These BIA Cordon Bleu 8 ounce ramekins were shipped safely without chips, cracks, or breakage. These baking dishes have more uses than for the oven. I use them for dips, sauces, and individual pudding servings. They also store easily, one on top of the other; in stacks two or three. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend to everyone who needs them.

I bought these to use for custards, crème brulee, individual cheesecakes. The are very pretty and very sturdy. They are a nice size for individual servings of a dessert and look very elegant.748
