This is a large roaster... larger than I expected. The rack that came with it is nice.The reason for the 3 star rating.... lightweight, handles are not as functional as I would like. Felt for the money, the feel should have been substantial.
The non-stick is excellent, but the design and handles, for me, rates a 3 star.

This pan works very well. I haven't had the chance to use it for something large but if I needed to I could. It almost dwarfed the whole chicken I cooked on it. Keep that in mind when you purchase it. It can handle a turkey. If you don't need something that big look for something smaller.
