When I first got it I was very happy but what I find is it scratches very badly I use all the correct soft cleaning items and I use soft cooking spoons etc but the outside of the ban is all scratched and chipped up like its old and abussed and the inside as many times as you wash it you still get dark stuff off of it. It cooks great you dont even need to add oil to the pan its just a shame how its aged so fast if this is a defect please make good on it for me
