I can't remember how long I've been wanting a three tine fork. There are very few out there. I've seen some on restaurant web supply sites but you have to order a lot of them. The ones I've used in restaurants have been with a dull matte finish. These are bright and shiny and have a decent heft about them. The scimitar shaped blade on the place knife was a welcome surprise as well. I only bought one place setting to see if I like them and boy do I. Can't wait to get the matching hostess set and iced tea spoons.

I want to buy a whole set for 12. I really like the weight and the feel. I have arthritis in my hands and these feel so comfortable in my hands and don't hurt them. I also like the heaftiness of the knife and the depth of the spoons. The stainless flatware matched perfectly our pattern; however, one of the knives had a flaw in the blade. We had to return it.
