Wow! Gift from my girlfriend. What a great pan. I'm not much of a cook, and have long been using cheap teflon coated pans. Now that I'm raising chickens and cooking eggs every morning I'm learning what a difference a great tool like this can make in the kitchen.

The pan seems to function, but the sticker in the middle of the pan DOES NOT COME OFF!!!! I tried peanut butter, coconut oil, olive oil, warm soap and water, multiple times like other people suggested. The sticker residue is still there. I cooked on it hoping it will come off, but the circular residue is still there. I wrote to the company asking for some response, but no response after 4 weeks. This is a beauty of a frying pan. A wee bit smallish but for certain things it is excellent and a very good backup sized for a large frying pan. Extremely even heat as would be expected with a near solid copper pan. I'd like to buy its big brother.
