I have used Jim's Pepper Roasters with amazing results. The peppers come out perfect with minimal effort and mess. Clean up is quick and easy. The instructional video is clear and concise. All cooks from novice to expert can expect the same marvelous results. I highly recommend these roasters as a wonderful shower,housewarming or hostess gift.

I ENJOYED THESE PEPPERS IMENSLY AT A FRIENDS HOUSE. THEY WERE PREPARED WITH JIM'S PEPPER ROASTER. SHE EXPLAINED TO ME HOW EASY THEY WERE TO PREPARE WITHOUT THE FRYING MESS. I CAME HOME AND ORDERED THEM IMMEDIATELY.
