A nice solid kitchen tool. Works well, but the design limits the thickness and width of the meat that can be processed. Also, a larger capacity clamp to hold it to the countertop would be a welcome improvement.

This meat tenderizer works greats comes with metal gears . Don't slip like the ones with nylon gears. The meat actually melts in your mouth.

This tenderizer worked great. I wondered because my steaks were cut a little larger then what the directions said it could handle but it went through just great and you could cut it with a fork when it was cooked.

I eargerly opened and immediately had a sinking feeling, no instructions, no parts list.

I had a slice of steak ready[aproximatelt 1/8 inch thick.] when it got into the teeth ,it stopped ,as

the thickness of meat made the gears spread and not mesh. Useless. cost more to return than toss.
