I have several Scanpan products. I use them everyday in a variety of ways. The quality and durability is superb. I'm a "professional" home cook and I have a lot of cooking products. Scanpan is used more frequently than any other product. With the proper care, this product will last a long time. During searing and frying, the product browns which is a rarity in non'stick surfaces. Even heat is great.
