This pan is too light. The bottom buckles and twists. I used this to slow-cook a roast the first time and sprayed it with cooking spray first. I cooked the roast at 325 without using the rack. The roast was fine. The pan was not. I thought I would never get it clean (in fact I never really did). Grease and frond stuck to the pan like glue. Back to using foil for me.

very cheap material, very thin and poorly built, changed color after one use. I had a cheap pan I bought at Walmart years ago that I recycled before this came in the mail but I should have kept the old one instead.

A good sized pan for roasting with a rack included. Made well and should give many years of good service.

I bought this for baking bacon. Less fat, less mess. The metal could be a little thicker. Although it is not too thin, and I am sure this will last for several years.

The pan itself was well made and of good quality in relation to the price. However, thewire rack inside is flimsy and lightweight. The legs on the wire rack are too short and do not hold the meat high enough off the bottom. The wire rack tends buckle a bit it you are cooking a heavier piece of meat. This causes the meat to cook in its own fat as opposed to having the fat drain off.
