The dimensions posted are incorrect. The actual dimensions are 8.6 X 6.4 X 1.1" It led me to believe the product was a little larger than it is. It will serve my purpose, but I would have purchased the 7.5" dish had I seen it first.Best Deals for Staub Roasting Dishes

These are perfect. A local restaurant used these to serve baked eggs so I bought some for the home. Only downside is the pan gets super hot so I haven't figured out how to bake and cool right away.
