I was excited to be able to get into making my own jerky and snack sticks. I bought this jerky kit because it came with everything except the meat. There was a small issue with only receiving two racks instead of three as indicated but a quick email to the company and it was taken care of in the most efficient and professional manner. I would give this company 10 stars if I could just for their customer service.

As for the overall functionality of the jerky maker, it is absolutely 5 stars. It is not only easy to use but it is easy to clean. The choices for nozzles is perfect for the different snack products I want to make. To be very clear this is a perfect home unit. If you want to produce snacks on a large scale take the time to view this companies more robust units. You will not be disappointing with the purchase of this jerky making kit.

Before buying this product, I made jerky by cutting meat into thin sheets and drying them in the oven. Unfortunately, this was very time consuming and messy!

I was shocked of how easy and fast this product was to use, and the cleanup afterwards was a snap!

I made 2lbs of jerky and it turned out great. The gun is easy to use and easy to clean. The quality is great and the kit is essential: you really need the 3 racks to dry the jerky. I don't know what you would do without them. It's better and easier than I thought it would be.

This is a nice set for anyone who wants to make jerky at home. I really like the sheet pans and cooling racks that come with it because they are great for when I bake cookies!
