I've been using some kind of non-stick cookware probably ever since it came out. In other words decades. As I've gotten older, although the ease of cleaning non-stick is nice, the fact it wears out so quickly and puts pieces of the non-stick in your food became a real issue with me. We decided that as a 20th anniversary gift to ourselves we would get new cookware and we decided to go with stainless. So the search began.
I have to admit I found this Cat Cora set somewhere else first, but by the time I went to get it, they no longer sold it. Then I tried the Cat Cora site and it was very expensive there so I tried Amazon.com. They not only had it but for a very reasonable price, delivery was free and I received it quickly! Woohoo!
So now we've been using it for about 3 weeks and are totally satisfied with it. It took some learning how to cook with this cookware, but it has been well worth it. You use lower cooking temperatures and your food is more moist and flavorful. Getting used to cleaning it wasn't that hard either. If anything sticks, you soak the pan for a while and then use a scrubber sponge not an SOS pad! It comes clean easily.
I highly recommend this set to anyone looking for very good cookware at a reasonable price.

I'm not a pro by any means, but these are easy to use, the handles stay cool to touch and easy to clean so far. I have no complaints and the price was great. They feel heavy and high end. I love them.Best Deals for CAT CORA by Starfrit 12-Piece Stackable Stainless Steel Cookware Set
