This little sandwich cutter does just what it says cuts sandwiches into cute little squares! The cutter is reasonably sharp, and cuts through the bread with mild pressure (depending on the contents, of course). If you want just one face, it's fun to just stamp your favorite on each square. The faces are clear and easy to see (on wheat bread and soft flour tortillas anyway) so I didn't see a need to "highlight" the lines with coloring or sauce (there's an image on the all Japanese packaging showing that.) Not much else to say, other than PERFECTLY SATISFIED.

I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter. It makes her little sandwiches cute, fun to eat, and puts her focus on the looks of the sandwich, instead of what the sandwich is made of. My son who is always so "iffy" about sandwiches (he'd rather have rice or noodles all day). With this cutter/stamper, not only is there very little wasted, my son happily eats sandwiches making it easier when we are on the go.
