I reviewed more than 100 stainless steel sets for everyday, everything was either too overpriced or very cheap looking. My everyday stainless was almost 25 years old, dull, scratched, and I was embarrassed to have to put it on the table when company came so I dug out grandma's silver and would have to polish and shine to prepare as part of my dinner preparations. Now, if someone is just stopping by for lunch, viola! I just reach in the drawer and bring out this most elegant flatware, it's a nice weight, substantially sized pieces that definitely don't look cheap. It certainly doesn't look like everyday flatware, I'm proud to put it on my table when I serve guests.

I ordered these without having seen them in person, and at first look, I was very pleased. The pattern is attractive and even a bit elegant, and I was not disappointed from that perspective. But then I picked them up. They are lightweight, thinner than I expected and the underside looks and feels cheap. I would have preferred a more solid handle... with these, the underside is somewhat concave and it doesn't feel as nice as others that are available for a similar price. On the plus side, they do feel balanced and nice to hold (if you ignore the underside), and as I mentioned, I like the pattern.

Don't let the attractive appearance fool you; these are lower-end basic utensils.

Love these. After wash and dry, must polish to keep crystal clear. GREAT QUALITY AND AFFORDABLE, MUST HAVE. GET THEM!!!

I haven't started to use this set, but I purchased it since I noticed forks from my other flatware were disappearing. I'm keeping these handy, when I need a complete set of everyday flatware; then I will see how durable they are.
