This cookware is great! Food cooks evenly and the nonstick surface is awesome. The cookware is decently built and lasting to our heavy use the past few months. The spout on the side of the cookware, combined with the strainer built into the lid , works as expected; however, ground beef and small noodles will sneak through the opening when draining.

The name, Calphalon, expects quality and durability mixed with affordability, so I knew it would be my brand of choice for a cooking set. I feel it's quality matches that of the more expensive AllClad but is one the average person afford. Though I went back and forth on nonstick vs stainless steel, the easysystem stood out. I love the look and feel of the set, and the lids are wonderful the built in strainer and soft handles make it a powerful assistant while cooking. I have yet to be disappointed with this set, and love that I got it with my Prime membership quick and free shipping! I could not be more satisfied.
