I've never had Ceramic coated pans before and I'm really impressed. Nothing sticks, nothing. Fried cheese no problem. Clean up is snap. If there's any improvements to be made I'd say it would be nice to have Care Instructions. So far I'm not sure if they are dishwasher safe (although I quick wipe they're clean), and I'm not sure if a lid/cover would be available or advisable. None of my covers fit inside diameter is 7 4/3", 9 1/4", 11 3/4". Today for the first time there is a small spot I can't seem to clean (spot/speck) with a simple wipe. Not being familiar with Ceramic pans I'm not sure how hard I can scrub/rub. All-in-all, these are amazing, well built and did I mention no stick?

These are really great pans and work well with my gas stove.

I think the price is great too. I would totally recommend this product.

I have cooked several things in all three pans. Fried eggs, fresh creamed corn, stir fry, fried ground beef, etc. Hot water, a little soap, and a plastic bristle dish brush cleans them up very well and with little effort. They clean up easier than the worn, no-stick pans they replaced.

The wall thickness of the pans is about 1/8 inch. The large pan is about 2 inches deep. I like the steep sides of the pans because they keep things in the pan when stirring and flipping. The large pan has replaced a large cast iron pan which had been my goto pan for cooking a big pan of chicken fajita filling.

They are made of aluminum which makes them light, and which my wife appreciates.

The bottom of the pans are scored in a concentric circle pattern which is a little abrasive and not the best for my glass cook top stove. So I do not slide them around while cooking. I have the same problem with the cast iron pans.

The three sizes are perfect for my frying pan needs.

As a former chef and restaurant owner, I am happy to endorse these pans with a strong recommendation. The current cook top I am using is electric, but I can say that the heat transfer seems consistent and fairly well responsive with each pan in the set. The cooking experience has been good and I have experienced no sticking even when greatly reducing oil. The biggest bonus comes when the cooking is done as cleaning is pans is fast and painless. They will pay for themselves easily in terms of reduced time spent cleaning. Get a set and hope they bring you the same level of satisfaction.

I specifically bought this set because of the sizes. As I cook mostly for myself, the 8" pan would have come in handy. How disappointed I was when I saw that instead I got a 9.5", a 11" and a 12" pan instead of what was advertised, 8", 10" and 12". Worst is, I ordered these to coincide with a visit to the US and had no time to return these and get a different set before going back to Brazil, my country of residence --and Amazon won't ship this type of article there.

However, since the writing of this review, the seller contacted me offering a 50% discount, which is to me a good way of handling their mistake.
