I am back in business with my very expensive Kuhn Rikon low profile pressure cooker. This was a lot cheaper than buying a new PC. The vendor was very fast responding to my purchase order. I was pleased.

Bought it. Returned it. Asked them how to determine the correct size. Check the bottom of cooker, they tell me. Guess what? There are no numbers, letters or any other clues anywhere on my cooker. Do I measure from where to where? Or from here to there? No one is telling me. All I got was a rude attitude from one of the phone reps. I've tried with them but they are awful.
