This is a classic curved fish mold for salmon mousse or gelatin molds. The molded mousse makes a great dish for a pot luck party and you can mix in Greek yogurt for a lot of the whipped cream to make it lower fat. The mold is timplated steel. To make sure your molds don't stick, you brush the inside with a neutral-flavored oil.

Made an awesome cake for a retirement party. The mold was high quality and with a thorough greasing and flouring, that cake doesn't get stuck in the super detailed mold!

I bought this in anticipation of a holiday party will be using it to mold a smoked salmon mousse. Just the right size, good detail, and much cheaper than anything available on e-bay or etsy!

With the exception of the top of the mold is scratched so if you are gonna display it you might be a lil upset if your fish looks like mine.. otherwise, great mold!!
