The 3 quart pot is a useful size and the stainless steel looks great and is easy to clean. I have only used the sleeve once but it works as advertised. Minor quibble-I wish the lid was curved, because when I am browning I like to transfer cooked food to the upturned lid until everything has been browned.

I liked it so much that I also bought the 2 quart pot

exactly what I wanted in a pot: its size, quality, heat retention, glass lid, "warming jacket", and the price was right!

Food sticks to the bottom of the pot. I ordered this for cooking rice on it, and the rice sticks pretty bad. I make rice on a daily basis and it never stick using any other of my pots. The sleeve helps keep the food warm. I am keeping it because I really dislike returning things, but I am not ordering the other sizes which I was originally planning to do. I am dissapointed because I had a high level of trust on kuhn rikon products. I hope they just dropped the ball with this only item.
