This is the pan I have been looking for! It is the perfect size for near daily use, and an even more perfect fit for my whisk and/or wooden spoon when reducing sauces. I looked high and low for the pan that these utensils would reach into the edges (between bottom and side) to completely mix the sauce without missed spots along those edges. This is it!
