I wanted this for something that cooks eggs quickly and is easy to clean. I can happily report it is both. Clean up is a breeze! For the 3 or 4 dollars, why not buy it?

Works well but must flip it over after 1 min or one side done before the other side and omelet will be dry on one side and runny on other side. Never used one before so just learning. Bad thing about product there are no instructions on how to use; just have to experiement.

I ordered and received 2 Omelet Pans. I am satisfied with using the product. However, 1 had a crack at 1 of the hinges. The root cause appears to be design/manufacturing/assembly problem due to interference at that area. I was unable to get a replacement due to out of stock by the supplier.

I bought this item as a single serving rewarming tray, for half-sandwiches, servings of casserole, etc., rather than for it's intended purpose. I have made an omelet in it and it works just fine. I like it.

This product works great with whole eggs, however, I only use egg whites due to a yolk allergy so it doesn't work very good. It's kind of a mess.
