This pan cleans up so easily. I absolutely love it! Cooks evenly. Just the right size for cooking a couple eggs, or something for one person, or making an omelette. I recommend this product.Monday, April 21, 2014
Review of Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel II Nonstick 8-1/2-Inch Skillet
When my ex bought one of these I was convinced we would never get use out of something this small. Boy, was I wrong. Because the sides aren't very steep, the diameter is a little misleading. This skillet performs as well as a 10" and is perfect for cooking for one or two, and for making crepes or omelets. It fits about four italian sausages for pasta nights and two slices of bacon and two eggs for individual breakfast servings perfectly. I would highly recommend this for any singles, couples, or college students. It's so easy to clean and comfortable to use. The lightness and the small size would also make it nice for teaching young cooks as well! When my ex moved out, I loved this skillet so much that I couldn't buy a replacement at the local stores because their skillets simply didn't have the specifications (non-steep sides for rolling out batter or omelets, perfectly small size for 1-2 people) and specifically had to reorder this one from Amazon. I think every kitchen needs something like this and as someone who cooks both big and small meals for myself almost daily, I hated the two weeks I had to live without it.
