We use this pan everyday. Nice thick bottom for even heat and the lid has strainer holes that can be aligned with the pouring spouts on each side of the pan. The pouring spouts are not really visible in the picture but are really handy.I'm quite satisfied with the pan. I like the drains on the sides. It also has fill lines on it. I wish it was a little heavier material but it will be fine.
