Cleaning:
Standard Care, all cookware, before first use and after each use, wash pans thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. If food remains on the surface, boil a mixture of water and vinegar into the pan to dislodge the food particles. I wash this cookware by hand to preserve the enamel non-stick coating, but it is dishwasher safe. Bakeware is a hand wash only.

My mother has the Paula Deene in the red speckled. I wanted red, but I wanted my set to be different from hers. I haven't used mine for cooking yet, because I have been on an assignment. I had them shipped home, my mom opened them for me and said they were beautiful. She is southern lady who has been cooking for 50 years. She said her Paula Deene pots and pans were the Best she had ever used. She has two sets.
