The only reason for the two stars is because they made a high quality product, but they baster should have at least matched the handle in my opinion as well as the price is quite high. It will last many years though.

It is important the baster in our house can go into the dishwasher. This new Bodum silicone basting brush is perfect. Dishwasher-safe and a great soft grip silicone handle. I also love the bright fun color it comes in. Nice addiiton for summer grilling!
