I bought this frying pan/kadhai a month ago and I am using it quite frequently. The surface seems to have remained scratch-free so far (I am using a Clio wok spatula). It also cleans very easily with a soft sponge and and some soapy water. I am cooking a variety of lentils and stir fries in it. The stainless steel lid is great for cooking lentils. I like the fact that the kadhai/pan is quite light in spite of the volume that it is able to handle. The flat bottom and handles are all positives. I would definitely recommend it for Indian cooking.

I was looking for a pan without any non-stick coating and this is it. The hard anodized interior is naturally non-stick to some extent as long as you use some oil for cooking, you should be fine. Works well for sauteing, stir-frying, cooking vegetables and lentils Indian style. Very easy to clean. Lid fits securely. No scratches yet, it's been three months of heavy use ( I use wooden utensils and for cleaning no-scratch sponge) Very happy with my purchase.

I switched to this mainly due to hard Anodised product. I wanted get off plain Aluminium products. Especially for boiling milk. This is very versatile. It has wooden handles. I hope those last long.

This product is amazing. I bought it to start cooking Indian food and it works wonderfully. It is very easy to clean, transfers heat evenly, and is sturdily put together. I have felt no loose handles or lid knob through 6 months of almost daily use. It is a perfect dish for stir fry, deep frying, and a variety of other cooking tasks. I highly recommend getting one if you're in the market.
