Simple. Beautiful. Excellent weight when you hold it in your hands, superior to the department store sets. Be careful, the knives were unexpectedly (!) sharp. No rust or workmanship problems as with the less expensive brands. Well worth the investment.

Beware: Despite sharing their name, this is NOT the same pattern as the WMF Manaos hostess set or the WMF Manaos 45-piece flatware set. It does NOT have the high-polish finish mentioned in the description, but a rather matt finish. And (as the 20-piece size indicates) it does NOT include the "additional teaspoons and serving pieces" mentioned in the description. In short, the description is completely misleading.

I gave it 1 star because it's made in Korea. WMF is from Germany so I expected this flatware to be made in German. I can't tell if the quality is different but for those who want to have the German made WMF flatware -this is for your information.
