First off, I am a fan of all Anolon products, but this griddle is wonderful. Cook multiple sandwiches at one time, on one pan. Cook a single giant omelette with different fillings at the top, middle, and bottom sections for guests. It heats up quite nicely and fairly evenly considering the middle is not on a burner. I use this far more than I expected and would recommend it to anyone. Several guests I've cooked for have gone on to buy one for themselves after seeing the varied practical uses for it.Wonderful griddle. Heats evenly for making great bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Non-stick surface really is non-stick and cleans up easily. Could not be happier with this product.
