Just as promised, any liquid poured on the tablecloth will bead up initially. The material is very soft. This has also seen the washer many times and it still looks like new. I had bought one of these in "Sun" for over twice as much I paid for them on Amazon. Amazon really has a great deal on these. You can't buy a microfiber tablecloth for this price at even Wal-Mart. I really can't say enough good things about this tablecloth.

Love the tablecloths! They are soft and pretty, don't require ironing and stay cleaner longer. As a caterer I find they work well for large crowds spilled liquids bead up and can be brushed off. I will add more sizes and colors to my collection.

I bought this tablecloth in Pearl with the intent to use it for family gatherings. The first time I used it (Thanksgiving), my aunt complemented the color and attractive sheen. As soon as I told her it was stain-resistant, she 'accidentally' spilled. I swear the family was testing it, as they spilled three more times that night. As promised, all liquids beaded up even mulled wine!

It is not as luxurious a tablecloth as some I've seen, but it is attractive, practical and of good quality. After multiple washes, my designer tablecloths have to be ironed and reshaped, while this one slides onto the table and looks almost good as new, still stain-resistant. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because that great sheen has faded with washing. You could probably avoid that by drip-drying, but I don't have the patience.

I would definitely recommend purchasing this tablecloth.

The material used doesn't just have an interesting pattern, but has a quality feel and weight. Small stains seem to lift off with just a rub or two using mildly soapy water and blotting it dry. We bought a couple of colors for seasonal use.
