Dear people, Just buy one metal cabinet knob from Home Depot, you can even choose one designer's knob to your liking. That is what my husband did on my universal lid. Solved my problem.

This product was easy to install and I was so happy, but the screw rusted and was dripping rust in my food.

I used this knob once and it rusted. I was concerned because I did not want the rust dropping into my food. I hope its not made of lead. I won't be using this knob and I am taking if off of my crockpot

These are very light weight, cheaply made replacements, but in the end, functional. A pair was less than $5 with shipping. The material looks stainless, but the nut in the knob or the weld spot rusted after a day in the water. Bolt head is little small so I provided own stainless washer.

I broke my glass lid knob from a large skillet cover. These new knobs fit fine, I just wish they were a bit heavier; don't know how long they will last.
