I use this primarily for prepping meats for my smoker and pulling off the finished goods. They are study and allow for large quantities two be handled. It helps to reduce the trips from the kitchen to my smoker. I prepped 4 x 10lb pork shoulders in this for the 4th of July. Plenty of room to spare and allowed me to easily apply the rub. I also prepped 8 racks of ribs with plenty of room to spare.
It's about 1/2 too wide for a standard 30in range/oven, but still a great product.

Use at fish fries to coat the fish. Great item. Heavy construction, will last a life time if you take care of it. Commercial quality.
