I got into a baking mood for the holidays, and my little cookie sheets just weren't going to cut it for holiday cookies. So I decided to try a larger sheet to be more efficient. The size is perfect for my oven. I got two pans so I could bake twice as many cookies at the same time (rotating and alternating positions half-way through). However, there are some issues that prevent me from giving this product 5 stars:
Since it's a non-stick surface with just 1 raised edge, cookies have a tendency to slip/slid. at one point, about 6 Snickerdoodles slid off the pan while I was trying to insert the sheet into the oven.
Be careful with the non-stick surface, it's easily scratched. I made the mistake of putting these cookie sheets on the edge of a metal pan, and part of the coating from the cookie sheet got scratched off. Thankfully, the parts that got scratched off were on the bottom of the sheet, so it doesn't affect the baking surface. I only have a silicone spatula, so I used that to remove my cookies, but I could see if you had a metal spatula, it could potentially scratch the baking surface.
Since this is an insulated baking sheet, there are little holes on the bottom corners of the sheet, which water can get into when washing, so make sure you properly dry the sheets before storing them.
This wasn't an issue for me since it fit my oven perfectly, but you might want to measure the inside of your oven to verify these baking sheets will fit.
Overall, I thought this was a great product, and I would recommend it to others.
Best Deals for Farberware Insulated Bakeware Cookie Sheet
For years I have used another brand of cookie sheet, one that offered an insulated baking sheet much like this one, but I switched to this brand as that what was available through Amazon Prime. I'm pleased that I made the switch. While the Farberware baking sheet is designed and built slightly differently than my other baking sheets, the Farberware Insulted baking sheet works as advertised. It's also very sturdy, has some weight to it, and so far no warping. Also, the baked goods come out of the oven with no scorched or burned bottoms. They are perfectly baked.
Keep in mind this is a large, open rim baking sheet, so make sure your oven is large enough to accommodate the baking sheet.
Highly recommend.

I finally found a great cookie sheet! The cookies slide right off the cookie sheet. You actually have to be careful not to tip them off the sheet. No sticking at all. Be sure to face the tip of the sheet towards the oven opening in order to get them out of the oven safely. The other amazing thing is the cleanup. Just a little soap and water. No scraping. It is necessary to bake a little longer than your recipe calls for, but there is no burning cookies on these sheets. My sister-in-law has Rema cookie sheets which I just love but hadn't been able to find. These are just as good. I tried several other brands (Wearever was one) and ended up returning them. They stuck terribly. I have the very large 20" ,Farberware 52152 Insulated Bakeware 15-1/2-by-20-Inch Jumbo Cookie Sheet The size is perfect. It fits the entire shelf of my oven. I also have the two-piece set with the smaller cookie sheet and pizza crisper. Farberware Insulated Bakeware Value Pack The pizza crisper does a really nice job on frozen pizzas. No soggy crust. I reheated part of a pizza on it, and some cheese baked on. It rinsed off with hot water and no scraping. Farberware has done a great job again!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Farberware Insulated Bakeware Cookie Sheet
Just before the holidays, I ordered two of these. They were sent in separate boxes, with appropriate packaging, but while one arrived unscathed, the other had one of its corners slightly bashed in. At first I thought I could work with it anyway, but the corner was crunched in such a way that it would always catch the oven rack when pulling the cookies out of the oven. In a nonstick pan, this is no good! I can just imagine the cookies would go everywhere, not just (if I were lucky) back into the oven!So asked for a replacement, which arrived a few days later and was in perfect condition, or so I thought. I put it in the tray-cupboard with the other pan being careful to stack them so that they would not scratch each other's nonstick surfaces. A week later, Christmas Eve, I went to cook with them for the first time, and when I got them out to wash them (prior to cooking with them for the first time) I discovered that one of them was slightly warped -a defect I had not seen before, and which may have occurred at any time between the time I ordered the item and when I pulled it out to cook with. Upon further examination, I discovered that there was a small dent in the back which was causing the convex warp in the top. It was enough of a warp that the sheet would not lie flat on the countertop.
So, very gently -with wet, soapy hands -I tried to undo the damage and found that it bent in the other direction, far too easily. And it did so AT A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PLACE from the original dent: about a quarter inch away. There is NO WAY these cookie sheets were "crafted from HEAVY-weight carbon steel" (as described above). Now I understood how easily the first one -the one with the dent in the corner -had been damaged, and how easily anyone could damage these right away with ordinary use. I wouldn't have bought them, if I'd known what I know now. They are way too flimsy, so I'm sending them back and I'll just have to save up for stronger ones made by another company.
