This product was good because it holds enough food for a modest dinner. But when I reheated the frozen meal & tray at 350 in the oven I discovered that the lids had a plastic inside lining that shrivels up. I used to see these trays in our senior meal program and they had a true foil backed cardboard lid. You could throw the meal in at about 390 F. for 45 minutes with no problem. These trays suffer at 350. Now I take the lids off and cover the trays with foil before heating. Cooking a lot of food in one night and freezing a weeks worth of meals helps save me time. I can toss the spent trays in the recycle bin and all is good. I do wish they had a true foil lined cardboard lid.
