My wife loves Udi's pizzas, but she was driving me (the cook in the family) crazy because she'd heat them up right on the oven rack no drip pan below, either! What a mess.... I purchased this so that I could cook DiGiorno frozen pizzas without goop dripping to the bottom of the oven and setting off our smoke alarm. This is a great baking rack for homemade pies. The hole in the middle allows the pie to heat and bake fully. The configuration also catches any drips when the fruit bubbles. I really didn't except this to work as well as it did. Pies come out evenly browned and it catches anything if it overruns the sides of the pie pan and it works with pizza's to. Wish it was a little bigger for the pizza's though.
