I use to work in a line cook restaurant and this is exactly the kind of pan we used for eggs. It does a very great job on cooking and then releasing the eggs. I have been cooking egg whites and they come out perfect every time. I DO NOT cook any other items in the pan.it is a bit small for fry even one egg, the colour is good for kitchen, it is cute for kids
