I thought all nonstick bakeware were the same... Wrong! I tried the calphalon essential muffin tin from target and it sticks. I bought the original and all I need to do is flip it over. Cake and muffins fall out like magic and no need to grease/flour the pan.

I got this product for Christmas and was so excited to use them. I am known as the "family baker" and the baker at work. I use a lot of "wilton" brand products. I've used all of the products in the 5-piece set. They all work wonderfully and have the non-stick protectant.

I would definitely buy more products from Calphalon based on my experience with bakeware set.

Be sure to read the instructions on the bottom of the box about appropriate usage. It is just a few simple things but will help your product last a long time and stay in good condition.

I gave this to my daughter as a present and she absolutely loves it. She wasn't a baker but now she is. According to her, cakes bake evenly; heat gets distributed evenly. She and her husband can't thank me enough. It's money very well spent.

I decided to replace my bakeware and after shopping around decided on the Calphalon 5pc bakeware set. After receiving it in the mail I was very pleased with how nice it looked. I used the baking sheet only once to bake cookies (definitely non stick and easy to bake on) and after removing the cookies I noticed the baking sheet was now stained. That aggravated me since I had only used it ONCE. I decided to just forget it since it baked so well. However after washing it I also noticed it seemed to be peelings as well. Not sure how the rest of the set (the muffin pan, cake pans, and loaf pan) will do. I am a huge fan of Calphalon but they really disappointed me with this bakeware set.
