just pull the top, pour in, and put it back on. Clockwise for pepper, counterclockwise for salt. For what little room it does take up on the table, it looks really attractive. Some other moron rated it lower because it had a tapered shape. Dude, seriously? Seriously?

This is a nice add to the counter for use in cooking. Both sides of the grinder work well. The oblong shape fits well in the hand. The red band makes it non slip. It's easy to add pepper and salt... no tools required and no small parts to lose. A winner on all accounts.
