I had been using thus set for a few months now. This sauce pan amazing good quality. The non-stick coating seems to hold up well in daily use and still retain it's non-stick function with no chip or no flaking off like Teflon. The Healthy Legend is holding up well. I had put away my stainless steel set and my Teflon set to use this set most of the time. I heard stainless steel is not 100% stainless steel and has nickel in there. The German ceramic coating is the way to go.

Excellent product, the forged aluminum pan is of high quality workman ship, the ceramic look thicker than my other ceramic cookware; my wife love it. I had put an order for the same sauce pan and a 9.5" fry pan for my son.

I don't know how good the Coating is yet since I have only used this cooking pan for over a month. However, one thing that I noticed for sure is that although it is claimed as induction-ready, it is very slow on my induction cooktop. Much slower than any of my other cooking pans that I have picked up from any store by holding a magnet to the bottom and see if it clings. May be they designed the pan on purposely like this to avoid excessive high heat that may cause food blackening? The bottom line is: it is very slow but if you are not in a hurry and prefer slow cooking, it might be fine.

Got it as a gift. It appears well made. As for its performance I cannot say. It is solid, though not heavy.
