This is a great pound cake and carrot cake pan. Too small to make a decent loaf of bread using most bread recipies, but for the "heavy cakes" it is prefect. Warm cakes slide out like butter, even if you forget to grease or flour the pan.

Review of Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 12-Inch Covered Fry Pan
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $95.00
Sale Price: $49.99
Today's Bonus: 47% Off

My mother has owned this pan ever since I can remember, and she used it three or four times each week for at least 10 years, from the time I was aware of such things until the time I moved out. She still uses it 15 years later. I truly believe she has never replaced it in all that time. I have since purchased a set for myself including the frying pan, and it is a very durable product. Best and most even heating of any pans I've owned. It's got a very comfortable weight balance and I don't have to worry about the handle getting hot. I like the classic version without the teflon because you never have to worry about scraping the coating off.
I love Farberware Classic and I want to complete my set and never have to worry about buying new pans again.

Farberware classic is great -an inexpensive yet equally functional alternative to the very expensive pots & pans. Note: recently Farberware reduced its quality, in that older Farberware pots & pans had their thick aluminum base completely encased within a stainless steel shell. The newer pots & pans have the aluminum base attached to the bottom, but not encased within a stainless steel bottom. So, their quality is less than it was; most people who "grew up with Farberware" may not realize this. Farberware used to hold the patent on the technique of having the aluminum base CURVE up the side of the pan -they no longer do this, and are the same as many other manufacturers. Also note: if you are buying a 12" pan, this is a HUGE pan, since it has a squareish cross-section. I found it to be so absolutely huge -you could fry a dozen onions in this monster -that I simply never use it. The 10" and 8" sizes may be what you're looking for!Best Deals for Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 12-Inch Covered Fry Pan
How many products do you know when you buy it that it will last 30 or 40 years? This is one of them. My mom has had hers for 35 years, I've had mine for 5. It's simply the best pan out there. It cooks evenly, it goes in the dishwasher, the handles stay cool, and you don't have to use plastic spatulas. The only problem that somebody might have is that it is not nonstick. For that reason my wife usually uses a Calphalon nonstick professional pan, even though it can't be cleaned in the dishwasher and you have to treat it carefully. So if you must have nonstick, buy something else. But if you want a large, beatiful, indestructible pan that will last longer than you will, buy this pan!Honest reviews on Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 12-Inch Covered Fry Pan
This is a great pan for preparing meals. I generally have trouble with a pan being able to hold all of the ingredients, but this one is definitely up to the task. Although it's not stick-proof, most of my cooking involves sauces or olive oil (usually both), resulting in relatively easy cleanup. Keep in mind that it's very heavy (12 inces of stainless steel), but it doesn't warp, tip over, or get knocked off the counter.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 12-Inch Covered Fry Pan
This is a handy-sized frying pan, and the helper handle is great when it is full. It is dishwasher safe. Because it is uncoated, it can scorch, when means hand-washing with a scrubbing pad. Also, because it is large (with the lid) it can be tricky finding a place to store it.Friday, January 2, 2015
Buy OXO Good Grips Brushed Stainless Steel
I was tired of nylon and other plastic spatulas and turners. Most of them have a thick edge and are not sufficiently stiff to really scrape something out of a pan. Using a cheap plastic turner to flip hash brown potatoes in my cast iron pan resulted in a melted edge on the turner and bits of potato still stuck to the pan.
This stainless steel turner is the answer to that problem. It is stiff and heavy duty enough to handle pretty much any turning duty in my kitchen. If you need a flexible turner, this is not it. It has a non-slip material inserted at the holding end of the handle that makes it comfortable to hold. However, if you need to "choke up" on the grip and hold it closer to the turner you will be holding the edges of the turned over steel, which is not very comfortable. Being stainless steel, I don't have to worry about leaving it leaning on the side of my cookware and having it melt. The handle is a good length long enough to keep your hand away from the cooking surface but no so long as to make using it awkward. I used it to get the cookies off my cookie sheets and it worked okay for that, even if the edge could be just a little bit thinner to get under the cookies.
If you are looking for a stainless steel turner, this is a good one.
I've owned it for two years now (Jan-07 to Jan-09). It's still intact, no chips bends or breaks. Great investment.

Best Deals for OXO Good Grips Brushed Stainless Steel
These OXO stainless tools are the best. Solid, well build, includes a hole to hang them. Unlike the Kitchen Aid which tip out of the pan due to their imbalanced weight characteristics, the OXOs are well balanced. It's slightly heavy which I like. Doesn't scratch very easily and washes nicely. This is my line of choice.Honest reviews on OXO Good Grips Brushed Stainless Steel
Purchased these for use on cast iron and hard anodized aluminum cookware. It was actually looking for more Calphalon brand SS utensils, as I have two that I have been very pleased with, but it seems that the line I wanted had been discontinued. In comparison, these are not as sleek and polished, or as well crafted. However, they are half the price or less, and work well enough. Good weight and balance, good grip surfaces. For what they are, I'm well pleased and would purchase them again.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for OXO Good Grips Brushed Stainless Steel
OXO's line of brushed stainless steel kitchen utensils are nicely balanced and feel great using them. My only complaint is that after putting them through the dishwasher, they have developed some surface rust spots. They scrub off, but I hate to have to worry about the rust each time. Must be cheap stainless steel composition.Wednesday, December 3, 2014
Review of Rachael Ray Hard Anodized II Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 8-1/2-Inch
I love my R.R. skillets. They are the best skillets I have ever bought. No more
cheap teflon pans for me.
I can use pam spray when cooking an egg and it does wash great. No residue left
on the surface.
Thank you
The Rachel Ray cookware is fairly thin, and is not reminiscent of any quality pan I've ever used. The handle is very stylish and comfortable. Despite the claim of nonstick, I still need to use a light coat of olive oil, although I do not use any sprays as per the instructions. I do find in general that my heat needs to be turned down when using nonstick pans.
For $20, I would say this is above average, so I'm not going to bash the product. I think it's a decent buy for the money. Now, if you want to start comparing it against a $100 all clad, well that's a different discussion, but again, for $20.00 I'd say this is a decent buy.
For someone who doesn't want to spend $100 on a high end pan, I would say the Emeril brand is of better quality (stay away from "sets"), and comparable in price to Rachel Ray cookware. Another outstanding brand is Calphalon. They make a very nice 8" pan.

This pan is perfect! The handle has a nice grip and feels just right. The pan works as one would want an egg (omelette) pan to, and it also cleans out very well both inside as well as the bottom of the pan. I am very glad I purchased it! For years, I used all clad cookware, and then some modified all clad cookware, namely "Emeril cookware". One mark of a quality pan is the thickness and material the base is made of. Nice thick bases on pans distribute heat evenly, and generally require some preheating. My cookware is about 10 years old, and is still going fairly strong, although my smaller 8 inch pan was ruined when a friend ran it through the dishwasher, and thus my reason for trying something different. The Rachel Ray cookware is fairly thin, and is not reminiscent of any quality pan I've ever used. Reviews of GreenPan CW0004470 Cookware Glass Lid with Stainless Steel Handle
This is a solidly built glass lid that is well worth the price. But it's important that you realize that the 9.5 inches is a measurement of the full diameter of the lid, rather than a measurement of the inside rim. What this meant for me was that my 9.5 inch pan actually needed a 10 inch lid.
A good product. Just measure carefully!

Cheap Johnson Brothers Old Britain Castles Pink Christmas 12-Inch Green
This Johnson Brothers Christmas platter is of very good quality. I bought four of these this past holiday for family presents. All reported they loved this old time design and used it throughout the holiday. I did buy it sight unseen and had them shipped to me first and I thought they were fantastic and sold at a fair price/fast shipping. Now I need to order one for myself! LOL!

Best Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 3-Quart All-Around Pan Deals
All of my pans are the Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized pans and so I knew I'd love the way it cooked before I purchased it. This pan is a great size! Perfect for browning hamburger meat, chicken, etc. The rounded bottom and sides make it easy to scrape the sides and it is deep enough that the stove isn't spattered with "stuff". I am very happy with this pan. Easy to cook in and easy to clean up. Very important, pre-heat the pan to keep foods from sticking. Also very important, no dishwasher soap, only dish soap. I always soak the pan with a little soap and hot water before attempting to clean it and they always clean-up easily if I do this. Like I said, I love this pan!
There is only one thing you need to know: Buy It Now. (Which is exactly what I did at a certain auction site and, even with shipping costs, paid a few dollars less than the thirty-five Amazon priced it on a Friday sale.)
A note of caution: this pan may be made in either Toledo, Ohio or China. In my experience, the quality of the Calphalon cookware is better in the Toledo products (such as the one I have) and if Amazon can tell you the country of origin, so much the better. Regardless, this is a substantial pan that will be used for a lifetime.
But one thing is certain: Calphalon is discontinuing the Commercial hard anodized line of cookware and this is one of the few pieces left in the series, at the time of this writing.
I have other pieces of Calphalon but always go to this.
The best thing about this large pan is the ability to go directly into the oven from the stove burner. This has been very handy to keep food warm before serving.
OK for most uses.

I don't use this pan, but this is the only way to get the completely essential 12" lid, which fits my favorite frying pan and all of the 12" Calphalon pots. You have to have it, so think of it as a reasonably priced lid with a totally free pot included.Friday, September 19, 2014
Discount CorningWare French White 17-Piece Bake and Serve Set
The original "French White" Corningware was made of their famous pyroceramic glass, which could be used on the gas stove, put directly in the freezer, put under the broiler right from the freezer, and oh yes, also used in a microwave. And it was very unlikely to shatter if dropped. If you pounded on it with a hammer and nail you might have gotten it to break.
When World Kitchens bought the license from Corning, they decided to halt production of a line of cookware that would take anything and last forever, and dupe customers, especially brides, into thinking the stoneware "French White" was the same thing as the wonderful French White pyroceramic cookware previously available.
The pattern is attractive and can be used with any decor, but this stuff is not, repeat, really not, what people mean when they say "Corningware."
Le Creuset can do most of the above mentioned, but it being metal you cannot use it in the microwave. Stoneware cannot go on top of the stove, and repeated trips from the freezer to the oven will eventually cause it to craze and crack. And being stoneware, it will also chip, and break if dropped, etc. Pyrex glassware cannot go on the gas stove although you can take it from the freezer to the oven, and also microwave it.
The only product which could do anything was pyroceramic, and World Kitchens has chosen to remove it from the market because it is "too good."
They have recently brought back a few of the old square shapes, with the Cornflower, or plain white, calling it "vintage," but the French White shape is not making an appearance yet. If you want it, email them and ask for it!
Meanwhile, don't buy this stuff. Get Le Creuset for cooking and roasting (yes it is expensive but it lasts forever and cooks beautifully), and reheat things in Pyrex in the microwave.
Fast forward 50 years. Corning licenses its trademark to World Kitchen, and they decide to cut corners and make a poor copy of so called CorningWare in China (the new trademark is one word, italics). This new stuff is not at all the same. It is poorly made stoneware, heavy, crude with a bumpy surface with glazing defects and cracks that make it unsafe and unsanitary to use for cooking food. I found one large casserole with 8 black pits on the inside glaze, a nice trap for food particles. It has an unsealed bottom and can no longer be used on the range top. Maybe it's planned obsolescence, because this stuff probably lasts about 10 seconds in normal use. And the pitted glaze is liable to hold food residue and sicken you, maybe lead in the glaze would do it first. Another brilliant product from China. It seems to me this newer "CorningWare" is both unsanitary and unsafe. This completely destroys customer trust in the Corning brand.
I guess they heard our complaints, because there is a new lineup of newer Corning Casseroles, introduced in 2008 called CorningWare SimplyLite. Apparently it is made in Corning NY, of the original Vitrelle laminated glass. It's not as durable as the original Pyroceram, but is half the weight and thinner, so it stacks and carries better. The surface is the same smooth hard glossy surface as the original Corelle, and cleans up like a charm. It is not rated for range top nor freezer use, as far as I can tell (water expands 4% when it freezes, so I would guess a thinner, weaker vessel might not handle that stress). But it's a step in the right direction. Unfortunately, no French White pattern pieces are available at this time in the SimplyLite lineup. But I'll be watching and amend this review if they come out.

I have many old original Corning Ware "Pyroceramic" casseroles that have held up very well over the years since bought in 1960s. The stuff is amazing you can cook on the range top, oven, microwave and then serve it in the same dish, and later store it in the refrigerator or freezer. The only thing I did not like was it is a bit heavy and thick, but I guess it had to be to survive all the abuse. All things considered, I liked it very well. Over the years, I was able to expand my set, and once in a while replace a piece that broke or got stained from use on the range top (even though it doesn't break, it tends to discolor on my electric range top, so I stopped doing that).Fast forward 50 years. I've wrecked each and every piece of this Corningware by one of two things. Either I stacked them in such a way that they bumped against each other, or I scrubbed them with "scratch safe" sponges, and in each instance I got the same result: permanent streaky black marks in the white ceramic finish. Easy to wash, easy to store. It's not that fancy and brittle that you have to watch to not break it. Four of pieces are with plastic lids and I use them to store marinated chicken, or salads I've maid. Four smallest peaces are great for dips and two biggest pieces that come with glass lids are perfect for baking. There is also a metal wire for easier carying.Perfect for the money. Paula Deen 12-Piece Porcelain Cookware Set Review
I love my new Paula Deen cookware! I had been searching for new cookware for awhile and wanted the best, for the best price. I have seen these pots and pans in the local stores, but none of the stores I went to had the color I wanted. It was so frustrating! I searched on Amazon.com and found the Paula Deen cookware AND it was the perfect color.
Through receiving my cookware, one of the lids had shattered. I was so upset. BUT I got ahold of Amazon.com and they completely took care of the situation and sent me a whole new set! I was very pleased with how they handled it.
Was in love with the color of this set, must admit, that was the driving factor behind this purchase... that said, since buying, they are wonderful cookwear! however, if you want to buy these go to Big Lots, they are $30 cheaper! Enjoy!

I purchased this set of pots and pans hoping to find a quality set to last for the next 10 years or so. Pros: The color is lovely and they are very aestically pleasing. Cons: After only a few months time the non-stick lining is already scratched (despite having followed the included user guidelines of handwashing and only using provided utensils), They are also not balanced well. The handles are too heavy and cause uneven heating due to one side raising up off of the burner. I have dealt with this by using the attached hanging hooks as a sort of rest. I would not recommend this product, nor purchase it again.Honest reviews on Paula Deen 12-Piece Porcelain Cookware Set
Im bi-anually dissapointed in the pot and pan sets I buy. Not so with this one. They come carefully packaged and the quality for the price is outstanding. Beautiful copper accents on the handles and lids, the speckling and color are perfect. This is the first time I've had someone walk in my kitchen and say " Nice pots and pans!". Downside is that the upper lips of the skillets and sauce pans curve inward a bit and kinda makes it impossible to pour directly out of them without it running down the side of the pot. I have paid double for sets before and not had the quality present in this set. I plan to order myself the matching teapot!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Paula Deen 12-Piece Porcelain Cookware Set

I am not sure what happened with the other reviewer butI love this appliance. I have used it multiple times since it's arrival-even though I am new to pressure cooking. I cook all of our meals due to living in a very remote area. And, as I was getting tired of the crockpot (using it 3 to 4 times a week), I decided to give this a whirl after a friend bought a similar product off of a shopping network and raved about it. I feel the one star review is not justified. This machine pressure cooks well and safelyI have used the pressure cooking to make pasta, roasted chicken and a beef roast as well as a steamer for steamed veggies. I plan on trying the rice pressure cooking soon. I have used it as a slow cooker for 2 dishes, with the same success I have with my regular crockpot. I look at the 6 hours a a 'high' setting and 8 as more of a low, even though there is no heat adjustment.
PROS:
Excellent results with pressure cooking
Love that I can sear or brown ground beef in this and then not dirty yet another pan and have the mess on the stove
Also love that you can remove the meat and reduce the sauce right in the unit
It is very VERY easy to clean
It has a steamer basket and rack insert (to keep meat from being submerged in liquid if you want to dry roast a cut of meat
Flexibility of cooking quickly (my pasta dish was done in FIVE minutes) or using a slow cooker method
Timer on pressure cooker does not start until proper pressure is reachedeliminating the worry of timing
If food is not donesimply close the lid and pressure cook a bit more
CONS:
I cook apple butter and spaghetti sauce in my crock and most likely won't be able to do this in this pressure cooker.
Maybe the price, but this seems to be the 'going rate' for these products.
I HIGHLY recommend this appliance to busy household without hesitation!
The Breville fast/slow cooker is awesome. I have used all of the settings and features except for the high setting for the pressure cooker. I think the medium is more than adequate for now. I made ropa vieja this weekend and the sear function worked perfectly! Two minutes on each side and the juice and flavors were sealed right in. I used the slow cooker function that day to make that dish. Delicious! I've used the pressure cooker to make corned beef and tonight I made a pork roast that turned out moist, juicy and very very tasty. Prep time? 10 minutes. Dinner was on the table in just over an hour, of which only 15 minutes (including the prep time) were spent working in the kitchen.
I really had no idea how to use a pressure cooker, but the learning curve on this is pretty much nonexistent, if you have a little bit of spidey-sense in the kitchen. I used one recipe and the rest I've been eyeballing and so far so good. Now I've been wondering where this has been all my life.
Yes, some have said there are fewer available settings for the slow cooker. I've actually replaced my much more advanced slow cooker with this one already. So far I haven't noticed any loss of function. I can handle turning off the cooker at 7 hours if I just can't stand to choose between 6 and 8. Its just that so far everything I've put into it on slow cooker function has come out delicious. So, in my mind, there has been absolutely no loss of function.
I did take off one star because it can be a bit tough to clean off if you slop anything over the edge of the cooking bowl. Also, the non-stick bowl seems appealing but I'm worried I may have to replace it relatively soon because of how thin it feels. However, if it remains an essential part of my meal making in a few months, I'm sure I'll be back to update this review and put the 5th star on there.
This is the third Breville product we've purchased in as many years. We own a juicer, the food processor (another amazing appliance), and now this lovely gadget.
The machine is beautiful and looks great on the counter with our other stainless appliances, which is good because we have been using it nearly daily. I'm a little bit accident-prone, and the safety features of this machine give me a very high comfort level. I have had a bit of a learning curve because I've never used a pressure cooker before, and this one cooks much faster than the standard stove-top models, so online time estimates for various foods that refer to standard pots don't apply. The process of learning how to cook in this pot has been minimal, though, and I've only screwed up one food: artichokes, which I've found cook in 3 minutes in this pot. I cooked them for 8 minutes and they turned to mush :) If you cook beans for too long, they are unaffected. For those who end up buying this cooker, I've found that lentils take 8 min, black or pinto beans 22 or so, but I usually do 25 to be safe. I typically let the machine cool and depressurize on its own, but you can release the steam through a valve if you're in a hurry.
I'm so glad we made the investment in this cooker, which I expect to use for many years of healthful cooking I love it!

I have used Pressure Cookers over the years, but never tried an electric model such as this. I have discovered that with this cooker you can cook ANY slow cooker recipe in a fraction of the time (besides conventional Pressure Cooker recipes). Although it only draws 2kW, in the Saute mode there is so much heat delivered to the cooking insert you have to be attentive to avoid burninglike a frying pan on high heat! The safety of this unit is unmatched, and the controls and other features extremely well thought out. I'll probably buy a couple more of these to offer is presents to my grown kids.Best Deals for Breville BPR600XL Fast-Slow Cooker
We live at 8,500 ft above sea level. Beans normally take 1.5 days or more in a crock or longer on the stove and they cook uneven here, making the beans a bit toothy/hard in spots. This Breville is amazing in that it takes 15 minutes to cook thicker beans like kidneys. If you are a beginner to pressure cookers, I'm offering a tip. Remember that the 15 minutes they specify is for "pressure cooking". That means, the pressure has to reach the amount required to start cooking. Total time (minus soaking, which I do overnight) is 45 minutes to 1 hour. At first try, I thought something was wrong with our Breville's timer/count down because I set it to our kitchen timer and count down took a while to start. For higher altitude, the times allotted in the book are right on the money. No additional cooking time is necessary. I highly recommend this product but be aware that the timer doesn't start until the correct amount of pressure is reached.Honest reviews on Breville BPR600XL Fast-Slow Cooker
I'm expecting my first kid in just a few short weeks. So are some other ladies I know. I've been getting tired of seeing "my perfect pregnancy" status updates for some lucky ones who have a mom nearby who will bring them food for weeks after birth, or who will fill their freezer with months of pre-cooked meals. I guess it's good planning, but it also sounded like something else B-O-R-I-N-G. I love to cook and I know time will be limited for oh, say, the next 18 years. So I bought this instead of resigning myself to re-heated lasagna forever. It's the best of both worlds I'm still allowed some choice when it comes to meal planning, and yet I still won't have to... well, "babysit" dinner prep.

This cooker has opened up new meal options for our household. The ability to determine at 5 pm that we would like to serve tacos made with fresh refried beans rather than planning that the night before is liberating! No more overnight bean-soaking! Lentils and quinoa in a couple of minutes? No problem. We are trying to avoid eating anything that comes from a can, and this machine has enabled us to completely give up canned beans. We have become addicted to a healthy, 30-min black bean soup that I make by tossing a chopped onion and a few cloves of garlic, along with a generous sprinkle of cumin, into the cooker with the beans for 25 min, then puree with a bit of Sriracha and salt/pepper to taste when it's done. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and a crumble of goat cheese, and it's gorgeous and delicious. The machine is beautiful and looks great on the counter with our other stainless appliances, which is good because we have been using it nearly daily. Review of Vandor Mugs - Music Theme
My 10-year old son started listening to the Beatles (to my utter pleasure). I purchased this for him for Christmas so he could drink his hot chocolate. Love the picture. I've put it in the dishwasher with no problems.

I bought this for my husband as he has always been a Beatles fan and the picture on the Mug is really nice. This mug was a little more expensive than some of the mugs I had seen on Amazon, but it is microwavable and dishwasher safe so paying a little extra was worth it. I received it in perfect condition and very quickly.Saturday, July 19, 2014
Mauviel Brass Cookware Rack Reviews
If you are hanging pots and pans, get an Enclume brass bar, which has the strength, ridigity and weight for heavy loads and which comes in 18 to 48 inch lengths, at 6 inch intervals. I have a 36 and 48 inch Enclume bars and they do not flex under load. This Mauviel bar flexes a bit just with light utensils.
The photos do not do this utensil strip justice. The gleam of the highly polished brass is causing glare in all the photos -even the photos on Amazon.fr! The real thing has a rich gold glow. The quality of polish is outstanding -It is even better than the best of Enclume and far better than any other brass I own.
This strip should be mounted in a conspicuous place, like under the hood and above the stove or under the upper cabinets on either side of the stove. The hooks are good for utensils, for anything with a wire loop or for anything with an oval cut or stamped hole. These hooks are not large enough for cups. I wouldn't hang anything heavier than a colander from it, owing to slight flex in the solid brass bar.
Don't buy it unless the cost is under $60: It is just a beautiful solid brass strip, a couple of pretty cast wall hangers, several stamped and polished brass hooks and common hardware. $40 would be the fair price, even at today's high brass prices. You could fabricate it all, minus the cast brass wall hangers, out of common brass stock costing about $30, but you'd have to spend hours drilling and cutting the sliding hooks out of flat stock and several more hours bringing it all to a high gloss luster on a polishing wheel. You could save yourself a lot of money, if your own time is worth less than $2/hour!
In my application, I bought two (at a slightly more than fair price) and had to cut one of the bars to length with a hack saw. That was an easy cut which also PROVED that it was solid brass -very rare in these days of plated metals. Even Enclume is plated, but it is the best plate method: First they electroplate steel with chrome, polish the chrome, electroplate again in brass, and polish the brass. This gives an extremely rich, deep, glossy brass, which is better than everything, excepting this singular Mauviel solid brass strip.
I mounted a 36 inch strip inside the back of the stove hood (flashy looking -stands out ten feet away!). The other two 18 inch sections are mounted on the back under lip of the adjacent upper cabinets. They are used to hang the most useful and best looking of German, French, Swiss utensils with loops on their handles, as well as a one cup measure (you don't really need a 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 3/4 cup measure once you get used to just judging those volumes in a one cup measure) and a ring of measuring spoons. I can feel flex to the strip even with this light load, so you can imagine how bad it would be to load a narrow non-rigid strip with real and expensive pots and pans.

Discount Norpro 9.5 inch Nonstick Breakfast/Crepe Pan
From the day this pan is shipped, i have never left using it for making breakfast. It is the best for the pancakes. I just clean it with the wipe or a tissue. Because of the non-stick feature, i do not even put oil on the pan. I would definetly recommend this product. For a price of $9.00, i think it is the best buy for me.
Now if you're curious about those omelettes, they're simple. Dice up whatever filler you want: ham, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, greens, whatever, and cheese of course. Saute to your liking in saute pan. Heat the Norpro pan on medium low. Quickly while the pan is heating, fork whisk 2 eggs, some water (for fluffiness), and seasoning to taste (you can also wait to season afterwards). A little olive oil in pan but I use the corner of a paper towel to spread it about and then leave no puddles. Plop the eggs in and cook until almost dry, with a soft or slightly runny skin on the inside. You can carefully work the egg a bit with the edge of your spatula to make sure the runny egg gets to the cooking surface, just make sure it all ends up one cooked piece, with no holes. Add your fillers to one half of the omelette, and then fold the other half over with one of these Kitchenaid Classic Silicone Mixer Spatula, Black. The long, wide, and slippery spatula is perfect to prevent the omelette from breaking when you flip. I like to have a slightly golden brown on my omelettes. Enjoy!
UPDATE: After using this pan about half dozen times, the coating on the BOTTOM of the pan is starting to come off. The non stick seems to be OK and it still cooks fine. I'm starting to get a little suspicious on the durability, so I deducted one star and will update more as time goes on. I stil think it's a bargain at what they are asking but if you want a pan that you'll still be using years later (like my t-fal), this might not be it.

I love crepes and plan on making several types of crepes using different flours. I made a batch a few days ago and they are already gone. The pan is easy to use and easy to clean up also much more reasonable than similar pans!Best Deals for Norpro 9.5 inch Nonstick Breakfast/Crepe Pan
I bought this pan as a "back-up" to my old trusty t-fal crepe pan that I use to make 2 egg omelettes. Sometimes we host brunches and one pan is not enough to keep up with hungry guests. Well, I received the pan, seasoned it with a little oil as suggested, and made my first omelette with it. Let's just say the t-fal has now moved to the back-up position and I may just pick up another Norpro for good measure. The anti-stick is great, the pan is light and heats evenly, ergonomics are good and it is the perfect size for 2-egg omelettes. Cleans up great in the sink and all I can't speak to yet is durability. However, it looks solid and well made, like most other Norpro stuff I own.Now if you're curious about those omelettes, they're simple. Honest reviews on Norpro 9.5 inch Nonstick Breakfast/Crepe Pan
OVEN CLEANER is dangerous. Unbeknownst to me, when I cleaned the oven with oven cleaner, it seeped into the pan drawer below, luckily the crepe pan was the only casualty, it ripped the nonstick right off. The pan was great, slick and the right size when I used it the only and only time. I am buying another to replace the destroyed one, would recommend to all for making crepes.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Norpro 9.5 inch Nonstick Breakfast/Crepe Pan

For 7 bucks you can't go wrong with this organizer. It holds a lot. At the moment it's holding three frying pans, seven baking pans, a crape pan, two pizza pans and three glass lids. I'm buying another to hold my deeper cake and cupcake pans. The slots are different widths, which is very helpful. Be sure to wash it when it arrives mine had some light dust on it. No assembly required, it comes in one piece. This is a inexpensive solution for a messy little problem, pan and lid storageBest Deals for Grayline 40218, Bakeware Lid/Tray Rack, White
I purchased this item because I wanted 6 slots to hold frying pans. Here is what I found upon receiving it. The slots graduate from smaller to larger as follows: 1 1/2", 1 1/2", 1 5/8", 1 3/4", 2", 2 1/4". Overall it is 12" long. I do like that it's coated, but I found that I could not use the 3 smallest slots for frying pans. It does work well for baking sheets and tupperware lids.Honest reviews on Grayline 40218, Bakeware Lid/Tray Rack, White
I have an open shelving system for my pots and pans, so I was not at all concerned about them fitting in a cabinet persay. But these are the FIRST racks that I bought that allow my large and small lids to fit without falling over. My only complaint is that I wish they came in a different color, but since I got them for half the price of a footlong sandwich, I can't complain since I see the price has since went up. I plan to just spray paint them black or stainless look. But... even with the price increase they are completely worth it if you have large pot lids and need a thicker sturdier rack to hold them in as most that I have seen in the stores are a more flimsy wire. I also want to note they have a soft coating on them which will help prevent scratching.I highly recommend these!!!

i only have one issue with it, the wire separators are a bit too tall for smaller lids. They dont sit down in it all the way.
