Rachael Ray Anolon Advanced 81965 5 Qt. Covered Oval Saute Pan Reviews
Size does matter. We use this all the time to make great dishes like American chop suey, spinach and feta pasta, sliders, etcThe quality of the pan is good overall. I have to admit that. The problem I have with the pan is that it is so long you cannot get even heat when cooking on a stove top. The extra long handle along with the elongated pan makes it troublesome fitting in the cupboard with other pans. It is oven safe, but if you are cooking for a special event, then that's the only thing that can go in the oven. Putting it in the dishwasher is also out of the question. Eventually I hope to donate it to a charity.
