I purchased these cups for my brother-in-law and I know he will love them. One good thing about these cups is that there is a patch that is encased within the cup. Other cups have a logo that is placed on the outside, which can wash off easily, but these patches aren't going anywhere...So, you don't have to worry about the logo coming off of these cups.

2 hours after I pour my coffee it is still warm. I keep my tumbler at my desk at work, so I have not tried it with cold liquids but, I am sure it would work equally as well. Be sure to order the lid, too.
